Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂及其制备方法,其以亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸为主要成分,通过加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧乙烯、2,4‑二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛、丙二醇、表面活性剂、增稠剂、去离子水,辅以加热、搅拌、超声分散、球磨、氮气环境下反应等工艺,使得制备而成的整理剂对纺织品使用后,纺织品的防水性能提高,且透气效果好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染整技术领域,特别涉及一种具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品的功能整理是为了满足纺织品的某些特殊使用要求而赋予纺织物优良的使用、安全、外观等性能的特殊整理加工方法。纺织品的功能性整理剂则是随化学、生物医学、高分子复合材料学、光化学、热力学、电学、生态学等多学科技术的发展而发展起来的一类产品。由于纺织品的功能整理是针对纺织品某些特定的性能的,因而目的性强,效果好,产品的附加值也高。纺织品经功能性整理后,其使用目的和范围明确,也深受消费者欢迎。据统计,世界功能纺织品的需求量超过500亿米,我国功能纺织品的需求量近50亿米。纺织加工和整理用化学品的世界需求量每年增加4.2%,年销售额现已达数百亿美元。功能性纺织品的应用范围较为广泛,如用作生物医学的组织和器官;用于预防医学的抗菌防病,保健美容的理疗塑身;特种行业的阻燃,防静电,高低温防护;家居环境改善,吸尘防噪,妇幼生理卫生,杀螨防污,拒油拒水,各类射线防护等等。并且,从发展来看,功能性纺织品的整理内容和应用范围还在不断扩大,正逐渐渗透到普通产品的生产与整理过程中。
与此相对应地,纺织品整理剂也主要有以下种类:(1)抗静电整理剂:纺织品带静电后的吸尘和易沾污现象,服装与服装,服装与人体的相互吸附现象,轻则产生针刺感、电火花,重则使用合纤织物会引起以外火灾和爆炸事故。抗静电织物主要有嵌织导电金属丝和织物表面整理,后者是织物经抗静电剂覆盖整理,可中和静电负荷,降低表面电阻,减少静电聚集,增强织物吸湿性从而达到消除静电的效果。(2)耐高温阻燃整理剂:利用碳纤维耐高温、耐辐射、耐腐蚀的特点性能,大量用于航空器材、建筑工程;采用耐高温、阻燃和高韧性的芳纶纤维制成防护服、消防服和防弹服。含磷聚酯作阻燃纺织品,用于医院、保健业和装饰行业;加有阻燃剂的丙纶用作窗帘、墙布装饰;三聚氰胺纤维耐高温,柔韧性很好,具有一定的阻燃功效,用于消防领域。(3)抗菌整理剂:在和织物之间的理想气候下,细菌能不受阻碍地大量繁殖,引起皮肤感染,导致卫生状况恶化和疾病的传播与蔓延。奥地利蒙黛尔纤维素织物采用纳米微胶囊抗菌除臭技术对金黄色葡萄球菌、淋球菌、大肠杆菌等抑菌率达99%以上,保护皮肤延缓皮肤衰老。使用广泛的有机硅季铵盐类具有良好的抗微生物效用,可有效抑制和杀灭引起感染或病原性革兰氏阴性、阳性菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌等病毒。多用于内衣裤、毛巾、床单、鞋店、地毯和医用织物的抗菌整理。(4)防蛀整理剂:羊毛、蚕丝、羽绒、毛皮等虫蛀侵食投诉率达7.7%,仅次于变色、褪色、沾污、缩水,列第5位,防蛀剂曾用萘、对二氯苯和樟脑,现在通常用拟除虫菊酯处理。(5)紫外线防护整理剂:最有危害的紫外辐射是在300~310的UV-B峰。穿透织物的紫外辐射由两种波组成:一种会不改变的穿过织物,另一种分散波会同织物发生反应。紫外线防护整理有紫外线吸收和紫外线屏蔽两类。(6)pH调节整理剂:汗液中有40多种物质:氯化钠、尿素、乳酸和氨基酸,皮肤表面一般pH=6,出汗初期pH下降至4.4,大量出汗pH=7,时间长了,尿素分解出NH3,pH达到8.0。酸雨的pH值低于5.6。pH整理剂采用纳米陶瓷微粒与纤维结合,能调节pH值,并且兼有杀菌消臭、紫外线屏蔽作用。(7)蓄热保温整理剂:织物保温一般方法有:纺丝原液中加碳化锆陶瓷粉末,吸收光线放出热量、反射人体发射的远红外线从而保温蓄热;中空纤维保温和自动保温整理等。已研究成功的自动保温主要原理是利用催化剂使异丁烷和丙烷混合物无焰燃烧,每个加热部件重约495g。
虽然目前已经有了上述不同特点的整理剂,但具体到每个门类,其具有的使用效果还有待进一步提高。因此,针对纺织品所需要的不同特性而开发相应的纺织品整理剂以期大幅提高纺织品的性能就显得尤为必要。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂,通过采用特定的原料进行组合,配合特定的生产工艺,使得制备而成的整理剂对纺织品使用后,纺织品的防水性能提高,且透气效果好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:亚磷酸三甲酯40-50份、甘油单硬脂酸酯35-45份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯30-40份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸25-35份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠20-30份、丙烯酸乙酯15-20份、磷酸二甲酯12-16份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10-14份、聚氧乙烯8-10份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇6-8份、二甲基硅油6-8份、海藻酸钠4-6份、二氧化钛3-5份、丙二醇2-4份、表面活性剂3-5份、增稠剂3-5份、去离子水300份。
优选地,所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、α烯烃磺酸盐、羟乙基磺酸盐中的任意一种。
优选地,所述增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维素、卡拉胶、气相二氧化硅中的任意一种。
所述的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份准确称取各原料;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至90-110℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛,在250-350W 的功率下超声分散0.5-1.5小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨1.5-2.5小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入表面活性剂、增稠剂,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中,超声分散的功率为300W,超声时间为1小时。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中,磁力搅拌的速率为150-250 r/min。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂以亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸为主要成分,通过加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛、丙二醇、表面活性剂、增稠剂、去离子水,辅以加热、搅拌、超声分散、球磨、氮气环境下反应等工艺,使得制备而成的整理剂对纺织品使用后,纺织品的防水性能提高,且透气效果好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
