Description

2)将上述1g的锑烯纳米片超声分散在10mL的无水乙醇中,得锑烯纳米片/乙醇分散液;
3)将步骤2)所得分散液加入到固含量为100g的甲基三乙氧基硅烷凝胶中,搅拌,混合均匀;
1)锑烯纳米材料的制备方法同实施例1,区别在于,所得锑烯纳米材料的微观形貌为纳米片层,长度为1000nm,厚度为40nm;
2)将20g锑烯纳米片层与20g Na2CO3、35g CaCO3、45g SiO2在坩埚中混合均匀,得混合物;
1)根据文献Mechanical Isolation of Highly Stable Antimonene underAmbient Conditions,Adv.Mater.,2016,28,6332–6336公开的方法制备得到锑烯纳米材料,所得锑烯纳米材料的微观形貌为卷曲带,长度为10nm,厚度为0.4nm;
2)将步骤1)所得0.01g锑烯纳米卷曲带超声分散于10mL四氢呋喃中,得锑烯纳米片/四氢呋喃分散液;
Nonliear optical properities and surface-plason enhanced opticallimiting in Ag-Cu nanoclusters co-doped in SiO2 Sol-Gel films,J.Appl.
步骤2)中锑烯纳米片的质量为0.1g,采用的溶剂为偶氮二甲基甲酰胺;
Nonliear optical properities and surface-plasonenhanced optical limiting in Ag-Cu nanoclusters co-doped in SiO2 Sol-Gelfilms,J.Appl.
Covalently functionalizedreduced graphene oxide by organically modified silica:a facile synthesis ofelectrically conducting black coatings on glass,J.Mater.
