Abstract

本发明公开了一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，包括并排设置在一起的第一计量辊和第二计量辊，所述的第一计量辊通过第一转轴安装在第一机架上，所述的第二计量辊通过第二转轴安装在第二机架上，所述第一机架和第二机架之间设置有距离调节装置，所述的第一计量辊和第二计量辊为光辊。本发明采用两根计量辊相结合的方式进行涂布，不存在网眼堵塞的问题，而且上胶量可调节范围较广，计量更加精确。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置。
背景技术
浸渍纸广泛的用在橱柜、衣柜、强化复合地板的贴面中，在浸渍纸的生产过程中，现阶段常用的涂布方式是网纹辊和刮刀配合的方式进行涂布，此种方式的缺点：1、涂布上胶量调节范围很小，计量不够精确；2网纹辊网眼易堵塞，导致涂布上胶量上不去，引起涂布不均匀、缺胶、漏胶等问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，采用两根计量辊相结合的方式进行涂布，不存在网眼堵塞的问题，而且上胶量可调节范围较广，计量更加精确。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，包括并排设置在一起的第一计量辊和第二计量辊，所述的第一计量辊通过第一转轴安装在第一机架上，所述的第二计量辊通过第二转轴安装在第二机架上，所述第一机架和第二机架之间设置有距离调节装置，所述的第一计量辊和第二计量辊为光辊。
通过距离调节装置调节第一计量辊和第二计量辊之间的间隙，从而选择合适的上胶厚度，第一计量辊和第二计量辊均为光辊，不仅解决了网眼堵塞的问题，同时计量也更加精确。
作为优选，所述的距离调节装置包括一对与第二机架轴向固定、周向转动连接的螺栓，所述的螺栓与第一机架螺纹连接，所述的螺栓与第一计量辊和第二计量辊相垂直。
作为优选，所述螺栓的头部位于第二机架的外侧，所述螺栓在第二机架的内侧固定有一环形挡圈。
螺栓的头部与环形挡圈相配合，实现螺栓的轴向固定、周向转动。
作为优选，所述第一机架的内侧固定有一对与第一计量辊相垂直的刻度尺，所述的刻度尺分别位于第一计量辊的两端，所述刻度尺的刻度由第一计量辊向第二计量辊逐渐变大，所述刻度尺的零刻度位于第一计量辊内侧边缘的母线位置。
作为优选，所述第二机架的内侧固定有一对与第二计量辊相垂直的刻度尺，所述的刻度尺分别位于第二计量辊的两端，所述刻度尺的刻度由第二计量辊向第一计量辊逐渐变大，所述刻度尺的零刻度位于第二计量辊内侧边缘的母线位置。
通过刻度尺能够精确调节第一计量辊和第二计量辊之间的间距，并且将一对刻度尺分别设置在计量辊的两端，这样也能够保证第一计量辊和第二计量辊的平行，使得第一计量辊和第二计量辊之间的间距一致。
本发明采用两根计量辊相结合的方式进行涂布，不存在网眼堵塞的问题，而且上胶量可调节范围较广，计量更加精确。

下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
如图1、2所示，一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，包括并排设置在一起的第一计量辊1和第二计量辊2，所述的第一计量辊1通过第一转轴3安装在第一机架4上，所述的第二计量辊2通过第二转轴5安装在第二机架6上，所述第一机架4和第二机架6之间设置有距离调节装置，所述的第一计量辊1和第二计量辊2为光辊。
所述的距离调节装置包括一对与第二机架6轴向固定、周向转动连接的螺栓7，所述的螺栓7与第一机架4螺纹连接，所述的螺栓7与第一计量辊1和第二计量辊2相垂直。
所述螺栓7的头部位于第二机架4的外侧，所述螺栓7在第二机架4的内侧固定有一环形挡圈8。
所述第一机架4的内侧固定有一对与第一计量辊1相垂直的刻度尺9，所述的刻度尺9分别位于第一计量辊1的两端，所述刻度尺9的刻度由第一计量辊1向第二计量辊2逐渐变大，所述刻度尺9的零刻度位于第一计量辊1内侧边缘的母线位置。
实施例2
一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，包括并排设置在一起的第一计量辊1和第二计量辊2，所述的第一计量辊1通过第一转轴3安装在第一机架4上，所述的第二计量辊2通过第二转轴5安装在第二机架6上，所述第一机架4和第二机架6之间设置有距离调节装置，所述的第一计量辊1和第二计量辊2为光辊。
所述的距离调节装置包括一对与第二机架6轴向固定、周向转动连接的螺栓7，所述的螺栓7与第一机架4螺纹连接，所述的螺栓7与第一计量辊1和第二计量辊2相垂直。
所述螺栓7的头部位于第二机架4的外侧，所述螺栓7在第二机架4的内侧固定有一环形挡圈8。
所述第二机架6的内侧固定有一对与第二计量辊2相垂直的刻度尺9，所述的刻度尺9分别位于第二计量辊2的两端，所述刻度尺9的刻度由第二计量辊2向第一计量辊1逐渐变大，所述刻度尺9的零刻度位于第二计量辊2内侧边缘的母线位置。

1.一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，其特征在于，包括并排设置在一起的第一计量辊(1)和第二计量辊(2)，所述的第一计量辊(1)通过第一转轴(3)安装在第一机架(4)上，所述的第二计量辊(2)通过第二转轴(5)安装在第二机架(6)上，所述第一机架(4)和第二机架(6)之间设置有距离调节装置，所述的第一计量辊(1)和第二计量辊(2)为光辊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，其特征在于，所述的距离调节装置包括一对与第二机架(6)轴向固定、周向转动连接的螺栓(7)，所述的螺栓(7)与第一机架(4)螺纹连接，所述的螺栓(7)与第一计量辊(1)和第二计量辊(2)相垂直。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，其特征在于，所述螺栓(7)的头部位于第二机架(4)的外侧，所述螺栓(7)在第二机架(4)的内侧固定有一环形挡圈(8)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，其特征在于，所述第一机架(4)的内侧固定有一对与第一计量辊(1)相垂直的刻度尺(9)，所述的刻度尺(9)分别位于第一计量辊(1)的两端，所述刻度尺(9)的刻度由第一计量辊(1)向第二计量辊(2)逐渐变大，所述刻度尺(9)的零刻度位于第一计量辊(1)内侧边缘的母线位置。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种浸渍纸的新型涂布装置，其特征在于，所述第二机架(6)的内侧固定有一对与第二计量辊(2)相垂直的刻度尺(9)，所述的刻度尺(9)分别位于第二计量辊(2)的两端，所述刻度尺(9)的刻度由第二计量辊(2)向第一计量辊(1)逐渐变大，所述刻度尺(9)的零刻度位于第二计量辊(2)内侧边缘的母线位置。
