背景技术：
哑铃是一种用于增强肌肉力量训练的简单器材。它的主要材料是铸铁，有的外包一层橡胶。它的用途是用于肌力训练，肌肉复合动作训练。因运动麻痹、疼痛、长期不活动等导致肌力低下的患者，手持哑铃，可利用哑铃的重量进行抗阻力主动运动，训练肌力。
然而，现有的哑铃就是两个单独体，只能一只手握一只，进行两只手单独运动，其作用单一。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种多功能哑铃，它可以将左哑铃部和右哑铃部连接，从而实现双手抓取运动和锻炼，其功能多样，效果好。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是：
一种多功能哑铃，包括左哑铃部和右哑铃部，所述左哑铃部和右哑铃部结构相同，均包括哑铃杆，哑铃杆的两端具有螺接部，哑铃杆的中部外壁具有凸起圈，多个配重块插套在哑铃杆的两端，螺接部上螺接有至少两个锁紧螺母，哑铃杆的一端的所有配重块夹持在锁紧螺母和凸起圈的端面之间；
中间连接杆的两端中部具有延伸插接杆，左哑铃部和右哑铃部处于中间连接杆的两侧，延伸插接杆插套在左哑铃部或右哑铃部的哑铃杆的中部具有的中心通孔中，延伸插接杆的端部伸出中心通孔并螺接有盖帽，哑铃杆夹持在盖帽和中间连接杆对应的端面之间。
所述凸起圈的外侧壁中部具有环形凹槽，弹性套嵌套在环形凹槽中并粘结固定在环形凹槽的内壁面上。
所述弹性套的外壁面具有网状耐磨凸起层。

中间连接杆30的两端中部具有延伸插接杆31，左哑铃部10和右哑铃部20处于中间连接杆30的两侧，延伸插接杆31插套在左哑铃部10或右哑铃部20的哑铃杆11的中部具有的中心通孔113中，延伸插接杆31的端部伸出中心通孔113并螺接有盖帽32，哑铃杆11夹持在盖帽32和中间连接杆30对应的端面之间。

工作原理：使用时，在不安装中间连接杆30时，可以像正常状态的单手运动，当安装中间连接杆30后，可以采用双手抓举的动作进运动和锻炼，从而增加锻炼的效果和作用。

中间连接杆(30)的两端中部具有延伸插接杆(31)，左哑铃部(10)和右哑铃部(20)处于中间连接杆(30)的两侧，延伸插接杆(31)插套在左哑铃部(10)或右哑铃部(20)的哑铃杆(11)的中部具有的中心通孔(113)中，延伸插接杆(31)的端部伸出中心通孔(113)并螺接有盖帽(32)，哑铃杆(11)夹持在盖帽(32)和中间连接杆(30)对应的端面之间。
