本发明涉及一种调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌机包括本体组件、动力组件以及搅拌组件,所述搅拌组件设置在本体组件上,所述动力组件设置在本体组件的一侧,所述本体组件包括筒体、设置在筒体上方的盖体,所述盖体上设置有把手,所述整个筒体设置在机架上,所述动力组件包括电机、减速机、传动轴以及电器控制柜,所述电器控制柜设置在筒体一侧的支架上方。该技术方案中的搅拌叶根据实际需要进行适当延长,应用范围更加广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节温湿度搅拌机,属于食品加工设备技术领域。
背景技术
搅拌机是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转,将多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器。 搅拌机分为好多种,有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等。由于该设备的便捷性,搅拌机广泛的应用在食品加工、化工生产、工业生产等领域,目前市场上的食品搅拌机也多种多样,但是这些搅拌机大都结构复杂,搅拌单一,并且仅仅针对某一种产品进行搅拌,应用范围存在一定的局限性,并且现有的搅拌机不能及时感知和调整搅拌机内的温度和湿度,不好控制,因此,迫切的需要一种新的方案解决该技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种调节温湿度搅拌机,该装置整体结构设计巧妙、紧凑,成本较低,该技术方案中的搅拌叶根据实际需要进行适当延长,应用范围更加广泛。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌机包括本体组件、动力组件以及搅拌组件,所述搅拌组件设置在本体组件上,所述动力组件设置在本体组件的一侧,所述本体组件包括筒体、设置在筒体上方的盖体,所述盖体上设置有把手,所述整个筒体设置在机架上,所述盖体上设置有风机和电阻式加热器,所述筒体上设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器。该技术方案在筒体内设置有温度传感器和湿度传感,及时感知搅拌筒内的温度和湿度是否在合适的范围,如果温度过高启动风机,温度过低启动加热器,便于及时进行温湿度调节。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述动力组件包括电机、减速机、传动轴以及电器控制柜,所述电器控制柜设置在筒体一侧的支架上方。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶、搅拌轴,所述搅拌叶设置在搅拌轴上。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌叶设置为可伸缩式搅拌叶,可延长3-5cm。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述筒体上设置有出料抽板,所述出料抽板设置在出料口上方。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述盖体上设置有网孔,便于观察。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌叶与搅拌轴之间活动连接。这种连接方式大大延长了搅拌机的实用寿命,搅拌机中,磨损最快的是桨叶,当出现桨叶磨损时,只需要将该桨叶卸掉更换新的桨叶即可,方面实用,节省费用。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下:1)本发明整体结构设计巧妙,结构紧凑,实用性强;2)该技术方案能耗低,搅拌叶根据实际需要进行适当延长,应用范围更加广泛;3)该技术方案在筒体内设置有温度传感器和湿度传感,及时感知搅拌筒内的温度和湿度是否在合适的范围,如果温度过高启动风机,温度过低启动加热器,便于及时进行温湿度调节。;4)该技术方案中,所述搅拌叶与搅拌轴之间活动连接,这种连接方式大大延长了搅拌机的实用寿命,搅拌机中,磨损最快的是桨叶,当出现桨叶磨损时,只需要将该桨叶卸掉更换新的桨叶即可,方面实用,节省费用;4)该技术方案成本低、工作效率高,便于大规模的推广应用。

为了加深对本发明的理解和认识,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述和介绍。
实施例1:参见图1、图2,一种调节温湿度搅拌机,所述搅拌机包括本体组件、动力组件以及搅拌组件,所述搅拌组件设置在本体组件上,所述动力组件设置在本体组件的一侧,所述本体组件包括筒体3、设置在筒体上方的盖体1,所述盖体1上设置有把手2,所述整个筒体设置在机架7上,所述盖体上设置有风机9和电阻式加热器14,所述筒体上设置有温度传感器15和湿度传感器16。该技术方案在筒体内设置有温度传感器和湿度传感,及时感知搅拌筒内的温度和湿度是否在合适的范围,如果温度过高启动风机,温度过低启动加热器,便于及时进行温湿度调节。所述动力组件包括电机10、减速机11、传动轴以及电器控制柜12,所述电器控制柜设置在筒体一侧的支架上方,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶13、搅拌轴8,所述搅拌叶12设置在搅拌轴8上,该技术方案中,所述搅拌叶与搅拌轴之间活动连接。这种连接方式大大延长了搅拌机的实用寿命,搅拌机中,磨损最快的是桨叶,当出现桨叶磨损时,只需要将该桨叶卸掉更换新的桨叶即可,方面实用,节省费用。
实施例2:参见图1、图2,作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌叶设置为可伸缩式搅拌叶,可延长3-5cm,根据实际需要进行延长,应用范围更加广泛,所述筒体上设置有出料抽板,所述出料抽板设置在出料口上方,所述盖体上设置有网孔,便于观察。
本发明还可以将实施例2所述技术特征与实施例1组合形成新的实施方式。

1.调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌机包括本体组件、动力组件以及搅拌组件,所述搅拌组件设置在本体组件上,所述动力组件设置在本体组件的一侧,所述本体组件包括筒体、设置在筒体上方的盖体,所述盖体上设置有把手,所述整个筒体设置在机架上,所述盖体上设置有风机和电阻式加热器,所述筒体上设置有温度传感器和湿度传感器。
2.根据权利要求2所述的调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述动力组件包括电机、减速机、传动轴以及电器控制柜,所述电器控制柜设置在筒体一侧的支架上方。
3.根据权利要求3所述的调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶、搅拌轴,所述搅拌叶设置在搅拌轴上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶设置为可伸缩式搅拌叶,可延长3-5cm。
5.根据权利要求3或4或5所述的调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述筒体上设置有出料抽板,所述出料抽板设置在出料口上方。
6.根据权利要求6所述的调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述盖体上设置有网孔,便于观察。
7.根据权利要求8所述的调节温湿度搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶与搅拌轴之间活动连接。
