本发明属于织物材料技术领域,具体涉及一种即热式碳纤维布。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的织物材料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,而碳纤维布就是其中的一种,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
碳纤维布由于强度高,密度小,厚度薄,基本不增加加固构件自重及截面尺寸,适用面广,广泛适用于建筑物桥梁隧道等各种结构类型、结构形状的加固修复和抗震加固及节点的结构加固。施工便捷,无需大型机具设备,没有湿作业,无需动火,无需现场固定设施,施工占用场地少,施工工效高。高耐久性,由于不会生锈,非常适合高酸、碱、盐及大气腐蚀环境中使用。
目前,在寒冷的冬季,人们都需要随时随地都有保暖取暖的装置,而做在贴身衣服或坐垫等地方的发热体越来越受到欢迎;所有发热体中,碳纤维发热材料,释放的远红外线波长为5-20um,与人体自身的发射波长相吻合,易于人体吸收,从而可释放对人体有益的远红外射线,改善血液循环、调节人体经络、促进血液流通、提高免疫力、健康保健、延年益寿,成为最近越来越受到重视的发热材料而被广泛采用。
现在,市场上由碳纤维布制成的材料,如CN201878350 U发明专利都是将碳纤维丝放在两层织物的夹层中, 通过PVC包裹住碳纤维丝,使用交流电源接通发热,容易产生安全问题,而且这样的结构降低了碳纤维远红外效果,柔软度降低,使用舒适性不好。
现有的碳纤维布功能单一,不具备按摩功能,针对一般的按摩装置,对人体上的穴位不能够精确的定位,使得作用效果大打折扣,而且使用按摩装置往往需要花费一笔不小的金额,经济费用较大;而且碳纤维布是一种单向碳纤维加固产品,通常采用12K碳纤维丝织造,使得碳纤维布经常会有比较难以去除的污渍,不方便清洗和擦拭。
针对上述技术问题,故需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种即热式碳纤维布,是由多层面料复合而成的,接电简单安全、保暖舒适,具有全方位微按摩、保健理疗的作用,同时,也可以提高碳纤维布的自我清洁能力,能够去除难以去除的污渍。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种即热式碳纤维布,包括从上至下依次布设的隔热绝缘层、上碳纤维布层、碳纤维发热层、下碳纤维布层和外层耐磨层;所述上碳纤维布层和下碳纤维布层分别连接在所述碳纤维发热层的上下两面;所述碳纤维发热层内设有若干根碳纤维发热线;该碳纤维发热线沿着碳纤维发热层的长度方向等距布设,相邻碳纤维发热线的端布连接有接触导电的一排细铜丝;细铜丝的在碳纤维发热层的两端形成有电极;所述碳纤维发热线与上碳纤维布层和下碳纤维布层之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网和下纤维网,所述上碳纤维布层与上纤维网之间以及下碳纤维布层与下纤维网之间均通过胶水粘接。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述隔热绝缘层与上碳纤维布层混纺交织,形成一体,并且在隔热绝缘层上形成有呈波浪状体的结构的凸起部,该凸起部沿隔热绝缘层的长度方向均匀布设,两个相邻凸起部的高度相一致。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述电极包括正电极片和负电极片,所述正电极片和负电极片之间通过细铜丝连接碳纤维发热线,且所述正电极片和负电极片之间的缝隙充填有导电胶。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述细铜丝由复合电加热膜构成,该复合电加热膜采用交流或直流电源供电;所述电加热膜是PTC电热膜。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过上纤维网和下纤维网将和碳纤维发热线压在中间,然后再粘合即可,提高了其生产效率;
2. 碳纤维发热线呈波浪形的,这样其产生热量比较均衡,同时碳纤维发热线与上纤维网和下纤维网安装时弯曲都不会影响到其发热效果;
