本发明公开了一种多级塑料粉碎机,包括壳体,所述壳体的下端开设有空腔,所述空腔的内部顶端设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴的下端设有伸缩装置,所述伸缩装置的下端设有活动板,所述活动板的下侧设有定位柱,壳体的下端四角还设有万向轮,壳体的上端设有电机,所述电机的输出端设有轴承,所述轴承上连接有伸进壳体内部的粉碎轴,所述粉碎轴的外侧设有若干粉碎刀,壳体的内部从上到下依次设有第一过滤网、第二过滤网和第三过滤网,所述电机、轴承和粉碎轴上均设有温度传感器,壳体的上端设有控制装置,所述控制装置的上端设有报警器,控制装置上还设有无线发送模块。本发明结构简单、使用方便,安全性高,便于移动,固定牢靠,粉碎效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料粉碎装置技术领域,具体是一种多级塑料粉碎机。
背景技术
着塑料工业的发展,塑料制品被广泛应用于工业、农业及人们的日常生活中,而随之而来的就是大量废弃塑料的出现。如何合理处置这些废弃塑料,减少其对环境的影响,是亟待解决的一个问题,也是构建节约型社会的要求。塑料粉碎机的出现为解决这一问题提供了很好的思路。塑料粉碎机用于破碎废旧塑料、边角料、塑料壳、塑料薄膜等的塑料回收,可对塑料制品进行二次利用。但当粉碎机长时间负载工作时,粉碎机的电机或机体温度过高,一来会影响机体零部件的使用寿命,直接影响到设备的正常运行和生产效率,二来一些热熔型物料容易粘连,可内壁容易黏附物料,导致堵塞现象。目前来说,塑料粉碎机上并没有安装相关的温度检测装置对其机体或轴承上的温度进行实时的监控。本发明通过在塑料粉碎机机体和轴承座上安置温度传感器,当机体和轴承温度超过安全数值时,温度检测装置采取自动报警,提醒操作人员及时采取相关措施,防止轴承等部件被烧坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便的多级塑料粉碎机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多级塑料粉碎机,包括壳体,所述壳体的下端开设有空腔,所述空腔的内部顶端设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴的下端设有伸缩装置,所述伸缩装置的下端设有活动板,所述活动板的下侧设有定位柱,壳体的下端四角还设有万向轮,壳体的上端设有电机,所述电机的输出端设有轴承,所述轴承上连接有伸进壳体内部的粉碎轴,所述粉碎轴的外侧设有若干粉碎刀,壳体的内部从上到下依次设有第一过滤网、第二过滤网和第三过滤网,所述电机、轴承和粉碎轴上均设有温度传感器,壳体的上端设有控制装置,所述控制装置的上端设有报警器,控制装置上还设有无线发送模块,壳体的左侧上端设有进料斗,壳体的左侧中部设有吸尘箱,所述吸尘箱上设有吸尘管,所述吸尘管的上端设有吸尘罩,所述吸尘罩位于进料斗的上侧左方,吸尘箱的下端设有风机,吸尘箱的内部设有灰尘过滤网,所述灰尘过滤网的上方设有叶轮,所述叶轮的轮叶与灰尘过滤网抵触设置。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第一过滤网、第二过滤网和第三过滤网的网孔直径依次减小。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述温度传感器和报警器均与控制装置连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在电机、轴承和粉碎轴上安置温度传感器,当电机和轴承温度超过安全数值时,温度检测装置采取自动报警,提醒操作人员及时采取相关措施,防止轴承等部件被烧坏。设有多层多滤网,可以实现多级粉碎,提高了粉碎的效果,设有定位柱和万向轮,便于移动,在移动到指定的位置时,可以使用定位柱进行固定,固定牢靠,不会影响设备的使用。过滤箱的设置,可以对进料口的灰尘进行吸附,防止进料口的灰尘污染环境,保证工人的身体健康,并且所述叶轮的轮叶与灰尘过滤网抵触设置,可以防止灰尘过滤网进行堵塞,保证灰尘过滤的正常进行。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种多级塑料粉碎机,包括壳体1,所述壳体1的下端开设有空腔2,所述空腔2的内部顶端设有旋转轴3,所述旋转轴3的下端设有伸缩装置4,所述伸缩装置4的下端设有活动板,所述活动板的下侧设有定位柱7,壳体1的下端四角还设有万向轮6,便于移动,在移动到指定的位置时,可以使用定位柱7进行固定,固定牢靠,不会影响设备的使用。壳体1的上端设有电机8,所述电机8的输出端设有轴承9,所述轴承9上连接有伸进壳体1内部的粉碎轴10,所述粉碎轴10的外侧设有若干粉碎刀11,壳体1的内部从上到下依次设有第一过滤网12、第二过滤网13和第三过滤网14,所述第一过滤网12、第二过滤网13和第三过滤网14的网孔直径依次减小,,可以实现多级粉碎,提高了粉碎的效果。
所述电机8、轴承9和粉碎轴10上均设有温度传感器15,壳体1的上端设有控制装置16,所述控制装置16的上端设有报警器18,控制装置16上还设有无线发送模块17,所述温度传感器15和报警器18均与控制装置16连接。当电机8和轴承9温度超过安全数值时,温度检测装置采取自动报警,提醒操作人员及时采取相关措施,防止轴承等部件被烧坏。壳体1的左侧上端设有进料斗19,壳体1的左侧中部设有吸尘箱20,所述吸尘箱20上设有吸尘管21,所述吸尘管21的上端设有吸尘罩22,所述吸尘罩22位于进料斗19的上侧左方,吸尘箱20的下端设有风机25,吸尘箱20的内部设有灰尘过滤网23,所述灰尘过滤网23的上方设有叶轮24。可以对进料口19的灰尘进行吸附,防止进料口19的灰尘污染环境,保证工人的身体健康,并且所述叶轮24的轮叶与灰尘过滤网23抵触设置,可以防止灰尘过滤网23进行堵塞,保证灰尘过滤的正常进行。
