银杏树的果实俗称白果,因此银杏又名白果树。银杏树生长较慢,寿命极长,自然条件下从栽种到结银杏果要二十多年,四十年后才能大量结果,因此又有人把它称作“公孙树”,有“公种而孙得食”的含义,是树中的老寿星,具有观赏、经济、药用等价值,银杏(又名白果)是一种药食兼用的坚果,成熟时包裹在坚果上的外皮又粘又臭,采收时很难人工脱皮,由于外皮及所含的浆汁有毒,常使手部有胀痛不适的感觉,有实现机械化脱皮的必要。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,包括机体、水池和底座,所述机体的右端安装有驱动电机,机体的内部设有去皮辊,所述去皮辊的右端与驱动电机的输出轴连接,去皮辊的左端通过转轴与机体的内部左端连接,所述去皮辊的外侧均与的设有若干个刮皮刀片,机体的上端左部设有进料斗,机体的内部上端设有喷水管,所述喷水管的下侧设有若干喷淋头,喷水管的右端设在水池的内部,喷水管的左端连接有水栗,机体的内部下部设有第一过滤网,机体的下侧左部设有排水管,所述排水管的另一端连接有沉淀池,沉淀池内部的上部设有第二过滤网,沉淀池的右端下侧通过管道与水池连接,沉淀池和水池之间的管道上从左到右依次连接有石英砂过滤器、EPS泡沫滤珠过滤器和高效纤维束及颗粒活性炭混合过滤器,水池的左侧安装有缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置,水池的内部设有水质检测仪,水池的右侧设有智能控制器,机体的下侧还设有支柱,所述支柱的下端设有支撑板,所述支撑板的下侧设有若干伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的外侧套设有减震弹簧,伸缩杆的下端连接有减震板,所述减震弹簧的上端与支撑板的下侧固定连接,减震弹簧的下端与减震板的上侧固定连接,所述底座的上侧开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部设有柔性块,所述柔性块的上部设有第一三角形漏斗,柔性块的下部设有与第一三角形漏斗对应的第二三角形漏斗,上下对应的第一三角形漏斗和第二三角形漏斗通过沙漏管连通,第一三角形漏斗和第二三角形漏斗的内部填充有沙子,所述减震板设置在柔性块的上侧。
[0005]作为本发明进一步的方案:所述排水管与沉淀池的连接处位于第二过滤网的上方。

[0011]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置的结构设置可以实现自动化去皮清洗,降低工人的劳动强度,保证工人的身体健康,设有水池和沉淀池,可以对使用过的水进行沉淀,方便进行循环利用,节约水资源,设有石英砂过滤器、EPS泡沫滤珠过滤器和高效纤维束及颗粒活性炭混合过滤器,循环水依次经石英砂过滤器、EPS泡沫滤珠过滤器和高效纤维束及颗粒活性炭混合过滤器处理后,可循环利用,既节约了水资源,又保护管道及设备免沉垢腐蚀,设有水质检测仪,确定出最佳的加药量及比例,其结果相较于传统检测加药方式更加精确和科学,再通过控制器将其加药量信息传递给缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置,由缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置作出指令完成自动加药功能,可以保证水质,使用方便。设有减震弹簧,可以将震动均分到各个减震弹簧上,减震效果好,并且还设有第一三角形漏斗和第二三角形漏斗,利用第一三角形漏斗和第二三角形漏斗内填充的沙子进行缓冲,这种结构缓冲效果极佳,并且这种结构相对有现有的常用减装置来说,这种结构具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点,配合减震弹簧实现双重的减震效果,极大的降低了装置的震动,降低了噪音的产生,延长了装置的使用寿命。

