Abstract

本公开是关于一种双面胶分离装置,用以分离双面胶的胶面与衬纸,包括壳体及设置在所述壳体内的第一转动件、第二转动件及控制件;所述壳体上设有收纳所述第一转动件的滑槽,当所述第一转动件与所述第二转动件抵接时位于槽道的第一限位部。通过在所述双面胶分离装置的壳体内设置第一转动件、第二转动件及安装所述双面胶的控制件,可以使所述双面胶卷绕所述控制件转动,同时依靠第一转动件及第二转动件的自转以及其位置上的相互抵接关系将预置在其间的双面胶衬纸夹出,进而使双面胶的胶纸和衬纸在使用时能够自动分离、便于操作。

技术领域
本公开涉及双面胶技术领域,尤其涉及双面胶分离装置。
背景技术
双面胶是日常生活中经常用到的粘接工具,其由双面带胶的胶纸以及一面粘接在其中一面的衬纸构成。相关技术中,使用双面胶时一般要先用剪刀将其剪断或用手撕断,再通过指甲或其他利器来分离双面胶的胶纸与衬纸。这种使用方式操作复杂,而且当工作量较大时手动分离胶纸与衬纸的动作会导致工作效率较低。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种双面胶分离装置,以使胶纸与衬纸自动分离、便于使用。
本公开提出一种双面胶分离装置,用以分离双面胶的胶面与衬纸,其包括:壳体及设置在所述壳体内的第一转动件、第二转动件及控制件;
所述壳体内设有收容双面胶卷的收容腔,所述控制件与所述收容腔相适配且所述双面胶卷可绕所述控制件转动;
所述壳体上设有收纳所述第一转动件的滑槽,当所述第一转动件与所述第二转动件抵接时位于所述槽道的第一限位部。
所述双面胶卷绕所述控制件转动,同时依靠第一转动件及第二转动件的自转以及相互抵接将预置在其间的双面胶衬纸夹出,进而使双面胶的胶纸和衬纸在使用时能够自动分离、便于操作。
进一步地,所述第一转动件设有沿所述滑槽滑动的第一转动轴,所述滑槽还包括第二限位部,当所述第一转动件与所述第二转动件未抵接时位于所述滑槽的第二限位部。所述第二限位部可以防止所述第一转动件与所述第二限位部未抵接的情况下自滑槽滑出。
进一步地,所述控制件包括按压部及自所述按压部延伸形成的安装部,所述安装部与所述收容腔相适配,所述双面胶卷两侧分别与所述壳体及按压部相抵接。所述双面胶卷可绕所述控制件转动,当使用结束时通过挤压按压部使所述双面胶卷停止转动,使用方便。
进一步地,所述壳体内设有组装部,所述组装部与壳体之间形成所述收容腔,所述安装部卡扣在所述组装部内。结构简单,便于安装。
进一步地,所述第一转动件、所述第二转动件位于所述壳体的一端,所述控制件位于所述壳体的另一端;所述第二转动件设置在所述第一转动件的上方。
进一步地,所述壳体上设有收容槽,所述第二转动件上设有收容于所述收容槽内的第二转动轴。转动件与壳体转动连接,保证使用过程的顺畅。
进一步地,所述壳体上设有位于所述第一转动件下部的第一开口,所述第一限位部到所述第一开口的距离小于所述第一转动件的直径。便于胶纸通过所述第一开口伸出以及粘接操作进行。
进一步地,所述第一开口的前端设有切割件。当使用结束时通过所述切割件直接切断双面胶,使用便利。
进一步地,所述壳体上设有供所述双面胶衬纸伸出的第二开口。
进一步地,所述壳体内设有衬纸导向板,所述衬纸导向板的一端与所述第一转动件及所述第二转动件的抵接处相邻,另一端设置在第二开口与收容腔之间的壳体上。所述导向板能引导所述衬纸自所述第二开口伸出,避免使用过程中频繁拆卸装置清除衬纸。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
通过设置在壳体内的第一转动件、第二转动件及能控制双面胶工作的控制件,使双面胶卷在使用过程中胶纸和衬纸自动分离便于使用。