(2)本发明的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)按所述重量份准确称取亚磷酸三甲酯40份、甘油单硬脂酸酯35份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯30份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸25份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠20份、丙烯酸乙酯15份、磷酸二甲酯12份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10份、聚氧乙烯8份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇6份、二甲基硅油6份、海藻酸钠4份、二氧化钛3份、丙二醇2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、羧甲基纤维素3份、去离子水300份;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至90℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛,在300W 的功率下超声分散1小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨1.5小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下以150 r/min的速率磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
制得的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)按所述重量份准确称取亚磷酸三甲酯45份、甘油单硬脂酸酯40份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯35份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸30份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠25份、丙烯酸乙酯17份、磷酸二甲酯14份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯12份、聚氧乙烯9份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇7份、二甲基硅油7份、海藻酸钠5份、二氧化钛4份、丙二醇3份、α烯烃磺酸盐4份、卡拉胶4份、去离子水300份;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至100℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛,在300W 的功率下超声分散1小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨2小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下以200 r/min的速率磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入α烯烃磺酸盐、卡拉胶,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
制得的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)按所述重量份准确称取亚磷酸三甲酯50份、甘油单硬脂酸酯45份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯40份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸35份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠30份、丙烯酸乙酯20份、磷酸二甲酯16份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯14份、聚氧乙烯10份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇8份、二甲基硅油8份、海藻酸钠6份、二氧化钛5份、丙二醇4份、羟乙基磺酸盐5份、气相二氧化硅5份、去离子水300份;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至110℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛,在300W 的功率下超声分散1小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨2.5小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下以250 r/min的速率磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入羟乙基磺酸盐、气相二氧化硅,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
制得的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)按所述重量份准确称取亚磷酸三甲酯50份、甘油单硬脂酸酯35份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯40份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸25份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠30份、丙烯酸乙酯15份、磷酸二甲酯16份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10份、聚氧乙烯10份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇6份、二甲基硅油8份、海藻酸钠4份、二氧化钛5份、丙二醇2份、α烯烃磺酸盐5份、羧甲基纤维素3份、去离子水300份;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至90-110℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛,在300W 的功率下超声分散1小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨2.5小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下以150 r/min的速率磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入α烯烃磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
