as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the second casing of the volute 31 of the drying fan 3 includes a bottom plate and a side panel installed on one side of the bottom plate, the side panel includes a similar circular contour formed by connecting a plurality of sections of involute contours, an opening is formed on the similar circular contour, two straight plates are respectively arranged outwards on two sides of the opening, the two straight plates are respectively tangent to the similar circular contour on two sides of the opening to form a U-shaped contour, and the two straight plates are communicated with the opening to form a volute air outlet; the fan 32 is located within the quasi-circular profile, and the central axis of the fan 32 is located on the side of the quasi-circular profile center away from the air outlet. That is, the gap 33 between the volute 31 and the fan 32 gradually increases from the bottom of the U-shaped profile toward the air outlet, so that a better air pressure can be formed to improve the flow rate of the circulating air. The gap 33 is the smallest gap between the scroll casing 31 and the fan 32, and the gap 34 is the gap between the scroll casing 31 and the fan 32 adjacent to the air outlet, and the gap gradually increases from the gap 33 to the gap 34.
The second shell of the volute 41 of the condensing fan 4 comprises a bottom plate and a side panel arranged on one side surface of the bottom plate, the side panel comprises a similar circular contour formed by connecting a plurality of sections of gradually opened contours, an opening is arranged on the similar circular contour, two straight plates are outwards arranged on two sides of the opening respectively and tangent to the similar circular contours on two sides of the opening to form a U-shaped contour, and the two straight plates are communicated with the opening to form an air outlet of the volute 41; the fan 42 is located within the quasi-circular profile and the central axis of the fan 42 is located on the side of the centre of the quasi-circular profile remote from the outlet. That is, the gap between the volute 41 and the fan 42 gradually increases from the bottom of the U-shaped profile to the air outlet, so that a better air pressure can be formed to improve the flow rate of the circulating air.

Claims (8)

1. The clothes dryer comprises a drying roller, a roller motor for driving the drying roller to rotate and a drying fan for providing drying air for the drying roller, wherein the drying fan comprises a volute, a fan arranged in the volute and a drying motor for driving the fan to rotate, the roller motor and the drying motor are the same motor,
the method is characterized in that: the motor is a positive and negative rotation motor and drives the drying roller to rotate positively and negatively and the fan to rotate positively and negatively, and the air volume provided by the fan under the two conditions of positive and negative rotation is equivalent;
the volute of the drying fan comprises a first shell and a second shell, the two parts are buckled in the axial direction of the fan to form the volute, an air inlet in the axial direction of the fan is formed in the first shell, an air outlet is formed in the radial direction of the fan in the volute, and the air inlet is a bell-mouth-shaped air inlet which is small in diameter and large in diameter and faces towards one end of the fan and deviates from the end of the fan;
the second shell comprises a bottom plate and a side panel arranged on one side surface of the bottom plate, the side panel comprises a similar circular contour formed by connecting a plurality of sections of gradually-opened contours, an opening is arranged on the similar circular contour, two straight plates are outwards arranged on two sides of the opening respectively and tangent to the similar circular contour on two sides of the opening to form a U-shaped contour, and the two straight plates are communicated with the opening to form a volute air outlet; the fan is located in the similar circular outline, the central shaft of the fan is located on one side, away from the air outlet, of the center of the similar circular outline, and the gap between the volute and the fan is gradually increased from the bottom of the U-shaped outline to the air outlet.
2. The clothes dryer of claim 1, wherein:
the second shell of the drying fan volute comprises a bottom plate and a side panel arranged on one side face of the bottom plate, the side panel comprises a circular outline, an opening is formed in the circular outline, two straight plates are outwards arranged on two sides of the opening respectively and are tangent to the circular outlines on the two sides of the opening to form a U-shaped outline, the two straight plates are communicated with the opening to form a volute air outlet, and the fan is located in the circular outline and located at the center of the circular outline.
3. The clothes dryer of claim 2, wherein: the first shell of the drying fan volute is provided with a U-shaped outline matched with the second shell.
4. The clothes dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the clothes dryer is a clothes dryer with a condensing function, and also comprises a condenser and a condensing fan, wherein the condensing fan provides cooling cold air for the condenser,
the condensing fan comprises a volute, a fan arranged in the volute and a condensing motor for driving the fan to rotate, the condensing motor, the roller motor and the drying motor are the same motor,
the condensing fan rotates positively and negatively along with the drying motor, and the air volume provided under the two conditions of positive and negative rotation is equivalent.
5. The clothes dryer of claim 4, wherein:
the volute of the condensing fan comprises a first shell and a second shell, the two parts are buckled in the axial direction of the fan to form the volute, an air inlet in the axial direction of the fan is formed in the first shell, and an air outlet is formed in the radial direction of the fan in the volute.
6. The clothes dryer of claim 5, wherein:
the second shell of the condensing fan volute comprises a bottom plate and a side panel arranged on one side surface of the bottom plate, the side panel comprises a similar circular contour formed by connecting a plurality of sections of gradually opened contours, an opening is arranged on the similar circular contour, two straight plates are outwards arranged on two sides of the opening respectively and tangent to the similar circular contour on two sides of the opening to form a U-shaped contour, and the two straight plates are communicated with the opening to form a volute air outlet; the fan is located within the quasi-circular profile.

The clothes dryer of claim 5, wherein: the second shell of the condensing fan volute comprises a bottom plate and a side panel arranged on one side of the bottom plate, the side panel comprises a circular outline, an opening is formed in the circular outline, two straight plates are outwards arranged at the opening and are tangent to the circular outlines on two sides of the opening to form a U-shaped outline, a volute air outlet is formed between the two straight plates, and the fan is located in the circular outline and located at the center of the circular outline.
8. The clothes dryer according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that: the first shell of the condensing fan volute is provided with a U-shaped profile matched with the second shell.
