Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,属于地毯技术领域,包括由下到上依次排布的无纺布基层、隔热层和吸音层;所述无纺布基层的底部设有离型纸层;所述吸音层的顶部设有绒面层;所述吸音层内部设有均匀分布的螺旋形锥孔。本发明通过在无纺布基层上设置隔热层及吸音层,起到良好的保温降噪效果;同时吸音层内部设有均匀分布的螺旋形锥孔,通过螺旋形锥孔,能够有效地消除噪音,起到良好的降噪效果;设置绒面层,能够起到良好的缓冲作用,避免尖锐物损坏内部结构,而且更加的美观;另外本发明通过在无纺布基层底部设置离型纸层,方便整体的安装,节省了大量的安装周期,经济效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内装饰材料技术领域,具体为一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸。
背景技术
无纺布墙纸也叫无纺纸墙纸是高档墙纸/壁纸的一种,由于采用天然植物纤维无纺工艺制成而拉力更强,更环保、不发霉发黄,透气性好是高品质墙纸的主要基材。无纺布墙纸产品源于欧洲,从法国流行,是最新型最环保的材质。因其采用的是纺织中的无纺工艺所以也叫无纺布但确切的说应该叫无纺纸。
目前,市场上的壁纸品种繁多且层出不穷,诸如胶面PVC壁纸、纯纸壁纸、金属壁纸、液态壁纸等。由于用布艺制作的造型更有凹凸感,也更容易体现个性化。墙纸的得到越来越广泛的应用,从最初的应用在酒店、宾馆和办公室等公共场所,到如今越来越广泛使用于家庭的室内装修,但更多的注重表面的花式设计,颜色的搭配以及整体的装饰效果,对墙纸的功能性注重不多。
目前,传统的无纺布墙纸大都只注重颜色及图案的搭配,为了美观,而对其功能性要求不太高;随着越来越多的办公室、会议室及其他公共场合的使用度越来越高,如何有效的起到良好的降噪效果,保证环境的安静成为本领域技术人员有待解决的一大问题。
发明内容
发明的目的:为了克服以上不足,本发明公开一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,其结构简单、功能性强,具有良好的降噪效果;同时还具有良好的隔热效果,并且安装方便快捷,实用性强,成本较低。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,包括由下到上依次排布的无纺布基层、隔热层和吸音层;所述无纺布基层的底部设有离型纸层;所述吸音层的顶部设有绒面层;所述吸音层内部设有均匀分布的螺旋形锥孔。
本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,其结构简单;通过在无纺布基层上设置隔热层及吸音层,起到良好的保温降噪效果;同时吸音层内部设有均匀分布的螺旋形锥孔,通过螺旋形锥孔,能够有效地消除噪音,起到良好的降噪效果;同时,本发明在吸音层顶部设有绒面层,一方面保证外表更加的美观,另一方面还能起到良好的缓冲作用,避免尖锐物损坏内部结构;并且本发明通过在无纺布基层底部设置离型纸层,方便整体的安装,节省了大量的安装周期,经济效果好。
进一步地,本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,所述无纺布基层由涤纶纤维经针刺加工制造而成。材料廉价易得,购置成本低。
进一步地,本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,所述绒面层通过纺粘无纺布粘结在吸音层顶部。纺粘无纺布通过高温即可实现粘结,制造方便快捷,并且粘结效果好,结构牢固,实用性强。
进一步地,本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,所述的绒面层上设有数码印花图案。通过在绒面层上设置数码印花图案,能够有效地提高其外观效果,并且数码印花图案搭配绒面,立体效果好。
进一步地,本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,所述无纺布基层、隔热层、吸音层的厚度比为3:1:2。
另外,本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,所述的无纺布基层的加工制作方法为:
涤纶纤维原材料准备,然后将合成纤维进行初步的开松、和毛,使不同细度和长度的纤维得到初步混合,混合其间要喷抗静电剂,使纤维块、纤维团离解松懈,不同规格的纤维原料获得均匀的混合;然后放入混合箱进行进一步的混合,接下来将纤维梳理成网,使纤维原料获得更充分的开松并均匀混合,同时纤维之间相互杂乱凝聚,形成具有一定抱合力的纤网;通过铺网机将梳理机所输出纤网进行往复运动,进行有序的交叉铺网;然后通过针刺机按照所需要求进行针刺;针刺完成后按照要求进行检验、整型;检验合格后进行收卷;完成所述无纺布基层的加工制作。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸具有如下有益效果:

下面结合附图,对本发明具体实施方式进行详细的描述,本实施例只限于说明本发明,并不限定本发明的范围。
实施例:
本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,如图1所示,包括由下到上依次排布的无纺布基层1、隔热层2和吸音层3;且上述隔层的厚度比为3:1:2;为了方便安装粘结,在所述无纺布基层1的底部设有离型纸层4,通过撕开离型纸层4。即可实现整体在墙面的粘贴,方便快捷;同时离型纸层4还能够起到一定的隔水效果;另外,所述吸音层3的顶部设有通过纺粘无纺布粘结其表面的绒面层5,为了提高其外观下过,所述的绒面层3上设有数码印花图案,立体感更加的鲜明;如图2所示,为了达到良好的吸音效果,所述吸音层3内部设有均匀分布的螺旋形锥孔H。
优选地,本发明所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,如图1所示的无纺布基层1由涤纶纤维经针刺加工制造而成。
优选地,本发明所述的无纺布基层的加工制作方法为:
涤纶纤维原材料准备,然后将合成纤维进行初步的开松、和毛,使不同细度和长度的纤维得到初步混合,混合其间要喷抗静电剂,使纤维块、纤维团离解松懈,不同规格的纤维原料获得均匀的混合;然后放入混合箱进行进一步的混合,接下来将纤维梳理成网,使纤维原料获得更充分的开松并均匀混合,同时纤维之间相互杂乱凝聚,形成具有一定抱合力的纤网;通过铺网机将梳理机所输出纤网进行往复运动,进行有序的交叉铺网;然后通过针刺机按照所需要求进行针刺;针刺完成后按照要求进行检验、整型;检验合格后进行收卷即可。

1.一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,其特征在于:包括由下到上依次排布的无纺布基层(1)、隔热层(2)和吸音层(3);所述无纺布基层(1)的底部设有离型纸层(4);所述吸音层(3)的顶部设有绒面层(5);所述吸音层(3)内部设有均匀分布的螺旋形锥孔(H)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,其特征在于:所述无纺布基层(1)由涤纶纤维经针刺加工制造而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,其特征在于:所述绒面层(3)通过纺粘无纺布粘结在吸音层(3)顶部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,其特征在于:所述绒面层(3)上设有数码印花图案。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层无纺布吸音墙纸,其特征在于:所述无纺布基层(1)、隔热层(2)、吸音层(3)的厚度比为3:1:2。
