Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent electronic heating shoe pad. The intelligent electronic heating shoe pad comprises an insulating layer and a shoe pad base, and further comprises a heat-conductive layer located between the insulating layer and the base and located in the center of the shoe pad base, a CPU controller used for detecting and recognizing shaking signals, a work indication lamp arranged on the CPU controller, and an external interface used for being connected with a charger shared by a mobile phone and an IPAD for charging. The heat-conductive layer is provided with a battery, a heating piece, a temperature detector and a wire. The temperature detector, the battery, the heating piece, the CPU controller and the work indication lamp are connected in series to form a closed automatic control electronic heating circuit system. The intelligent electronic heating shoe pad has the functions of automatic start of heating, automatic stopping, re-heating, automatic closed-loop constant temperature control and the like, so the intelligent electronic heating shoe pad can achieve heating and heat preserving, can effectively control electricity consumption of the battery so as to achieve the function of prolonging heating and heat preservation time.

The invention provides an intelligent electronic heating insole which comprises a heat conduction layer and an insole base; the heat conduction layer is arranged between the insulating layer and the base and positioned in the center of the insole base, the CPU controller is used for detecting and identifying shaking signals, the work indicator lamp is arranged on the CPU controller, and the external interface is used for connecting a charger shared by the mobile phone and the IPAD to charge; wherein the heat conducting layer is provided with a rechargeable battery, a heating sheet and a temperature detector for the heating sheet, and an electric wire for connecting the temperature detector with the battery and the heating sheet; the temperature detector is connected in series with the battery, the heating sheet, the CPU controller and the work indicator lamp to form a closed automatic control electronic heating circuit system.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the intelligent electronic heating insole provided by the invention comprises an intelligent electronic heating insole, a heat conducting layer 3 and an insole base 2; the insole comprises a heat conduction layer 3 arranged between an insulating layer 1 and an insole base 2 and positioned at the central part of the insole base 2, a CPU controller 6 used for detecting and identifying shaking signals, a work indicator lamp 5 configured on the CPU controller 6, and an external interface 4 used for connecting a charger shared by a mobile phone and an IPAD for charging. The heat conductive layer 3 is provided with a rechargeable battery 33, a heater chip 32 and a temperature detector 31 for the heater chip, and an electric wire for connecting the temperature detector 31 with the battery 33 and the heater chip 32. The temperature detector 31 is connected in series between the battery 33 and the heater chip 32, the CPU controller 6, and the operation indicator lamp 5 to constitute a closed automatic control electronic heating circuit system.
The intelligent electronic heating insole further comprises a clamping seat 331, the lower part of the clamping seat 331 is clamped with the temperature detector 31, and the upper part of the clamping seat 331 is clamped with the battery 33; the insole further comprises a first groove 21 concavely arranged on the insole base 2 to clamp the clamping seat 331, and the size of the first groove 21 is matched with that of the clamping seat 331; a second recess 22 is recessed above the first recess 21 to accommodate a heater chip 32.
Therefore, when a dynamic switch with higher cost performance is adopted, and when the shoes shake for more than 2 times for more than 5 degrees within the set time, the intelligent electric heating shoe system considers that the people wear the shoes and starts heating. When the CPU controller 6 does not detect the shaking signal within the set time, the shoe is considered to be taken off, namely, the heating is automatically stopped, and the automatic recognition function is realized.
And secondly, the insulating layer is made of a PET film. The intelligent electric heating shoe can automatically perform closed-loop constant temperature control in the heating process, so that the temperature in the shoe is kept within the temperature value range of 10-30 ℃ all the time, a consumer feels comfortable and satisfied, the purpose of saving battery energy is achieved, and the intelligent electric heating shoe has an automatic constant temperature function. Moreover, when the voltage of the battery in the intelligent electronic heating insole is lower than the set battery low-pressure valve, the service life of the battery is protected, namely the battery is automatically shut down and stops heating, and the service time of one-time charging is prolonged, so that the power consumption of the battery can be effectively controlled. In addition, when the intelligent electronic heating insole system works, the indicator light is on; when the system stops, the indicator light is turned off; when the system is under-voltage, the indicator lamp flickers. When the shoe is worn, the temperature in the shoe is low, the foot feels uncomfortable, the circuit of the insole can quickly heat the temperature in the shoe to be close to the set comfortable temperature value within the shortest time by the maximum horsepower, and then closed-loop control is carried out, so that the shoe has humanized design. The intelligent electric heating shoe can be charged together with chargers of devices such as mobile phones and IPAD, and is suitable for household use, travel, mountain climbing and outdoor work.

3. The intelligent electronic heating insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operation indicator lamp (5) disposed on the CPU controller (6) is an LED light emitting diode.
4. The intelligent electronically heated insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operating temperature of the heating sheet (32) is controlled within the range of 10-30 ℃.
5. The intelligent electronic heating insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein the CPU controller (6) sets the shaking angle of the shoe to be 5 degrees or more.
6. The intelligent electronic heating insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein the CPU controller (6) sets the number of times of shaking of the shoe to be 2 or more.
7. The intelligent electronic heating insole as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a card holder (331), wherein the temperature detector (31) is provided at the lower part of the card holder (331), and the battery (33) is provided at the upper part of the card holder (331).

The intelligent electronic heating insole as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a first groove (21) recessed in the insole base (2) for retaining the retaining base (331), wherein the size of the first groove (21) matches with the size of the retaining base (331); a second groove (22) is recessed above the first groove (21) to accommodate a heater chip (32).
9. The intelligent electronic heating insole as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the insulating layer (1) is PET film.
