本发明属于消防材料领域,具体涉及一种不燃性防火材料。
背景技术
火是人类历史上伟大的发明之一,依靠火种,人类一步步进化,日常生活中人类或多或少要依靠火来生活。但是,随着火的广泛使用及其本身的特性,很容易引起一些安全问题。因此,消防设备或消防材料也是人类生活中或不可缺的一部分。目前,各类消防器材及消防材料应运而生,但是针对具体的消防危险,必须采用正确的消防器材或材料。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种不燃性防火材料。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种不燃性防火材料,包括以下重量份数的组分:10~15份的聚氨酯,5~10份的氯化镁,20~25份的海泡石,5~10份的氢氧化镁,10~20份的碳纤维。
其中,所述各原料的细度不大于400目。
优选方案,由以下重量份数的组分组成:10份的聚氨酯,5份的氯化镁, 25份的海泡石,5份的氢氧化镁,10份的碳纤维。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,配方组分简单,设计科学,可以作为基建时的防火材料使用。

一种不燃性防火材料,由以下重量份数的组分组成:10份的聚氨酯,5份的氯化镁,20份的海泡石,5份的氢氧化镁,10份的碳纤维。
实施例2:
一种不燃性防火材料,由以下重量份数的组分组成: 15份的聚氨酯, 10份的氯化镁,25份的海泡石, 10份的氢氧化镁, 20份的碳纤维。
实施例3:
一种不燃性防火材料,由以下重量份数的组分组成:12份的聚氨酯,8份的氯化镁,23份的海泡石,8份的氢氧化镁,12份的碳纤维。
实施例4:
一种不燃性防火材料,由以下重量份数的组分组成:14份的聚氨酯,6份的氯化镁,24份的海泡石,7份的氢氧化镁,13份的碳纤维。

1.一种不燃性防火材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:10~15份的聚氨酯,5~10份的氯化镁,20~25份的海泡石,5~10份的氢氧化镁,10~20份的碳纤维。