图1是本公开双面胶分离装置使用状态示意图。如图1所示,一种双面胶分离装置,用以分离双面胶的胶面与衬纸21,可以包括:壳体10及设置在所述壳体10内的第一转动件11、第二转动件12及控制件18;所述壳体10内设有收容双面胶卷20的收容腔17,所述控制件18与所述收容腔17相适配且所述双面胶卷20可绕所述控制件18转动;进一步地,所述壳体10上设有收纳所述第一转动件11的滑槽13,当所述第一转动件11与所述第二转动件12抵接时位于滑槽13的第一限位部131。
当向下按所述壳体10时,所述第一转动件11沿滑槽13滑动到所述第一限位部131处且与所述第二转动件12的抵接,通过第一转动件11及第二转动件12的自转以及其位置上的相互抵接关系将预置在其间的双面胶衬纸21分离。因此本公开可以使双面胶的胶纸22和衬纸21在使用过程中自动分离、便于操作。
图2是本公开双面胶分离装置未使用状态示意图;图3是本公开双面胶分离装置立体分解图。如图1、图2、图3所示,所述壳体10上设有跑道型滑槽13,用以收纳所述第一转动件11,所述滑槽13包括第一限位部131、第二限位部132及连接二者的滑道133。所述第一转动件11上设有第一转动轴111,所述第一转动轴111收容于所述滑槽13内,该第一转动轴111在滑槽13中能够自转,同时也能够沿所述滑道133滑动。
当所述第一转动件11处于所述滑槽13的非第一限位部131时,所述第一转动件11与所述第二转动件12不抵接,即存在缝隙,此时衬纸21可插入其中。
当所述第一转动件11与待粘接位置接触时,按压壳体10,所述第一转动轴111即沿所述滑槽13滑至第一限位部131,使所述第一转动件11与所述第二转动件12相抵接。
其中,所述壳体10上设有收容槽122,所述第二转动件12上设有于所述收容槽122内转动的第二转动轴121,因此当第一转动件11与其抵接时,第一转动件11转动可以带动第二转动件12发生转动,将插在其间的衬纸21卷出。
所述第一转动件11、所述第二转动件12位于所述壳体10的一端,所述控制件18位于所述壳体10的另一端,以便于胶条的拉出与使用。所述第二转动件12设置在所述第一转动件11的上部上方,因此当按下壳体10,所述第一转动件11被待粘接位置抵住向上滑至所述第一限位部131时,可以实现与所述第二转动件12的抵接。所述壳体10上设有位于所述第一转动件11下部的第一开口16,所述第一限位部131到所述第一开口16的距离小于所述第一转动件11的直径,便于胶纸22通过所述第一开口16伸出,从而实现粘接操作。此外,所述第一开口16的前端设有切割件30,当双面胶的使用结束后可通过所述切割件30直接切断,避免了再另外的剪断或撕断操作使用方便。
当停止按压且所述第一转动件11离开所述待粘接位置时,所述第一转动件11由于自身重力沿所述滑道133滑至第二限位部132。所述第二限位部132可以防止所述第一转动件11不与所述第二限位部132抵接的情况下滑出滑槽13。
需要说明的是,所述滑槽13可以是跑道型滑槽13,也可以是其他具有限位结构的槽道,能够实现上述的限位功能即可。
所述控制件18包括按压部181及自所述按压部181延伸形成的安装部182,所述安装部182与所述收容腔17相适配,所述双面胶卷20两侧分别与所述壳体10及按压部181相抵接。由于所述双面交卷在使用过程中绕所述控制件18转动,所以通过按压部181与壳体10对所述双面胶卷20的挤压就可实现停止动作,因此操作方便。所述壳体10内设有组装部19,所述组装部19与壳体10之间形成所述收容腔17,所述安装部182卡扣在所述组装部19内,便于安装。
图4是本公开双面胶分离装置壳体的立体图。如图4所示的实施例中,所述壳体10上设有供所述双面胶衬纸21伸出的第二开口14,所述壳体10内设有衬纸21导向板15,所述衬纸21导向板15的一端与所述第一转动件11和所述第二转动件12的抵接处相邻,另一端设置在第二开口14与收容腔17之间的壳体10上,有助于所述衬纸21的导出。所述第二开口14与导向板15的位置不做限定,只要方便衬纸21伸出即可。
所述双面胶卷20收容在所述壳体10内并可绕所述控制件18转动,因此拉动胶条的一头,双面胶卷20转动即可将胶条拉出,方便后续的使用操作。拉出的胶条绕过所述第一转动件11且衬纸21的那一面与其抵接,胶纸22与衬纸21在此处预分离,其中衬纸21插在所述第一转动件11与第二转动件12的缝隙中,而胶纸22通过所述第一转动件11与指定位置的按压关系而粘接在指定位置上。此外,在胶纸22与指定位置粘接固定后,再向后拉动整个壳体10的同时就会继续扯出胶带。

Claims (9)

1.一种双面胶分离装置,用以分离双面胶的胶面与衬纸,其特征在于,包括:壳体及设置在所述壳体内的第一转动件、第二转动件及控制件;
所述壳体内设有收容双面胶卷的收容腔,所述控制件与所述收容腔相适配且所述双面胶卷可绕所述控制件转动;
所述壳体上设有收纳所述第一转动件的滑槽,当所述第一转动件与所述第二转动件抵接时位于所述滑槽的第一限位部,所述衬纸夹在相互抵接的所述第一转动件与第二转动件之间,且能够随所述第一转动件与第二转动件的转动卷出;所述第一转动件设有沿所述滑槽滑动的第一转动轴,所述滑槽还包括第二限位部,当所述第一转动件与所述第二转动件未抵接时位于所述滑槽的第二限位部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面胶分离装置,其特征在于,所述控制件包括按压部及自所述按压部延伸形成的安装部,所述安装部与所述收容腔相适配,所述双面胶卷两侧分别与所述壳体及按压部相抵接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双面胶分离装置,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有组装部,所述组装部与壳体之间形成所述收容腔,所述安装部卡扣在所述组装部内。
