Abstract

本发明提供了一种紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将紫草醌溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;将丝绸织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC染色。本染色技术不需要对紫草醌进行改性,不采用高温染色,染色后织物色牢度高。

紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品染色技术领域,具体涉及一种紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法。
背景技术
紫草醌,主要存在于紫草根部,为萘醌衍生物,亮红色针状结晶。紫草醌的疏水性侧键比较长,因此水溶性较差,一般可采用先媒染的方法对纤维素纤维织物进行染色。紫草醌与环境相容性好,对人体健康无害。但是紫草醌对丝绸等蛋白质纤维直接上染较差,且色牢度较差。
发明内容
为了使紫草醌有效染色丝绸织物,本发明采取如下技术方案。
一种紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于四氯化碳中;(2)将紫草醌溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;(3)将丝绸织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温染色5~30min;(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
进一步的,所述的四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的四氯化碳与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
进一步的,所述的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:2000~8000。
进一步的,所述的紫草醌与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:200~4000。
本发明的有益效果在于,不需要对紫草醌进行改性,不采用高温染色,染色后织物色牢度高。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
实施例1
紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将20g苯酚溶于180g四氯化碳中;
(2)将1g紫草醌溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.04g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g丝绸织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至60ºC,保温染色30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例2
紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将300g苯酚溶于100g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.1g紫草醌溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.08g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g丝绸织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30ºC,保温染色30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例3
紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将50g苯酚溶于250g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.6g紫草醌溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.06g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g丝绸织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至50ºC,保温染色10min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
实施例4
紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将200g苯酚溶于200g四氯化碳中;
(2)将0.8g紫草醌溶解于上述四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入0.01g表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将10g丝绸织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温染色15min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。

Claims (4)

1.一种紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苯酚溶于四氯化碳中;
(2)将紫草醌溶解于四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液中,再加入表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,超声下得到透明溶液;
(3)将丝绸织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温染色5~30min;
(4)将染色后织物置于四氯化碳中洗涤,80ºC下烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法,所述的四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的四氯化碳与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
3.如权利要求1所述的紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法,所述的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:2000~8000。
4.如权利要求1所述的紫草醌对丝绸织物的染色方法,所述的紫草醌与四氯化碳/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:200~4000。
