Abstract
本发明公开的是一种纯净水的制备系统,包括通过管道依次连通的增压泵、砂滤器、碳滤器、软水器、第一保安过滤器、高压泵、反渗透装置、矿化处理器、后置过滤器、纯水箱、杀菌器、自动变频水泵以及第二保安过滤器。采用本发明可高效又安全地制备纯净水,原水经过多层过滤、矿化处理以及杀菌后,既可以去除水中的杂质,又可以确保人体所需的微量元素和矿物质。

技术领域
本发明涉及水处理领域,具体的说是指一种纯净水的制备系统。
背景技术
水是地球上最常见的物质之一,是包括无机化合、人类在内所有生命生存的重要资源,也是生物体最重要的组成部分。目前,人们饮用的生活用水内含有过多的矿物质,且有的矿物质人体不一定能吸收,如果这些无法吸收的矿物质长期积聚在体内,则会直接影响人体健康。当前,人们有时也会选择饮用纯净水,纯净水除去了对人体有害的物质和细菌,避免了各类病菌入侵人体,能有效安全地给人体补充水分,有促进新陈代谢的作用。随着纯净水市场的需求量的增加,如何高效又安全地制备纯净水,是纯净水生产厂商急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供的是一种纯净水的制备系统,其主要目的在于克服如何高效又安全地制备纯净水的问题。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种纯净水的制备系统,包括通过管道依次连通的增压泵、砂滤器、碳滤器、软水器、第一保安过滤器、高压泵、反渗透装置、矿化处理器、后置过滤器、纯水箱、杀菌器、自动变频水泵以及第二保安过滤器。
进一步的,所述软水器与一溶盐箱通过管道连通。
进一步的,所述反渗透装置包括四个间隔布置的RO膜。
进一步的,所述杀菌器为紫外线杀菌器。
进一步的,所述第二保安过滤器与纯水箱通过回水管连通。
再进一步的,所述回水管设有多个用水出口。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:原水依次流过砂滤器、碳滤器进行过滤,然后流向软水器将水中钙镁离子去除,降低原水硬度,再流向第一保安过滤器将水中的细小微粒去除,高压泵再将经过第一保安过滤器的水送至反渗透装置进行纯化,经过纯化的水再流向矿化处理器和后置过滤器进行人体必需的微量元素、矿物质的添加并进一步的对水中的杂质进行过滤,制备成纯净水并储存于纯水箱。最后,纯水箱的水经过杀菌器和第二保安过滤器进行杀菌和进一步的过滤,然后再流向各用水点,所述自动变频水泵用于自动调节供水量,达到节水的目的。采用本发明可高效又安全地制备纯净水,原水经过多层过滤、矿化处理以及杀菌后,既可以去除水中的杂质,又可以确保人体所需的微量元素和矿物质。

具体实施方式
参照图1。一种纯净水的制备系统,包括通过管道14依次连通的增压泵1、砂滤器2、碳滤器3、软水器4、第一保安过滤器5、高压泵6、反渗透装置7、矿化处理器8、后置过滤器9、纯水箱10、杀菌器11、自动变频水泵12以及第二保安过滤器13。
参照图1。所述软水器4与一溶盐箱15通过管道14连通,所述溶盐箱15的盐水与软水器4的树脂材料进行离子交换,置换原水中的钙镁离子,降低原水硬度。所述反渗透装置7包括四个间隔布置的RO膜71,所述杀菌器11为紫外线杀菌器,该紫外线杀菌器辐照强度稳定性高,使用寿命长。所述第二保安过滤器13与纯水箱10通过回水管16连通,该回水管16设有多个用水出口161,用户可从用水出口161将纯净水接至用水处,同时剩余的水可从回水管16流回纯水箱10进行回收。
参照图1。本发明新型的工作原理如下:原水依次流过砂滤器2、碳滤器3进行过滤,然后流向软水器4将水中钙镁离子去除,降低原水硬度,再流向第一保安过滤器5将水中的细小微粒去除,高压泵6再将经过第一保安过滤器5的水送至反渗透装置7进行纯化,经过纯化的水再流向矿化处理器8和后置过滤器9进行人体必需的微量元素、矿物质的添加并进一步的对水中的杂质进行过滤,制备成纯净水并储存于纯水箱10。最后,纯水箱10的水经过杀菌器11和第二保安过滤器13进行杀菌和进一步的过滤,然后再流向各用水点。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

1.一种纯净水的制备系统,其特征在于:包括通过管道依次连通的增压泵、砂滤器、碳滤器、软水器、第一保安过滤器、高压泵、反渗透装置、矿化处理器、后置过滤器、纯水箱、杀菌器、自动变频水泵以及第二保安过滤器。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种纯净水的制备系统,其特征在于:所述软水器与一溶盐箱通过管道连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种纯净水的制备系统,其特征在于:所述反渗透装置包括四个间隔布置的RO膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种纯净水的制备系统,其特征在于:所述杀菌器为紫外线杀菌器。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种纯净水的制备系统,其特征在于:所述第二保安过滤器与纯水箱通过回水管连通。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种纯净水的制备系统,其特征在于:所述回水管设有多个用水出口。