制得的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)按所述重量份准确称取亚磷酸三甲酯45份、甘油单硬脂酸酯40份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯35份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸30份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠25份、丙烯酸乙酯17份、磷酸二甲酯14份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯12份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇7份、二甲基硅油7份、海藻酸钠5份、丙二醇3份、α烯烃磺酸盐4份、卡拉胶4份、去离子水300份;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至100℃,加入2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠,在300W 的功率下超声分散1小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨2小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下以200 r/min的速率磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入α烯烃磺酸盐、卡拉胶,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
制得的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)按所述重量份准确称取亚磷酸三甲酯50份、甘油单硬脂酸酯35份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯40份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸25份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠30份、丙烯酸乙酯15份、磷酸二甲酯16份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10份、聚氧乙烯10份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇6份、二甲基硅油8份、二氧化钛5份、α烯烃磺酸盐5份、羧甲基纤维素3份、去离子水300份;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至90-110℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、二氧化钛,在300W 的功率下超声分散1小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨2.5小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸,通入氮气,在温度90℃下以150 r/min的速率磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入α烯烃磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
制得的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的性能测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-2的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂分别施用于纺织品后进行纺织品的防水性(接触角、淋洗等级)、透气性这几项性能测试。

本发明的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂以亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸为主要成分,通过加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛、丙二醇、表面活性剂、增稠剂、去离子水,辅以加热、搅拌、超声分散、球磨、氮气环境下反应等工艺,使得制备而成的整理剂对纺织品使用后,纺织品的防水性能提高,且透气效果好,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。本发明的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂原料廉价、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:亚磷酸三甲酯40-50份、甘油单硬脂酸酯35-45份、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯30-40份、聚乙二醇双硬脂酸25-35份、磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠20-30份、丙烯酸乙酯15-20份、磷酸二甲酯12-16份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10-14份、聚氧乙烯8-10份、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇6-8份、二甲基硅油6-8份、海藻酸钠4-6份、二氧化钛3-5份、丙二醇2-4份、表面活性剂3-5份、增稠剂3-5份、去离子水300份,所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、α烯烃磺酸盐、羟乙基磺酸盐中的任意一种,所述增稠剂选自羧甲基纤维素、卡拉胶、气相二氧化硅中的任意一种;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份准确称取各原料;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200 rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至90-110℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛,在250-350W 的功率下超声分散0.5-1.5小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨1.5-2.5小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入表面活性剂、增稠剂,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份准确称取各原料;
(2)取去离子水100份,向其中加入磺化琥珀酸二甲酸钠、丙烯酸乙酯、磷酸二甲酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热至55℃,温度稳定后进行磁力搅拌,磁力搅拌转速为200 rpm,搅拌至均匀,得到混合液A;
(3)将去离子水200份与亚磷酸三甲酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯三异硬脂酸甘油酯混合,升温至90-110℃,加入聚氧乙烯、2,4-二氯苯氧基乙醇、二甲基硅油、海藻酸钠、二氧化钛,在250-350W 的功率下超声分散0.5-1.5小时,得到混合液B;
(4)将混合液A和混合液B合并,送入球磨机,球磨1.5-2.5小时,使混合液中各组分完全均匀分散,随后加入聚乙二醇双硬脂酸、丙二醇,通入氮气,在温度90℃下磁力搅拌反应3小时;
(5)反应结束后,待降温至60℃时,向反应液中再加入表面活性剂、增稠剂,随后进行磁力搅拌,直至所有的成分混合均匀,得到成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,超声分散的功率为300W,超声时间为1小时。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有防水效果的纺织品整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,磁力搅拌的速率为150-250 r/min。
