Abstract
本发明涉及实验室仪器设备领域，公开了一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架，包括把手、管扣、支撑杆、支架组成，支撑杆垂直安装在支架上，支撑杆在支架上可以转动，至少一个管扣固定在支撑杆上，支撑杆的顶端安装有把手；本发明利用垂直摆放方式有利于管状仪器内部残留水的排出，利用把手转向，存取方便，节省空间。

本发明涉及实验室仪器设备领域，具体涉及一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架。
背景技术
在化学、分析以及生物教学实验室中，酸碱滴定管、移液管、吸量管等化学玻璃管状仪器通常是集中放置实验柜中，在取放时仪器相互之间易发生碰撞而损坏。公告号为CN201420406664.3的实用新型专利，公开了一种玻璃仪器放置实验柜，包括柜体，柜体内水平设置有若干块隔板，构成柜体的水平相对的两块侧板上分别设置有若干个直线导轨，该两块侧板上的直线导轨数量相等并两两相对，且两个侧板上相对的两个直线导轨处于同一水平面上，所述各隔板的两端分别设置于两个侧板上相对的两个直线导轨上；所述侧板上，位于所述的直线导轨靠近柜门一端的上方设置有限位挡块；所述的隔板上纵向设置有至少一列管扣。可将分隔药品柜的隔板方便的拉出或推入实验柜内；通过在隔板上设置管扣，将玻璃仪器一一卡放于所述的管扣中，实现了各玻璃仪器的相互定位，保证了化学玻璃管状仪器的安全。虽然可以防止在取放时仪器相互之间易发生碰撞，但其化学玻璃管状仪器都是水平放置，仪器中残留的水分不能快速排出，使仪器中的橡胶部件容易老化；另一方面，管状仪器之间需预留一定的空间便于取放，使实验柜的空间利用率大为降低。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足，本发明提出一套解决方案，提供一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架。
技术方案如下：
一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架，包括把手、管扣、支撑杆、支架组成，支撑杆垂直安装在支架上，支撑杆在支架上可以转动，至少一个管扣固定在支撑杆上，支撑杆的顶端安装有把手。
一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架，所述支撑杆上还装有锁紧螺母，管扣上装有紧固螺钉。
一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架，所述支架包括竖杆和上、下横杆，竖杆连接在上下横杆之间，竖杆上还设有导向槽，下横杆可沿导向槽移动。
一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架，摆放在设有导轨和盛水盘的柜子内，所述存取架安装在导轨内，可活动的盛水盘设置在所述柜子的底部。
本发明的有益效果：
垂直摆放方式有利于管状仪器内部残留水的排出，利用把手转向，存取方便，节省空间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架，包括把手1、锁紧螺母2、管扣3、紧固螺钉4、支撑杆5、支架6组成，支撑杆5垂直安装在支架6上，支撑杆5在支架6上可以转动，上下各一个管扣3通过紧固螺钉4固定在支撑杆5上，支撑杆5的顶端安装有把手1，锁紧螺母2将支撑杆5固定在支架上6，支架6包括竖杆62、上横杆61、下横杆65，竖杆62连接在上下横杆之间，竖杆62上还设有导向槽63，下横杆65可沿导向槽63上下移动，在柜子的底部还设有排水孔72，排水孔72的下方设有可活动的盛水盘8。
化学玻璃管状仪器存取架安装在设有导轨71的柜子7内，使用时将存取架从柜子7内拉出，松开锁紧螺母2，将把手1沿水平方向旋转90度，便可将放置在管扣3上的仪器取出；松开下横杆65上的螺栓64，根据需要将下横杆65沿支架6上的导向槽63移动到合适的位置，以适应存放不同大小的管状仪器。
Claims (4)
1.一种化学玻璃管状仪器存取架，包括把手、管扣、支撑杆、支架组成，其特征在于：支撑杆垂直安装在支架上，支撑杆在支架上可以转动，至少一个管扣固定在支撑杆上，支撑杆的顶端安装有把手。
2.根据权利要求1所要求的存取架，其特征在于：所述支撑杆上还装有锁紧螺母，管扣上装有紧固螺钉。
3.根据权利要求2所要求的存取架，其特征在于：所述支架包括竖杆和上、下横杆，竖杆连接在上下横杆之间，竖杆上还设有导向槽，下横杆可沿导向槽移动。
4.根据权利要求3所要求的存取架，摆放在设有导轨和盛水盘的柜子内，其特征在于：所述存取架安装在导轨内，可活动的盛水盘设置在所述柜子的底部。
