A spray gun with a switch comprises a body, a screw thread, a lock cover, a main column, a right-angle flow guide piece, a diffusion nozzle and a press head, wherein a sub-piece is arranged on a pivoting seat of the lock cover; a sliding guide hole is formed between the pressing part and the pivoting part of the pressing head; the switch comprises a seat plate, a female part arranged on the seat plate and a guide block arranged on the female part, wherein the end surface of the guide block and the seat plate form a guide groove, the female part extends into the press head, and a wall plate of the press head at the sliding guide hole is embedded with the guide groove and is in sliding fit with the guide groove; when the child element and the mother element are embedded, the press head is in a locking state; when the child part is separated from the parent part, the press head is in an unlocking state; the switch slides upwards or downwards to realize the conversion between the locking state and the unlocking state. The switch is arranged, the press head and the lock cover can be locked into a whole, and when the press head is driven, the press head is static to prevent liquid from being sprayed out; when the switch is separated from the lock cover, the press head can be operated, the spray gun sprays out liquid, and the two states are convenient to switch.

There are problems in that: in the process of packaging, transporting or storing, the pressing head is mistakenly pressed to spray out liquid, so that hidden troubles exist.

a sliding guide hole is formed between the pressing part and the pivoting part of the pressing head;
also comprises a switch, the switch comprises a seat plate, a female element arranged on the seat plate and a guide block arranged on the female element, the end surface of the guide block and the seat plate form a guide groove,
the female part extends into the press head, and the wall plate of the press head at the sliding guide hole is embedded with the guide groove and is in sliding fit with the guide groove;
when the child element and the mother element are embedded, the press head is in a locking state; when the child part is separated from the parent part, the press head is in an unlocking state; the switch slides upwards or downwards to realize the conversion between the locking state and the unlocking state.

The spray gun with the switch is characterized in that: the part between the pressing part and the pivoting part of the pressing head is a shoulder part, and an acute included angle is formed between the shoulder part and the horizontal plane below the pressing part;
the sliding guide hole is provided on the shoulder.
According to the spray gun with the switch, the switch is arranged, the press head and the lock cover can be locked into a whole, and when the press head is driven, the press head is static, so that liquid is prevented from being sprayed out; when the switch is separated from the lock cover, the press head can be operated, the spray gun sprays out liquid, and the two states are convenient to switch.

As shown in fig. 1, a spray gun with a switch comprises a body 1, threads 2, a locking cover 3, a main column 4, an auxiliary column 5, a spring 6, a piston 6, a glass ball 7, a right-angle flow guide member 8, a diffusion nozzle 9, a nozzle support column 10 and a press head 11, wherein the upper end of the body 1 is provided with a flange 1A and a connector 1B; the locking cover 3 comprises a cover body 31, a guide channel 32 and a pivoting seat 33, wherein the guide channel 32 is arranged in the center of the cover body 31 and extends upwards and downwards on a top plate of the cover body, and the lower end of the cover body 31 is provided with an annular insertion groove; the pressing head 11 is hollow and provided with a lower opening, the pressing head 11 comprises a pivoting part 111, a pressing part 112 and a wrench part 113, a guide groove with the lower opening is formed in the pressing part 112, a guide hole 114 of a right-angle flow guide piece is formed in the wrench part 113, and a half shaft 83 is arranged at the intersection of the horizontal part 81 and the vertical part 82 of the right-angle flow guide piece 8;
the interface 1B of the body 1 passes through the screw thread 2 and is inserted into and connected with the annular insertion groove on the cover body 31 of the lock cover 3 into a whole; the upper part of the main column 4 is in sliding fit with the guide channel 32, and the vertical part 82 of the right-angle flow guide 8 is connected with the upper end of the main column 1; the pin joint part 111 of the press head is pin jointed with the pin joint seat 33, and the half shaft 83 is in sliding fit with the guide groove; the horizontal portion of the right-angle deflector 8 extends through the guide hole 114 of the press head 11, and the horizontal portion 81 is slidably fitted into the guide hole.
A sub-piece 34 is arranged on the pivoting seat 33 of the lock cover 3;
a sliding guide hole 115 is arranged between the pressing part 112 and the pivoting part 111 of the pressing head 11; the part between the pressing part and the pivoting part of the pressing head is a shoulder part, and an acute included angle is formed between the shoulder part and the horizontal plane below the pressing part;
the slide guide hole 115 is provided on the shoulder.
Also comprises a switch 12, the switch 12 comprises a seat board 121, a female part 122 arranged on the seat board and a guide block 123 arranged on the female part, the end surface of the guide block 123 and the seat board 121 form a guide groove,
the female part 122 extends into the press head 11 through the sliding guide hole 115, and the wall plate of the press head at the sliding guide hole 115 is embedded and in sliding fit with the guide groove formed by the end surface of the guide block 123 and the seat plate 121;
when the sub-piece 34 is embedded with the main piece 122, the press head 11 is in a locked state; when the sub-element 34 is separated from the main element 112, the press head 11 is in an unlocking state; the switch 12 slides upwards or downwards to realize the conversion between the locking state and the unlocking state.
As shown in fig. 1, when the male member 34 and the female member 122 are engaged, the button 11 is in a locked state; in the state of fig. 1, the switch 12 slides upwards and leftwards along the shoulder, the seat plate 121 is unlocked in the lifting process, and in the unlocked state, the lower end of the female element 122 is positioned above the male element 34; as shown in fig. 2.
A locking positioning groove 116 and an unlocking positioning groove 117 are respectively arranged at two sides of the sliding guide hole 115 on the press head 11;
a positioning protrusion 124 is arranged on the lower surface of the seat plate 121;
the positioning protrusion 124 is slidably engaged with the button at the slide guide hole 115, and the positioning protrusion 1124 is engaged with the locking positioning groove 116 and the unlocking groove 117.
The sub-parts are in a tooth shape; the lower end of the female part is provided with a tooth groove, and as shown in figure 1, the male part is embedded with the tooth groove; at this time, the pressing wrench 113 is engaged with the tooth grooves of the male member, and the pivoting base 33 of the male member 34 supports the lower end of the female member 122, so that the pressing head 11 cannot be rotated.

a sliding guide hole is formed between the pressing part and the pivoting part of the pressing head;
also comprises a switch, the switch comprises a seat plate, a female element arranged on the seat plate and a guide block arranged on the female element, the end surface of the guide block and the seat plate form a guide groove,
the female part extends into the press head, and the wall plate of the press head at the sliding guide hole is embedded with the guide groove and is in sliding fit with the guide groove;
