Abstract

本发明公开了一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备,包括底座、蜗杆涡轮传动机构、裁剪机构和传动装置,所述底座的上部安装有蜗杆涡轮传动机构,蜗杆涡轮传动机构上安装有裁剪机构,传动装置置于底座的下部。它可保证剪裁的连续性,还可使剪裁出来的窗膜更加平整,且传送平稳不间断。

技术领域:
本发明涉及窗膜生产加工技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备。
背景技术:
对于窗膜来说,现有的窗膜的原始长度都是比较长的,但是根据不同的客户,需要裁剪一定的长度才能加工,现有技术的窗膜剪裁设备可以说都是半自动化的,剪裁设备将窗膜输送并记录其长度,达到规定的长度后,工人用小刀等工具进行剪裁,剪裁的动作是靠人工来完成的,人工操作有两个缺点:1、剪裁不平整,手毕竟不是机器,容易导致窗膜的边角不平整;2、效率低,人工手动的效率远远没有剪裁机构的速度快、效率高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备,它可保证剪裁的连续性,还可使剪裁出来的窗膜更加平整,且传送平稳不间断。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备,包括底座、蜗杆涡轮传动机构、裁剪机构和传动装置,所述底座的上部安装有蜗杆涡轮传动机构,蜗杆涡轮传动机构上安装有裁剪机构,传动装置置于底座的下部;
所述蜗杆涡轮传动机构包括第一电机,第一电机的输出轴与联轴器的一端连接,联轴器的另一端连接有长蜗杆,长蜗杆的两端通过轴承铰接在底座的两端主支座上,涡轮与长蜗杆啮合,涡轮位于长蜗杆的下方,所述第一电机通过螺栓固定在电机座的一端面上,电机座的另一端面固定在左端的主支座上;
所述裁剪机构包括移动架,移动架的中间铰接有涡轮轴,所述涡轮固定在涡轮轴上,移动架套接在两根导向横杆上,所述导向横杆的两端固定在底座上,所述移动架的底部安装有刀架,刀片镶嵌在刀架上;
所述传动装置包括传动辊,传动辊的两端延伸轴通过轴承横向铰接在底座的辅支座上,传送辊的左端固定有皮带轮,所述皮带轮通过皮带与小皮带轮连接,小皮带轮固定在第二电机的输出轴上,所述小皮带轮的正上方安装有张紧机构。
所述传动辊和长蜗杆平行设置。
所述传动辊有两个,两个传动辊等高平行设置,传动辊位于刀片的下端。
所述张紧机构包括张紧轮,张紧轮通过轴承铰接在轮轴的一端,轮轴的另一端固定在左端的主支座上,张紧轮的下端弧面压靠在皮带上。
所述轮轴的中间成型有圆台,圆台的左端面压靠在主支座的端面上,轮轴的左端成型有腰型柱体,腰型柱体位于圆台的左端,腰型柱体插套在主支座的腰型孔内,轮轴的最左端延伸轴上螺接有锁紧螺栓。
本发明的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,它可保证剪裁的连续性,还可使剪裁出来的窗膜更加平整,且传送平稳不间断。

