Abstract
The invention provides a lifting mechanism for a single-rail crane and a single-rail crane lifting beam, which can solve the problem of running limiting of the single-rail crane due to large height of a lifting beam in the prior art. The lifting mechanism comprises a support frame, wherein a first lifting device is arranged in the support frame, and is arranged at one side of the support frame; a guide device is movably arranged in the support frame, and is connected with one end of the first lifting device; a lifting group is connected with the guide device through a chain; the lifting beam comprises the lifting mechanism for the single-rail crane, and the lifting mechanisms of the adjacent single-rail cranes are connected by a connecting rod; a bearing group is arranged on the support frame. The lifting mechanism for the single-rail crane and the single-rail crane lifting beam have the advantage that while the cost is reduced, the angle of the lifting beam is reduced in the use process, so as to smoothly run.

Technical Field

Background
The monorail crane is a system which uses a specially-made I-steel hung above a roadway as a track, and uses hanging vehicles with various functions to form a train set, and uses a traction device to run along the track.
The monorail crane can be used for continuous non-transshipment transportation of mine drifts and inclined drifts, has the characteristics of flexible operation, safety, reliability, high efficiency, less manpower and low operation cost, and is widely applied to large and medium-sized coal mines in China.

The lifting beam used by the monorail crane system is a main component of the monorail crane system, and has the main function of automatically lifting materials; the lifting beam lifting executing part adopts two forms of a hydraulic motor and an oil cylinder; the oil cylinders or motors of the lifting beams in the two lifting forms are both arranged right below the track (bearing mechanism);
the lifting beam in the prior art has a simple structure, an oil cylinder (motor) is positioned below the lifting beam, and the self height of the lifting beam is larger when the lifting beam is used and the lifting tonnage is larger; in the using process of the locomotive, the height of the lifting beam is increased, the clearance height of a transportation roadway is correspondingly reduced, and the trafficability of the locomotive is poor; due to the fact that the clearance height of the roadway is insufficient, when monorail crane transportation is adopted, the clearance height is increased by means of roof adjusting or bottom falling, and therefore the cost for developing the roadway is increased; in some coal mine roadways, because of the thin coal seam, the position with difficult roof adjusting or bottom dropping is limited by the conditions of single-rail hoisting, so that the single-rail hoisting transportation mode cannot be implemented in the thin coal seam mine.

The invention provides a hoisting mechanism for a monorail crane and a monorail crane hoisting beam, which solve the problem that in the prior art, the monorail crane is limited in operation due to the large height of the hoisting beam.
