Abstract
The invention discloses a side leakage prevention absorbent article, which comprises: an absorbent article body comprising: a top layer, which is arranged on the side that is in contact with the body and is permeable to liquid; a bottom layer disposed at the other side contacting the clothing and impermeable to liquid; an absorbent core layer which is arranged between the top layer and the bottom layer and can absorb liquid; elastic members provided on both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body and extending in the transverse direction of the absorbent article main body; wherein the elastic member is disposed in a free state. Through the mode, the invention can prevent side leakage and is comfortable for a user to wear.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary absorbent products, in particular to a side leakage prevention absorbent product.
Background
Sanitary absorbent articles currently marketed include: absorbent products for women, adults and babies, such as sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, urine leakage pads, paper diapers and the like, are various in types and are also various in packaging forms.
Among them, sanitary absorbent articles for female menstrual period are one of the most common types, and existing sanitary absorbent articles for female menstrual period are fixed to underwear by adhesion of bottom adhesive tapes or adhesive patches. In order to further fix the sanitary absorbent articles and prevent the absorbent articles from shifting in the use process, the prior majority of female sanitary absorbent articles are provided with protective wings at the longitudinal two sides, and the protective wings are folded and adhered to the outer sides of the underpants, so that the absorbent articles are further fixed.
However, the flap bonds exert two outward straining forces on the absorbent article in the transverse direction, reducing the body fit performance of the absorbent article, which tends to deform with changes in body posture, particularly side leakage, which is particularly likely to occur with sanitary absorbent articles having a low fit to the body during overnight use, and which can be annoying and inconvenient for the user.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing an anti-side leakage absorption product which can not only prevent side leakage but also bring wearing comfort.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: provided is a side leakage prevention absorbent article including: an absorbent article body comprising: a top layer, which is arranged on the side that is in contact with the body and is permeable to liquid; a bottom layer disposed at the other side contacting the clothing and impermeable to liquid; an absorbent core layer disposed between the top layer and the bottom layer and capable of absorbing liquid; elastic members disposed at both side edges in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body and extending in a transverse direction of the absorbent article main body; wherein the elastic member is disposed in a free state.
Wherein the absorbent article further comprises: two wings which are arranged on two sides of the longitudinal direction of the main body of the absorbent product and extend along the transverse direction of the main body of the absorbent product; wherein the elastic member is disposed at the connecting point of the edge of the wing and the two longitudinal sides of the main body of the absorbent article.
Wherein the elastic member is disposed between the top layer and the bottom layer.
Wherein, one end of the elastic piece is fixedly arranged at the connecting point of the edge of the protective wing and the two longitudinal side edges of the main body of the absorbent product, and the other end is fixedly arranged on the absorbent core layer.
Wherein, the elastic part is one to three parallel rubber bands or spandex yarns.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: in distinction from the prior art, the side leakage prevention absorbent article of the present invention comprises: an absorbent article body comprising: a top layer, which is arranged on the side that is in contact with the body and is permeable to liquid; a bottom layer disposed at the other side contacting the clothing and impermeable to liquid; an absorbent core layer which is arranged between the top layer and the bottom layer and can absorb liquid; elastic members provided on both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body and extending in the transverse direction of the absorbent article main body; wherein the elastic member is disposed in a free state. Because the elastic member is arranged in a free state, no wrinkles are generated on each layer sheet of the absorbent product, and the absorbent product is comfortable to wear; on the other hand, when the absorbent product deforms in the wearing process, the elastic part is stretched and automatically retracts to generate the force resisting the deformation, and the effect of preventing the side leakage can be achieved without generating folds on each layer of the absorbent product.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 and 2 are a perspective view and a schematic structural view, respectively, of an embodiment of an anti-side leakage absorbent article of the present invention. The side leakage prevention absorbent article includes: an absorbent article body 100 and elastic members 50. Wherein the absorbent article main body 100 includes: a top layer 10, a bottom layer 30 and an absorbent core layer 20.
