Abstract
本发明公开了一种饮用水曝气处理装置,该装置包括:储气罐、沉砂罐和曝气罐。由于本发明将储气罐与曝气罐相连接,使曝气罐中空气充入水中进行长时间接触,曝气罐内部设置的迎水板、篦板还装有曝气球,有利于空气中的氧气向水中转移,以获得足够的溶解氧,并利于氧气的氧化性对水中的有机物质进行氧化处理,具有清除水中二氧化碳和硫化氢气体及除铁、锰的作用,利于氧化性对水中金属离子进行氧化,设置的储气罐可确保间歇供水时在停止泵气的情况下仍能保证进行曝气处理水的问题。本发明节能降耗,对饮用水曝气处理效果好,降低水质处理成本,可广泛推广在机关事业单位及居民区使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水质处理技术领域,具体涉及一种饮用水曝气处理装置。
背景技术
环境污染及饮用水的不达标造成了水体的富营养化,特别是自来水水质提标以后,许多水厂的水质不能达标,这就需要在饮用前对原水进行预处理,目前预处理较为有效的方法就是生物曝气滤法,在装置内填装粒状滤料作载体,微生物附着于载体表面形成生物膜,滤料层下面进行曝气供氧,原水与空气同向流或逆向流通过滤料层,依靠附着于载体表面的生物膜对污染的吸附、氧化和分解作用,可实现水质净化,有利于空气中的氧气向水中进行转移,以获得足够的溶解氧,并利用氧气的氧化性对水中的有机物质进行氧化处理,具有清除在水中二氧化碳和硫化氢气体及除铁、锰的作用,利于氧化性对水中金属离子进行氧化。在居民区供水实际多是间歇式供水,除了饭时以外用水量减少或停止用水,此时水泵仍不停进行曝气处理,浪费了大量能源,增加了水处理成本,所以从利国利民角度考虑,节能降耗,降低供水成本是当前重中之重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种饮用水曝气处理装置,能保证供水或间歇供水过程中中始终能够保证供水的曝气处理和水中的含氧量,同时节能降耗。
为实现上述目的,本发明型的技术方案是:一种饮用水曝气处理装置,包括:储气罐、沉砂罐和曝气罐,所述储气罐底端固定设置沉砂罐,沉砂罐下面设置排砂口,储气罐顶端设置出水口并经法兰接盘和水管与曝气罐相连接,储气罐一侧设置进水口,所述曝气罐内靠近底部固定设置篦板,篦板上面的活动设置若干曝气球,曝气罐内上端固定设置迎水板,曝气罐的一侧设置储气罐。
所述储气罐与曝气罐连接管路上设置逆止阀。
所述储气罐与曝气罐上均设置压力表,所述曝气罐上还设有检修窗口。
所述储气罐与曝气罐底部均设置固定支杆,储气罐与曝气罐间设置固定连接板。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明一种饮用水曝气处理装置,包括:储气罐3、沉砂罐2和曝气罐10,储气罐底端固定设置沉砂罐,沉砂罐下面设置排砂口1,储气罐顶端设置出水口并经法兰接盘7和水管8与曝气罐相连接,储气罐一侧设置进水口9,所述曝气罐内靠近底部固定设置篦板13,篦板上面的活动设置若干曝气球12,曝气罐内上端固定设置迎水板15,曝气罐的一侧设置储气罐。
所述储气罐与曝气罐连接管路上设置逆止阀6。
所述储气罐与曝气罐上均设置压力表5,所述曝气罐上还设有检修窗口4。
所述储气罐与曝气罐底部均设置固定支杆17,储气罐与曝气罐间设置固定连接板11。
工作时,饮用水从储气罐进水口9进入,经过沉砂处理后,经水管进入曝气罐,经爆气球参与空气曝气氧化后过篦板从出水口16流出,完成曝气处理过程。

1.一种饮用水曝气处理装置,包括:储气罐(3)、沉砂罐(2)和曝气罐(10),其特征在于:所述储气罐底端固定设置沉砂罐,沉砂罐下面设置排砂口(1),储气罐顶端设置出水口并经法兰接盘(7)和水管(8)与曝气罐相连接,储气罐一侧设置进水口(9),所述曝气罐内靠近底部固定设置篦板(13),篦板上面的活动设置若干曝气球(12),曝气罐内上端固定设置迎水板(15),曝气罐的一侧设置储气罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮用水曝气处理装置,其特征在于:所述储气罐与曝气罐连接管路上设置逆止阀(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮用水曝气处理装置,其特征在于:所述储气罐与曝气罐上均设置压力表(5),所述曝气罐上还设有检修窗口(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的饮用水曝气处理装置,其特征在于:所述储气罐与曝气罐底部均设置固定支杆(17),储气罐与曝气罐间设置固定连接板(11)。