实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备,包括底座 1、蜗杆涡轮传动机构2、裁剪机构3和传动装置4,所述底座1的上部安装有蜗杆涡轮传动机构2,蜗杆涡轮传动机构2上安装有裁剪机构3,传动装置4置于底座1的下部;
所述蜗杆涡轮传动机构2包括第一电机21,第一电机21的输出轴与联轴器23的一端连接,联轴器23的另一端连接有长蜗杆24,长蜗杆24 的两端通过轴承铰接在底座1的两端主支座11上,涡轮25与长蜗杆24 啮合,涡轮25位于长蜗杆24的下方,所述第一电机21通过螺栓固定在电机座22的一端面上,电机座22的另一端面固定在左端的主支座11上;
所述裁剪机构3包括移动架31,移动架31的中间铰接有涡轮轴32,所述涡轮25固定在涡轮轴32上,移动架31套接在两根导向横杆33上,所述导向横杆33的两端固定在底座1上,所述移动架31的底部安装有刀架34,刀片35镶嵌在刀架34上;
所述传动装置4包括传动辊41,传动辊41的两端延伸轴通过轴承横向铰接在底座1的辅支座12上,传送辊41的左端固定有皮带轮42,所述皮带轮42通过皮带43与小皮带轮44连接,小皮带轮44固定在第二电机 45的输出轴上,所述小皮带轮44的正上方安装有张紧机构5
更进一步地说,所述传动辊41和长蜗杆24平行设置。
更进一步地说,所述传动辊41有两个,两个传动辊41等高平行设置,传动辊41位于刀片35的下端。
更进一步地说,所述张紧机构5包括张紧轮51,张紧轮51通过轴承铰接在轮轴52的一端,轮轴52的另一端固定在左端的主支座11上,张紧轮51的下端弧面压靠在皮带43上。
更进一步地说,所述轮轴52的中间成型有圆台521,圆台521的左端面压靠在主支座11的端面上,轮轴52的左端成型有腰型柱体522,腰型柱体522位于圆台521的左端,腰型柱体522插套在主支座11的腰型孔 111内,轮轴52的最左端延伸轴上螺接有锁紧螺栓53。
工作原理:第二电机45起动,带动小皮带轮44转动,小皮带轮44 通过皮带43带动两个皮带轮42转动,皮带轮42带动传送辊41转动,传送辊41将窗膜传送过来,当到达设定值时,第一电机21起动,通过联轴器23带动长蜗杆24转动,长蜗杆24与涡轮25啮合,涡轮25带动移动架 31从最左端移向最右端,固定在移动架31底部的刀片35随之运动,刀片 35开始裁剪。当裁剪完毕后,电机反转,移动架31恢复原位,刀片35随之归位。

1.一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备,包括底座(1)、蜗杆涡轮传动机构(2)、裁剪机构(3)和传动装置(4),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的上部安装有蜗杆涡轮传动机构(2),蜗杆涡轮传动机构(2)上安装有裁剪机构(3),传动装置(4)置于底座(1)的下部;
所述蜗杆涡轮传动机构(2)包括第一电机(21),第一电机(21)的输出轴与联轴器(23)的一端连接,联轴器(23)的另一端连接有长蜗杆(24),长蜗杆(24)的两端通过轴承铰接在底座(1)的两端主支座(11)上,涡轮(25)与长蜗杆(24)啮合,涡轮(25)位于长蜗杆(24)的下方,所述第一电机(21)通过螺栓固定在电机座(22)的一端面上,电机座(22)的另一端面固定在左端的主支座(11)上;
所述裁剪机构(3)包括移动架(31),移动架(31)的中间铰接有涡轮轴(32),所述涡轮(25)固定在涡轮轴(32)上,移动架(31)套接在两根导向横杆(33)上,所述导向横杆(33)的两端固定在底座(1)上,所述移动架(31)的底部安装有刀架(34),刀片(35)镶嵌在刀架(34)上;
所述传动装置(4)包括传动辊(41),传动辊(41)的两端延伸轴通过轴承横向铰接在底座(1)的辅支座(12)上,传送辊(41)的左端固定有皮带轮(42),所述皮带轮(42)通过皮带(43)与小皮带轮(44)连接,小皮带轮(44)固定在第二电机(45)的输出轴上,所述小皮带轮(44)的正上方安装有张紧机构(5)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备,其特征在于:所述张紧机构(5)包括张紧轮(51),张紧轮(51)通过轴承铰接在轮轴(52)的一端,轮轴(52)的另一端固定在左端的主支座(11)上,张紧轮(51)的下端弧面压靠在皮带(43)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种窗膜裁剪及传送设备,其特征在于:所述轮轴(52)的中间成型有圆台(521),圆台(521)的左端面压靠在主支座(11)的端面上,轮轴(52)的左端成型有腰型柱体(522),腰型柱体(522)位于圆台(521)的左端,腰型柱体(522)插套在主支座(11)的腰型孔(111)内,轮轴(52)的最左端延伸轴上螺接有锁紧螺栓(53)。