3.多层碳纤维布通过调整绗缝密度制成,此面料更加有效的提供了保暖性,同时保证了碳纤维布的轻薄和运动灵活性;
4.通过设置波浪形的凸起部,在保暖的同时还能起到保健、按摩作用,且使用寿命长、提高舒适性;
5.充分发挥碳纤维布电暖,在即开即热、红外保健、节能环保、宁静舒适等方面的独特优势,一举攻克原有碳纤维布的诸多缺陷;

实施例一:如图1-2所示,一种即热式碳纤维布,包括从上至下依次布设的隔热绝缘层9、上碳纤维布层1、碳纤维发热层2、下碳纤维布层3和外层耐磨层8;上碳纤维布层1和下碳纤维布层3分别连接在所述碳纤维发热层2的上下两面;上碳纤维布层1和下碳纤维布层3为绝缘层,均为由PET制作而成。
碳纤维发热层2内设有若干根碳纤维发热线4;该碳纤维发热线4沿着碳纤维发热层2的长度方向等距布设,相邻碳纤维发热线4的端布连接有接触导电的一排细铜丝5;细铜丝5的在碳纤维发热层2的两端形成有电极;所述碳纤维发热线4与上碳纤维布层1和下碳纤维布层3之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网6和下纤维网7,所述上碳纤维布层1与上纤维网6之间以及下碳纤维布层3与下纤维网7之间均通过胶水粘接。
相邻的碳纤维发热线4之间通过上纤维网6和下纤维网7之间电连通,保证了其发热效果和使用稳定性,而碳纤维发热线4沿着碳纤维发热层2的长度方向等距布设;碳纤维发热线4沿碳纤维发热层2的垂直方向均匀设置;碳纤维发热线4呈直线状或波浪状;这样其产生热量比较均衡,同时碳纤维发热线4与上纤维网6和下纤维网7安装时弯曲都不会影响到其发热效果,通过上纤维网6和下纤维网7将和碳纤维发热线4压在中间,然后再粘合即可,提高了其生产效率。
隔热绝缘层9与上碳纤维布层1混纺交织,形成一体,并且在隔热绝缘层9上形成有呈波浪状体的结构的凸起部10,该凸起部10沿隔热绝缘层9的长度方向均匀布设,两个相邻凸起部10的高度相一致;呈波浪形的凸起部10能给人以理疗和按摩的双重功效,非常实用,方便。
凸起部10与碳纤维发热层2之间填充有棉絮纤维织物11,该棉絮纤维织物11均匀布设于凸起部10内;采用棉絮纤维织物11;具有良好的保暖性、柔软性和透气性;凸起部10的高度为中隔热绝缘层9与上碳纤维布层1高度之和的2倍;采用上述方案,为了在使用过程中,增加该凸起部10的高度落差,并且从舒适美观和理疗效果的角度考虑,凸起部10的高度为中隔热绝缘层9与上碳纤维布层1高度之和的2倍为比较合理方案,这样对于人体脊椎和颈椎有比较好的护理效果。

如图3-4所示,本实施例的碳纤维发热层2呈平面型,由多层碳纤维布2-1组成,多层碳纤维布2-1之间混纺交织而成;相邻两个碳纤维布2-1之间成15~45度夹角错开层叠;传统的相邻碳纤维布2-1叠时并不存在夹角,因为除0度方向以外的其他方向不受力,大大削弱的产品的整体强度,和产品各部位的强度不均匀,影响了产品的承力效果,经研究和实验得出,相邻碳纤维布2-1成夹角层叠会增加整体的强度,两层碳纤维布2-1设置了由多个中空蜂巢格组成的支撑体层,并复合成整体结构,节省了材料的使用,大大减轻了碳纤维布2-1的重量,且其中空结构可有效地分散外力,可达到良好的抗压和抗冲击的效果。
多层碳纤维布2-1内布设有碳纤维发热线4呈纵横交错排列;且碳纤维布2-1的两面涂有耐高温材料或覆有耐高温膜。
使得碳纤维发热线4不容易剥落,加强了材料的整体力学强韧性,大幅度延长了由该种碳纤维发热线4制成的即热式碳纤维布的使用寿命。
碳纤维发热层2,其形态,为碳纤维布2-1,并呈平面型,最均匀地将热量发生且传导出去,最大限度地克服以往大多碳纤维电暖,均由电缆或电线形式呈现,以线性发热、传热不均匀的致命缺陷;其核心技术在于,所述碳纤维布2-1,是由含量为6%-36%、长度为3.0-18mm的碳纤维素与竹桨、木浆、棉浆、麻浆等植物纤维浆或其他化学纤维浆混合,复合生产而成;加上正电极片13和负电极片14,外面用上碳纤维布层1和下碳纤维布层3等绝缘材料隔离,由此制成呈面状的碳纤维电热层;然后,碳纤维电热层中的碳分子团,在电场的作用下,产生“布朗运动”,碳分子之间发生剧烈撞击和摩擦,产生热能,以超过66%的远红外辐射能和超过32%的对流热能对外传递。
