Abstract

本发明提供了一种近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,包括探头架,所述探头架设置固定座,所述固定座设有凸台状的孔,孔下部的内径大于上部的内径,孔内固定探针,孔的下部设置均匀分布的4个弹簧,弹簧的一端抵靠在探针侧壁,另一端固定在固定座上。所述探针侧壁设置一圈凸出的限位环,所述固定座上部分设置与限位环相配合的凹槽。在使用时,头发给探针底部作用力,探针再作用于弹簧上,弹簧给探针回复的作用力,避免探针直接作用在固定座上,减少了磨损,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗影像技术,具体涉及一种近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构。
背景技术
近红外光谱脑功能成像装置利用安全的近红外光来测量大脑皮层的氧合血红蛋白、脱氧血红蛋白、总血红蛋白浓度的变化量来获得大脑功能信息。
近红外发射探针插入探头架上,头盔佩戴于被测试者头上,探针的顶端触碰头皮,近红外光通过探头入射大脑组织,被接收探针接收检测。
现有设备中的接触头皮的探针在佩戴时受到头发的阻力,探针下方因阻力而歪斜,从而探针会给探针固定结构作用力,产生磨损,时间长了可能会使其断裂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头帽,不会因为探针的歪斜而产生形变。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,包括探头架,所述探头架设置固定座,所述固定座设有凸台状的孔,孔下部的内径大于上部的内径,孔内固定探针,孔的下部设置均匀分布的4个弹簧,弹簧的一端抵靠在探针侧壁,另一端固定在固定座上,所述孔的侧壁设置压力传感器,所述压力传感器通过无线网络设备连接主机,所述弹簧与固定座连接的一侧设置伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆位置为水平设置。
进一步的,所述探针侧壁设置一圈凸出的限位环,所述固定座上部分设置与限位环相配合的凹槽。
进一步的,所述固定座为TPU材料制成。
进一步的,所述探针设有圆柱孔,圆柱孔内设置探头,所述探头上方设置弹簧。
进一步的,所述探头轴心设置光纤通道,所述光纤通道内设置红外光纤。红外光纤的端部位于探针的底部并穿透探针,使得红外光纤直接接触头皮。
进一步的,所述探针侧面设置竖直的导槽,所述红外光纤从光纤通道内通过导槽链接主机。在弹簧压缩的时候,探针带动红外光纤移动,红外光纤在导槽内上下运动,防止红外光纤挤压于壳体内影响弹簧的效力。
在使用时,头发给探针底部作用力,探针再作用于弹簧上,弹簧给探针回复的作用力,避免探针直接作用在固定座上,减少了磨损,延长了使用寿命。
本发明的有益效果是:对现有探针固定座进行了改进,减少了磨损,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,包括探头架(1),所述探头架(1)设置固定座(2),所述固定座(2)设有凸台状的孔(3),孔(3)下部的内径大于上部的内径,孔(3)内固定探针(4),孔(3)的下部设置均匀分布的4个弹簧(5),弹簧(5)的一端抵靠在探针(4)侧壁,另一端固定在固定座(2)上,所述孔(3)的侧壁设置压力传感器(21),所述压力传感器(21)通过无线网络设备连接主机,所述弹簧(5)与固定座(2)连接的一侧设置伸缩杆(22),所述伸缩杆(22)位置为水平设置。
所述探针(4)侧壁设置一圈凸出的限位环(6),所述固定座(2)上部分设置与限位环(6)相配合的凹槽(7)。
所述固定座为TPU材料制成。
所述探针设有圆柱孔,圆柱孔内设置探头(8),所述探头(8)上方设置弹簧。
所述探头(8)轴心设置光纤通道(9),所述光纤通道(9)内设置红外光纤(10)。红外光纤(10)的端部位于探针(8)的底部并穿透探针,使得红外光纤直接接触头皮。
所述探针(8)侧面设置竖直的导槽(11),所述红外光纤(10)从光纤通道(9)内通过导槽(11)链接主机。在弹簧压缩的时候,探针带动红外光纤移动,红外光纤在导槽内上下运动,防止红外光纤挤压于壳体内影响弹簧的效力。
在使用时,头发给探针底部作用力,探针再作用于弹簧上,弹簧给探针回复的作用力,避免探针直接作用在固定座上,减少了磨损,延长了使用寿命;伸缩杆原处于压缩状态,当压力传感器检测到压力过大时,主机启动伸缩杆使其抵压在探针上,当压力传感器检测到压力为零时,主机启动伸缩杆将其缩短。

1.近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,包括探头架,所述探头架设置固定座,所述固定座设有凸台状的孔,孔下部的内径大于上部的内径,孔内固定探针,所述孔的下部设置均匀分布的4个弹簧,弹簧的一端抵靠在探针侧壁,另一端固定在固定座上,所述孔的侧壁设置压力传感器,所述压力传感器通过无线网络设备连接主机,所述弹簧与固定座连接的一侧设置伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆位置为水平设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,其特征在于,所述探针侧壁设置一圈凸出的限位环,所述固定座上部分设置与限位环相配合的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定座为TPU材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,其特征在于,所述探针设有圆柱孔,圆柱孔内设置探头,所述探头上方设置弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,其特征在于,所述探头轴心设置光纤通道,所述光纤通道内设置红外光纤。
6.根据权利要求5所述的近红外光谱脑功能成像装置的探头固定结构,其特征在于,所述探针侧面设置竖直的导槽,所述红外光纤从光纤通道内通过导槽链接主机。