The top layer 10 is arranged on the side which is in contact with the body and is permeable to liquid; the bottom layer 30 is disposed on the other side in contact with the garment and is impermeable to liquid; the absorbent core layer 20 is disposed between the topsheet 10 and the backsheet 30 and can absorb liquids. The absorbent article main body 100 has a longitudinal direction along the length direction and a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The elastic members 50 are disposed at both sides of the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body 100 and extend in the transverse direction of the absorbent article main body, wherein the elastic members 50 are disposed in a free state.
The main body 100 of the absorbent article has a front end portion A and a rear end portion B in the longitudinal direction, a pair of wings 41, 42 extending in the transverse direction of the main body 100 of the absorbent article are provided on both side edges 11, 12 in the longitudinal direction of the main body 100 of the absorbent article, respectively, and elastic members 50 extending in the transverse direction of the main body 100 of the absorbent article are provided at connection points 4110, 4210 between the edges 411, 421 of the pair of wings 41, 42 and both side edges 11, 12 in the longitudinal direction of the main body 100 of the absorbent article, respectively.
In the prior art, the absorbent article comprising the elastic structure, the elastic structure is arranged in an extended state, the elastic structure is stretched in the production process of the absorbent article, the stretched elastic structure is fixed on each layer of the absorbent article, after the fixation is completed, the stretched elastic structure retracts to drive each layer adjacent to the stretched elastic structure to retract synchronously, wrinkles are generated on each layer of the absorbent article, the comfort when the absorbent article is worn is reduced, and particularly the wrinkles on the layer of the absorbent article, which is in contact with the body, are reduced.
The invention provides a side leakage prevention absorbent product, wherein the elastic element 50 is arranged in a free state, when the absorbent product deforms in the wearing process, the elastic element 50 is stretched, at the moment, the elastic element 50 automatically retracts to generate a force for resisting deformation, and folds are not generated on each layer of the absorbent product, so that the side leakage prevention effect can be achieved. Since the elastic member 50 is disposed in a free state, wrinkles are not generated in each sheet of the finished absorbent article, and the absorbent article is comfortable to wear. Therefore, the side leakage preventing absorbent article can prevent side leakage and is comfortable for a user to wear.
As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the elastic member 50 is provided in two and is disposed at two attachment points 4110, 4210 between the edges 411, 421 of the pair of wings 41, 42 and the longitudinal sides 11, 12 of the main body 100 of the absorbent article near the front end portion A. Since the front portion of the absorbent article tends to deform more than the rear portion as the body posture of the wearer changes during wearing of the absorbent article, the elastic bodies 50 are provided at two points 4110, 4210 of the absorbent article main body 100 near the front end portion a in order to effectively prevent deformation of the absorbent article and side leakage of bodily fluids.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments of the invention, particularly for night-time elongated feminine absorbent articles, the elastic body 50 may also be provided at the two points of attachment of the edges 411, 421 of the pair of wings 41, 42 of the main body 100 of the absorbent article to the longitudinal sides 11, 12 of the main body 100 of the absorbent article, near the rear end B.
In this embodiment, the elastic members 50 are disposed between the topsheet 10 and the backsheet 30. In the existing absorbent product, the wings of the absorbent product are folded and fixed on clothes, so that two forces which are outwards tensioned in the transverse direction are applied to the absorbent product, the fit performance of the absorbent product is poor, and the absorbent product is easy to deform and leak along with the change of the posture of a human body.
The inventors of the present application have sought to overcome the above-mentioned problems of deformation and side leakage of the prior art absorbent article due to the folded-over fastening of the wings, by securing one end of the elastic member 50 at the connection points 4110, 4210 between the edges 411, 421 of the wings 41, 42 and the longitudinal side edges 11, 12 of the main body 100 of the absorbent article. In order to effectively prevent the deformation of the absorbent core layer, in the deformation of each layer sheet of the absorbent article during wearing, the deformation of the absorbent core layer has a particularly significant influence on the fit performance of the whole absorbent article, and in this embodiment, the other end of the elastic body 50 is fixed to the absorbent core layer 20, and the elastic body 50 may extend to the longitudinal side of the absorbent core layer 20.