[0014] 请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,包括机体1、水池8和底座24,所述机体I的右端安装有驱动电机2,机体I的内部设有去皮辊3,所述去皮辊3的右端与驱动电机2的输出轴连接,去皮辊3的左端通过转轴与机体I的内部左端连接,所述去皮辊3的外侧均与的设有若干个刮皮刀片4,所述刮皮刀片4由不锈钢材料制成,机体I的上端左部设有进料斗5,机体I的内部上端设有喷水管6,所述喷水管6的下侧设有若干喷淋头7,喷水管6的右端设在水池8的内部,喷水管6的左端连接有水栗17,机体I的内部下部设有第一过滤网9,所述第一过滤网9为大孔径过滤网,机体I的下侧左部设有排水管10,所述排水管10的另一端连接有沉淀池11,沉淀池11内部的上部设有第二过滤网12,所述第二过滤网12为小孔径过滤网,所述排水管10与沉淀池11的连接处位于第二过滤网12的上方,沉淀池11的右端下侧通过管道与水池8连接,沉淀池11和水池8之间的管道上从左到右依次连接有石英砂过滤器13、EPS泡沫滤珠过滤器14和高效纤维束及颗粒活性炭混合过滤器15,水池8的左侧安装有缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置19,水池8的内部设有水质检测仪16,水池8的右侧设有智能控制器18,所述水质检测仪16和缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置19均与智能控制器18连接,本装置的结构设置可以实现自动化去皮清洗,降低工人的劳动强度,保证工人的身体健康,设有水池和沉淀池,可以对使用过的水进行沉淀,方便进行循环利用,节约水资源,设有石英砂过滤器13、EPS泡沫滤珠过滤器14和高效纤维束及颗粒活性炭混合过滤器15,循环水依次经石英砂过滤器13、EPS泡沫滤珠过滤器14和高效纤维束及颗粒活性炭混合过滤器15处理后,可循环利用,既节约了水资源,又保护管道及设备免沉垢腐蚀,设有水质检测仪,确定出最佳的加药量及比例,其结果相较于传统检测加药方式更加精确和科学,再通过控制器18将其加药量信息传递给缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置19,由缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置19作出指令完成自动加药功能,可以保证水质,使用方便。
[0015] 机体I的下侧还设有支柱20,所述支柱20的下端设有支撑板21,所述支撑板21的下侧设有若干伸缩杆22,所述伸缩杆22的外侧套设有减震弹簧23,伸缩杆22的下端连接有减震板29,所述减震弹簧23的上端与支撑板21的下侧固定连接,减震弹簧23的下端与减震板29的上侧固定连接,所述底座24的上侧开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部设有柔性块25,所述柔性块25的上部设有第一三角形漏斗27,柔性块25的下部设有与第一三角形漏斗27对应的第二三角形漏斗26,上下对应的第一三角形漏斗27和第二三角形漏斗26通过沙漏管28连通,第一三角形漏斗27和第二三角形漏斗26的内部填充有沙子,所述减震板29设置在柔性块25的上侧,所述减震板29与底座24的凹槽内壁滑动连接。设有减震弹簧23,可以将震动均分到各个减震弹簧23上,减震效果好,并且还设有第一三角形漏斗27和第二三角形漏斗26,利用第一三角形漏斗27和第二三角形漏斗26内填充的沙子进行缓冲,这种结构缓冲效果极佳,并且这种结构相对有现有的常用减装置来说,这种结构具有结构简单、性能稳定和使用寿命较长的优点,配合减震弹簧23实现双重的减震效果,极大的降低了装置的震动,降低了噪音的产生,延长了装置的使用寿命。

1.一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,包括机体(I)、水池(8)和底座(24),其特征在于,所述机体(I)的右端安装有驱动电机(2),机体(I)的内部设有去皮辊(3),所述去皮辊(3)的右端与驱动电机(2)的输出轴连接,去皮辊(3)的左端通过转轴与机体(I)的内部左端连接,所述去皮辊(3)的外侧均与的设有若干个刮皮刀片(4),机体(I)的上端左部设有进料斗(5),机体(I)的内部上端设有喷水管(6),所述喷水管(6)的下侧设有若干喷淋头(7),喷水管(6)的右端设在水池(8)的内部,喷水管(6)的左端连接有水栗(17),机体(I)的内部下部设有第一过滤网(9),机体(I)的下侧左部设有排水管(10),所述排水管(10)的另一端连接有沉淀池(11),沉淀池(11)内部的上部设有第二过滤网(12),沉淀池(11)的右端下侧通过管道与水池(8)连接,沉淀池(11)和水池(8)之间的管道上从左到右依次连接有石英砂过滤器(13)、EPS泡沫滤珠过滤器(14)和高效纤维束及颗粒活性炭混合过滤器(15),水池(8)的左侧安装有缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置(19),水池(8)的内部设有水质检测仪(16),水池(8)的右侧设有智能控制器(18),机体(I)的下侧还设有支柱(20),所述支柱(20)的下端设有支撑板(21),所述支撑板(21)的下侧设有若干伸缩杆(22),所述伸缩杆(22)的外侧套设有减震弹簧(23),伸缩杆(22)的下端连接有减震板(29),所述减震弹簧(23)的上端与支撑板(21)的下侧固定连接,减震弹簧(23)的下端与减震板(29)的上侧固定连接,所述底座(24)的上侧开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部设有柔性块(25),所述柔性块(25)的上部设有第一三角形漏斗(27),柔性块(25)的下部设有与第一三角形漏斗(27)对应的第二三角形漏斗(26),上下对应的第一三角形漏斗(27)和第二三角形漏斗(26)通过沙漏管(28)连通,第一三角形漏斗(27)和第二三角形漏斗(26)的内部填充有沙子,所述减震板(29)设置在柔性块(25)的上侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,其特征在于,所述排水管(10)与沉淀池(11)的连接处位于第二过滤网(12)的上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,其特征在于,所述水质检测仪(16)和缓蚀阻垢剂添加装置(19)均与智能控制器(18)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,其特征在于,所述第一过滤网(9)为大孔径过滤网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,其特征在于,所述第二过滤网(12)为小孔径过滤网。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,其特征在于,所述刮皮刀片(4)由不锈钢材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以循环水利用的去皮清洗机,其特征在于,所述减震板(29)与底座(24)的凹槽内壁滑动连接。
