Abstract
本发明公开了污染水域处理设备的一种黑臭河道水质净化装置,其支架设置有固化微生物管、生态基和曝气管,曝气管与压缩空气机通过气管连通。采用压缩空气机提供氧气来源,并结合固化微生物和生态基有机结合治理污染水质,提高了微生物的使用率和成活率,从而保证了整个系统的净化处理效率。而且,还由于采用浮动式支架结构,通过导杆沿导轨活动达到随意适应水深范围,达到满足各种不同水深河道的要求,也克服了因汛期河道水位变化造成设备搁浅的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于污染水域处理设备,具体涉及一种净化受污染河道水质的装置。
背景技术
城市中大大小小的河道在城市中起到了排涝、调解局部气候、景观亲水等功能,是现代海绵城市建设不可或缺的重要元素。从目前状况来看,河道都遭到了不同程度的污染,变成了臭气熏天的污染河道,不但起不到景观亲水的效果,反而成了严重的污染源。随着人们对居住环境要求的逐步提高,城市中的黑臭河道治理日益被重视起来,部分城市黑臭河道治理取得了显著的效果。但是由于治理技术相对落后,虽然河道治理动辄花费几千万甚至几亿到几十亿,治理效果仍然不理想。目前常用的黑臭河道治理措施中包含了截污、清淤、曝气、生物浮岛、投加微生物菌种、驳岸整治等,这些治理措施的缺点在于施工周期长,施工难度大,治理效果不明显等缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种治理污染效果好的黑臭河道水质净化装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种黑臭河道水质净化装置,包括飘浮于水面的支架,所述支架设置有固化微生物管、生态基和曝气管,所述曝气管与压缩空气机通过气管连通。
进一步地,所述支架包括悬浮支架和沉降支架,所述悬浮支架上面设置压缩空气机,所述沉降支架设置固化微生物管和曝气管,所述悬浮支架与沉降支架之间连接生态基。
所述悬浮支架的侧边设置导轨,所述沉降支架的侧边设置有插入悬浮支架的导轨中的导杆。
所述悬浮支架的侧边设置有浮件。
所述压缩空气机与蓄电池电连接,蓄电池与太阳能光电板电连接。
实施以上技术方案,本发明由于采用压缩空气机提供氧气来源,并结合固化微生物和生态基有机结合治理污染水质,提高了微生物的使用率和成活率,从而保证了整个系统的净化处理效率。而且,还由于采用浮动式支架结构,通过导杆沿导轨活动达到随意适应水深范围,达到满足各种不同水深河道的要求,也克服了因汛期河道水位变化造成设备搁浅的问题。综之,本发明具有系统投资低、实施方便、见效快和可移动的优势。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,黑臭河道水质净化装置由太阳能光电板1、蓄电池2、压缩空气机3、浮体4、悬浮支架5、沉降支架6、曝气管7、固化微生物管8、生态基9、导杆10和导轨11组成。
悬浮支架5上面装有太阳能光电板1、蓄电池2、压缩空气机3(也可以是直流电磁风机)。太阳能光电板呈“人”字形状,采用太阳能作为动力源,省去了连接动力线的麻烦,同时也保证了系统不会出现触电等隐患。蓄电池2和压缩空气机3被太阳能光电板1遮挡,防止淋雨。悬浮支架5的侧边设置浮体4(如PE材质筒体),使悬浮支架始终漂浮于水面。悬浮支架5的底面装设挂钩12。悬浮支架5的侧边角设置有开孔的导轨11。
沉降支架6分为三层,底层装设有曝气管7、中层装设有固化微生物管8,上层装设有挂钩12。曝气管和固化微生物管均开设有出气孔。沉降支架6的四个角装设有导杆10。
沉降支架6的导杆10插入悬浮支架5的导轨11中,使悬浮支架与沉降支架之间具有沿垂直方向的活动空间。悬浮支架5与沉降支架6的挂钩12连接生态基9,生态基是用来给微生物提供生长繁殖的载体,采用惰性纤维材料编制而成,材料本身比较柔软,可任意弯曲。压缩空气机13与沉降支架6上的曝气管7之间用软质的气管13连接。
将黑臭河道水质净化装置放入受污染、黑臭的河道时,整部装置漂浮于河道水面。当水位较浅时,沉降支架接触到河道底部,悬浮支架在自身重力的作用下沿导杆下降,生态基处于弯曲状态,此时悬浮支架和沉降支架之间距离缩短。当水位较深时,沉降支架在浮力的作用下自然悬挂在悬浮支架的导杆上,此时生态基处于伸直状态。
当整部处理装置放置于河道时,固化微生物管中的微生物被激发释放出来,同时曝气管输送出压缩空气,压缩空气在水中上升的过程中经过固化微生物管,微生物随空气一起上升到生态基空间,微生物在生态基上附着,在底部不断供氧的条件下微生物大量生长繁殖,在生长繁殖过程中消耗、吸收掉黑臭河道水中的污染物质,达到净化水质的目的。在净化水质的过程中固化微生物管释放出来的微生物也会进入河道底部的淤泥中,同时消耗污泥中的有机污染物,达到消减污泥的效果。

1.一种黑臭河道水质净化装置,包括飘浮于水面的支架,其特征在于:所述支架设置有固化微生物管、生态基和曝气管,所述曝气管与压缩空气机通过气管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黑臭河道水质净化装置,其特征在于,所述支架包括悬浮支架和沉降支架,所述悬浮支架上面设置压缩空气机,所述沉降支架设置固化微生物管和曝气管,所述悬浮支架与沉降支架之间连接生态基。
3.根据权利要求2所述的黑臭河道水质净化装置,其特征在于,所述悬浮支架的侧边角设置导轨,所述沉降支架的侧边设置有插入悬浮支架的导轨中的导杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的黑臭河道水质净化装置,其特征在于,所述悬浮支架的侧边设置有浮件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的黑臭河道水质净化装置,其特征在于,所述压缩空气机与蓄电池电连接,蓄电池与太阳能光电板电连接。