The manner of fixing the two ends of the elastic member 50 to the two longitudinal sides of the main body 100 of the absorbent article is one or more of adhesive bonding, ultrasonic heat sealing and mechanical pressing. However, in any of the above-described fixing methods, since the portion to which the absorbent article is fixed is locally hardened and the touch of the absorbent article is affected, the elastic member 50 may be fixed only at both ends in the embodiment of the present invention.
In order to further improve the wearing feel of the absorbent article, in another embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 50 further comprises upper and lower cover layers, which are breathable and soft sheet materials of the prior art. Wherein, the covering layer is non-woven fabric or absorbent paper.
The elastic member 50 is one to three rubber strings or spandex filaments arranged in parallel, and further, the elastic member 50 is two rubber strings or spandex filaments arranged in parallel. It will be appreciated that the resilient member 50 may be selected from other resilient materials known in the art.
Wherein the absorbent product may further comprise a flow guiding layer arranged between the top layer 10 and the absorbent core layer 20.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the absorbent article may be provided without wings, and when the absorbent article does not have wings, the elastic members 50 are generally provided in two and respectively provided at the midpoints of the two longitudinal side edges of the main body 100 of the absorbent article, and respectively extend from the longitudinal side edges of the main body 100 of the absorbent article to the longitudinal side edges of the absorbent core 20 on the same side.

Claims (12)
1. An edge leakage prevention absorbent article, comprising:
an absorbent article body comprising:
a top layer, which is arranged on the side that is in contact with the body and is permeable to liquid;
a bottom layer disposed at the other side contacting the clothing and impermeable to liquid;
an absorbent core layer disposed between the top layer and the bottom layer and capable of absorbing liquid;
elastic members disposed at both side edges in a longitudinal direction of the absorbent article main body and extending in a transverse direction of the absorbent article main body;
wherein the elastic member is freely arranged relative to the main body of the absorbent product so as to deform during the wearing process of the absorbent product, and when the elastic member is stretched, the elastic member automatically retracts to generate the force resisting the deformation, and folds are not generated on each layer of the absorbent product so as to achieve the effect of preventing the side leakage.
2. The side leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 1 wherein said absorbent article further comprises:
two wings which are arranged on two sides of the longitudinal direction of the main body of the absorbent product and extend along the transverse direction of the main body of the absorbent product;
wherein the elastic member is disposed at the connecting point of the edge of the wing and the two longitudinal sides of the main body of the absorbent article.
3. The side leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 2 wherein said elastic member is disposed between said top layer and said bottom layer.
4. The side leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 3 wherein said elastic member is fixedly disposed at one end at the juncture of the edge of said flap and each of said longitudinal sides of said main body of said absorbent article and at the other end of said elastic member in said absorbent core layer.
5. The edge leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 1 wherein said elastic member is one to three parallel side-by-side strands of elastic or spandex.
6. The edge leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 1 wherein said elastic member is disposed at one or more of the longitudinal edges of said absorbent article body at each of the opposite ends thereof by adhesive bonding, ultrasonic sealing, and mechanical bonding.
7. The edge leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 1 wherein said elastic member further comprises upper and lower cover layers.
8. The edge leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 7 wherein said cover layer is a breathable, flexible sheet material.
9. The edge leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 8 wherein said cover layer is a nonwoven or absorbent paper.
10. The edge leakage prevention absorbent article of any of claims 2-9 wherein the number of elastic members is two.
11. The side leakage prevention absorbent article of claim 2 wherein said elastic member is disposed at the front end of said wing.
12. The edge leakage prevention absorbent article of any of claims 2-9 wherein the number of elastic members is four.
