背景技术
电力电缆在长期工作中,很容易积聚热量而发生火灾,而火灾致人死亡的主要因素并不是火焰的直接燃烧,而是物料燃烧时产生的烟,这些烟不但产生大量的有毒物质,而且可以导致人窒息,这才是因火灾而死亡的主要因素,而现有大多数电力电缆料燃烧时都会产生大量的烟和有毒物质,而且这些多是有机聚合物,很容易燃烧,因此在火灾时助长了火势,造成更大的损失。现在市面上的电缆虽然具有阻燃效果,可并不是完全不燃,如果一旦发生火灾等事故时,这些电缆的燃烧很可能会产生很多有害气体,在危害人们健康的同时也污染着环境。

5.根据权利要求1所述的低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:无卤阻燃聚烯烃55份、碳化硅7份、抗氧剂5份、消烟剂4份、氢氧化铝7份、氢氧化镁4.5份、γ射线吸收剂2份、氧化锌3.5份、纳米硫酸钡5份、热稳定剂3份、钙锌复合稳定剂5份、抗冲改性剂3份、紫外线吸收剂1.5份、碳纤维5份、偶联剂4份、防老剂0.6份、改性填充料10份;
所述的改性填充料由以下重量份的原料制成:3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基5-8份、明矾1-2份、植物油3-4份、磁石3-5份、硼酸锌1-3份、纳米氧化铝2.5-4.5份、多聚磷酸铝2-4份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、多聚磷酸铝5-7份、滑石粉3-5份、煅烧陶土5-10份、膨润土3-8份、碳酸钙5-8份、十四碳醇酯3-7份、石墨烯2-4份、硫代二丙酸双酯2-4份。