其优点在于,一是,电能与热能的总转换率可以达到98%以上,并在几秒钟内,碳纤维发热层的温度,迅速升高,实现即开即热、节能环保、宁静舒适、使用方便的技术性能,为制造本技术的即热式碳纤维布,奠定核心技术基础,且比现有常规碳纤维布节能30%以上;二是,其远红外辐射的微波长为6-15微米,被医学界称为“生命之光”,可增强新陈代谢,促进血液循环,提高人体免疫能力;对腰腿疼、肩周炎、关节炎、颈椎病、胃寒、痔疮等有着明显的辅助理疗作用,保健功能十分显现。从而,成为名副其实的即热式碳纤维布。

尽管本文较多地使用了图中附图标记:上碳纤维布层1,碳纤维发热层2,碳纤维布2-1,下碳纤维布层3,碳纤维发热线4, 细铜丝5, 上纤维网6,下纤维网7,外层耐磨层8,隔热绝缘层9,凸起部10,棉絮纤维织物11,PET聚酯薄膜12,正电极片13,负电极片14等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

1.一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次布设的隔热绝缘层(9)、上碳纤维布层(1)、碳纤维发热层(2)、下碳纤维布层(3)和外层耐磨层(8);所述上碳纤维布层(1)和下碳纤维布层(3)分别连接在所述碳纤维发热层(2)的上下两面;所述碳纤维发热层(2)内设有若干根碳纤维发热线(4);该碳纤维发热线(4)沿着碳纤维发热层(2)的长度方向等距布设,相邻碳纤维发热线(4)的端布连接有细铜丝(5);细铜丝(5)的在碳纤维发热层(2)的两端形成有电极;所述碳纤维发热线(4)与上碳纤维布层(1)和下碳纤维布层(3)之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网(6)和下纤维网(7),所述上碳纤维布层(1)与上纤维网(6)之间以及下碳纤维布层(3)与下纤维网(7)之间均通过胶水粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述隔热绝缘层(9)与上碳纤维布层(1)混纺交织,形成一体,并且在隔热绝缘层(9)上形成有呈波浪状体的结构的凸起部(10),该凸起部(10)沿隔热绝缘层(9)的长度方向均匀布设,两个相邻凸起部(10)的高度相一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述电极包括正电极片(13)和负电极片(14),所述正电极片(13)和负电极片(14)之间通过细铜丝(5)连接碳纤维发热线(4),且所述正电极片(13)和负电极片(14)之间的缝隙充填有导电胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述细铜丝(5)由复合电加热膜构成,该复合电加热膜采用交流或直流电源供电;所述电加热膜是PTC电热膜。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述凸起部(10)与碳纤维发热层(2)之间填充有棉絮纤维织物(11),该棉絮纤维织物(11)均匀布设于凸起部(10)内;所述凸起部(10)的高度为中隔热绝缘层(9)与上碳纤维布层(1)高度之和的2倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述外层耐磨层(8)的外表面黏附有PET聚酯薄膜(12);外层耐磨层(8)为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述碳纤维发热层(2)呈平面型,由多层碳纤维布(2-1)组成,多层碳纤维布(2-1)之间混纺交织而成;相邻两个碳纤维布(2-1)之间成15~45度夹角错开层叠。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述多层碳纤维布(2-1)内布设有碳纤维发热线(4)呈纵横交错排列;且碳纤维布(2-1)的两面涂有耐高温材料或覆有耐高温膜。
9.根据权利要求1或8所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述碳纤维发热线(4)沿碳纤维发热层(2)的垂直方向均匀设置;碳纤维发热线(4)呈直线状或波浪状。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种即热式碳纤维布,其特征在于:所述上碳纤维布层(1)和下碳纤维布层(3)为绝缘层,均为由PET制作而成。
