本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴;辊轴镜像对称在辊筒轴向中心线两侧;辊筒两端壁厚越接近辊筒轴向中心线直径越厚;进一步改进在于:辊筒的内壁轴向截面为圆弧形曲面;辊轴将辊筒内腔密闭,内腔内填充铅液;辊筒的外壁设有三元硼化物陶瓷复合粉末层。本发明结构强度、刚性高,耐腐蚀,输送变形小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热镀锌线上的沉没辊。
背景技术
沉没辊工作在钢厂热镀锌线的锌锅熔融锌液中,是保证钢带镀锌质量的核心部件,镀锌板表面质量及生产效率很大程度上取决于沉没辊的表面质量和耐磨性。现有技术的沉没辊包括辊筒、连接在辊筒两端的辊轴,辊筒为圆柱形的筒体,这种结构的沉没辊辊筒结构强度、刚性较差,使用时在带钢重力、张力作用下,容易产生较大的变形,使得输送的带钢产生较大的变形。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种显著提高辊筒结构强度、刚性,从而显著减小使用变形的耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴;所述辊轴镜像对称在辊筒轴向中心线两侧;其改进之处在于:所述辊筒两端壁厚越接近辊筒轴向中心线直径越厚。
上述方案中,所述辊筒的内壁轴向截面为圆弧形曲面。
上述方案中,所述辊轴将辊筒内腔密闭,内腔内填充铅液。
上述方案中,所述辊筒的外壁设有三元硼化物陶瓷复合粉末层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、辊筒两端壁厚越接近辊筒轴向中心线越厚,这样,显著提高辊筒结构强度、刚性,从而显著减小使用变形。
2、辊筒内壁轴向截面为圆弧形曲面,使得辊筒受力分布更均匀,结构更合理。
3、辊筒内腔内填充铅液,加重沉没辊的重量,通过重力的改变抵消了部分张力,从而缩小了支架反力,扩大工作区域,显著减少对沉没辊滑动表面的损伤,显著提高沉没辊的耐磨性性,减少生产成本。
4、辊筒的外壁设有三元硼化物陶瓷复合粉末层,三元硼化物陶瓷复合粉末具有较强的耐高铝锌液腐蚀能力,因此,使得沉没辊具有较强的抗腐蚀能力。

附图所示的耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊,包括辊筒1、辊轴2;辊轴2镜像对称在辊筒1轴向中心线两侧;辊筒1两端壁厚越接近辊筒1轴向中心线越厚,本实施例中,辊筒1的内壁轴向截面为圆弧形曲面。
辊轴2将辊筒1内腔密闭,内腔内填充铅液3。
辊筒1的外壁设有三元硼化物陶瓷复合粉末层4。

1.一种耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊,包括辊筒(1)、辊轴(2);所述辊轴(2)镜像对称在辊筒(1)轴向中心线两侧;其特征在于:所述辊筒(1)两端壁厚越接近辊筒(1)轴向中心线越厚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊,其特征在于:所述辊筒(1)的内壁轴向截面为圆弧形曲面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊,其特征在于:所述辊轴(2)将辊筒(1)内腔密闭,内腔内填充铅液(3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐腐蚀加强型沉没辊,其特征在于:所述辊筒(1)的外壁设有三元硼化物陶瓷复合粉末层(4)。
