本发明涉及一种砂水沉淀装置的过滤防尘罩，所述过滤防尘罩的截面呈门字形，包括下部的门型防尘罩及顶部的多弯弧过滤罩，所述多弯弧过滤罩包括中部的拱形部及对称位于拱形部两侧的凹型部；所述拱形部及凹型部均为网状结构。本发明用于沉淀装置中，既能防尘，又能过滤，将两功能结合一起，其结构紧凑，过滤防尘效果好。

砂水沉淀装置的过滤防尘罩
技术领域：
本发明涉及洗选设备领域，特别涉及砂水设备用水的沉淀装置。
背景技术：
砂石在运输、采集过程中会扬起大量灰尘，运输采集的地点需要进行喷雾洒水，而喷雾洒水的前提是保证足够的水量及良好的水质，因此首先需要对水进行除尘处理，在采矿中一般采用过滤、沉淀的方式进行除尘。传统的过滤、沉淀装置的缺点是结构复杂，除尘效果不佳。
发明内容：
本申请人针对传统砂水、砂石场所用水的过滤沉淀设备存在的上述缺点，进行研究和改进，提供一种砂水沉淀装置的过滤防尘罩，其具有结构简单、工作效果好的特点。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种砂水沉淀装置的过滤防尘罩，所述过滤防尘罩的截面呈门字形，包括下部的门型防尘罩及顶部的多弯弧过滤罩，所述多弯弧过滤罩包括中部的拱形部及对称位于拱形部两侧的凹型部；所述拱形部及凹型部均为网状结构。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明由于设置门型过滤防尘罩，既能防尘，又能过滤，将两功能结合一起，其结构紧凑，过滤防尘效果好。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实施例的砂水沉淀装置，包括沉淀腔体1，沉淀腔体1上连接有进水管4、出水管2及排污管6，进水管4及出水管2位于沉淀本体1的上端部，排污管6位于沉淀腔体1的下端；沉淀腔体1内装置有位于其上部的反向导流器3，反向导流器3与进水管2连接；沉淀腔体1内装置有位于其底部的门型过滤防尘罩5，门型过滤防尘罩5包括下部的门型防尘罩51及顶部的多弯弧过滤罩52，多弯弧过滤罩52包括中部的拱形部521及对称位于拱形部521两侧的凹型部522。
本发明由于设置门型过滤防尘罩5，既能防尘，又能过滤，将两功能结合一起，其结构紧凑。

1.一种砂水沉淀装置的过滤防尘罩，其特征在于：所述过滤防尘罩(5)的截面呈门字形，包括下部的门型防尘罩(51)及顶部的多弯弧过滤罩(52)，所述多弯弧过滤罩(52)包括中部的拱形部(521)及对称位于拱形部(521)两侧的凹型部(522)；所述拱形部(521)及凹型部(522)均为网状结构。
