Abstract
本发明涉及通过养鸡方法预防鸡白痢的技术领域,具体涉及一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法。包括以下步骤:(1)将刚出壳1‑7日龄的鸡放入25‑28℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料。(2)鸡8‑15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料。(3)鸡16‑20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料。(4)鸡21‑30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料。(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料。本发明以特有的喂养方法对鸡进行喂养,能够预防鸡犯鸡白痢病,提高鸡的免疫力。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及通过养鸡方法预防鸡白痢的技术领域,具体涉及一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法。
【背景技术】
对于养鸡户而言,小鸡的成活率对他们的效益至关重要,从刚出壳的小鸡成长至成年鸡的过程中,鸡非常容易受到多种疾病、传染病的困扰,鸡常见的病包括鸡白痢、鸡痘、大肠杆菌病、禽流感、慢性呼吸道病等疾病。其中,鸡白痢是由鸡白痢沙门氏菌引起的传染性疾病,世界各地均有发生,是危害养鸡业最严重的疾病之一,主要侵害雏鸡,常在5-6日龄开始发病,10-14天为发病高峰。主要表现为白痢,并呈急性败血症经过。其症状为:常见鸡肛门外面粘有黄白浆糊状的或堆积成块粪便,堵住泄殖腔;粪便排不出,而发生“叽叽”痛哭声;病鸡精神沉郁、呆立、怕冷、翅膀下垂、不食不饮、远离群体。其预防和治疗为:加强饲养管理,尤其是注意改善环境卫生环境,提高鸡只得抗病能力。对病鸡可选用抗菌素治疗。
按国家GB-T19630生产有机食品标准,畜禽允许用疫苗防控传染病和中药治疗禽病。因此,针对这些疾病出现了多种疫苗,例如马立克、新城疫、法示囊、传喉、传支、鸡痘、禽流感等,这些疫苗在很大程度上减少了疫情的发生。但还是会时常出现虽防而仍发病的情况,使鸡的成活率大大下降,为广大的养殖户造成了重大损失。并且过量使用药物治疗会对鸡的免疫力带来一定的坏处,鸡过于依赖药物而存活后,对鸡的生长十分不利。在养殖业中,呋喃唑酮可用于治疗畜禽肠道感染,如仔猪黄、白痢,一般犯鸡白痢病的鸡会服用呋喃唑酮,其口服吸收率低,通过血液循环主要停留在肠道内,长时间或高剂量服用呋喃唑酮对动物的肝、肾、心脏、下丘脑及生殖系统等都有不同程度的毒副作用,中华人民共和国农业部将呋喃唑酮列为禁止使用的药物,不得在动物性食品中检出。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,本发明以特有的喂养方法对鸡进行喂养,能够预防鸡犯鸡白痢病,提高鸡的免疫力。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刚出壳1-7日龄的鸡放入25-28℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料,每天喂3-4次,每次每只鸡喂20-25ml;
(2)鸡8-15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂150-170g,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料2-3次,每次每只鸡喂20-25ml;
(3)鸡16-20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂食200-250g;
(4)鸡21-30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料以重量比为2:1的比例混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂食200-250g;
(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂食250-280g,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,每天喂2-3次,每次每只鸡喂食25-30ml。
进一步地,所述市售鸡饲料主要由以下原料组成:玉米、麸皮、豆饼、鱼粉和骨粉。
进一步地,所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花15-20份、蒲公英20-25份、炙甘草12-15份、柠檬酸2-5份、蜂蜜10-15份、香草豆15-17份、烟草5-8份、厚朴4-9份和水100-150份;所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸35-40份、食盐3-8份、玉米粉40-45份、黄柏3-7份、白头翁5-9份、黄芩6-10份、板蓝根9-11份、苦参3-6份、秦皮2-6份、鱼腥草2-4份以及马齿苋4-7份。
进一步地,所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花16-19份、蒲公英21-24份、炙甘草13-14份、柠檬酸3-4份、蜂蜜11-14份、香草豆14-16份、烟草6-7份、厚朴5-8份和水110-140份。
进一步地,所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花18份、蒲公英23份、炙甘草14份、柠檬酸4份、蜂蜜13份、香草豆15份、烟草7份、厚朴7份和水130份。
进一步地,所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸36-39份、食盐4-7份、玉米粉41-44份、黄柏4-6份、白头翁6-8份、黄芩7-9份、板蓝根10-11份、苦参4-5份、秦皮3-5份、鱼腥草3-4份以及马齿苋5-6份。
进一步地,所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸38份、食盐6份、玉米粉43份、黄柏5份、白头翁7份、黄芩8份、板蓝根11份、苦参4份、秦皮4份、鱼腥草4份以及马齿苋6份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明从小鸡刚被孵化时,机体免疫力差,极易容易染上鸡白痢病,本发明先将小鸡放入保温箱中,提供以小鸡舒适的环境,在给小鸡喂食中草药饮料,以达到预防鸡白痢病的作用;鸡8-15日龄时,17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料,17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,鸡食用中草药饲料后,在引用中草药饮料,其药效更佳,从而进一步地提高了鸡的免疫力,进而能够防治鸡白痢病的发生;鸡21-30日龄时,给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料混合组成的混合饲料,使鸡能够保持健康的体质;鸡31日龄后,19点后给鸡饮用中草药饮料,保持鸡的健康成长。
2、本发明的中草药饮料中,金银花、蒲公英和炙甘草的配合,能够抑制细菌DNA旋转酶的活性,阻止细菌DNA的合成和复制而导致细菌死亡;金银花、蒲公英和炙甘草对DNA旋转酶活性有明显的抑制作用、该品抗菌作用机制为抑制细菌DNA螺旋酶,抗菌作用为杀菌型。蜂蜜成品中含氯霉素,氯霉素通过可逆地与50S亚基结合,阻断转肽酰酶的作用,干扰带有氨基酸的胺基酰-tRNA终端与50S亚基结合,从而使新肽链的形成受阻,抑制蛋白质合成;香草豆中的丙二醇主要用于各种香料、色素、防腐剂的溶剂,香草豆、焙炒咖啡粒、天然香料等的萃取溶剂;氯霉素抗菌活性主要与丙二醇有关,蜂蜜和香草豆的配合,使得蜂蜜中的氯霉素的药效更好。烟草中含有单胺氧化酶抑制剂,其与厚朴相配,单胺氧化酶抑制剂等可增强厚朴中抗鸡白痢的有效成分。上述原料的配合,使得中草药饮料具有预防鸡白痢的功效。
3、本发明的中草药饲料中,以麦麸、食盐和玉米粉为基础原料,黄柏、白头翁、黄芩、板蓝根、苦参、秦皮、鱼腥草和马齿苋相配,提高了鸡的免疫力,降低了鸡的生病率、使鸡的成活率提高,其与中草药饮料相互配合,对抗病菌具有重要的意义。
4、本发明的饲养方法严谨科学,且本发明所用的饲料中没有含有各类抗生素,还能达到提高免疫力的效果,本发明的养鸡方法能够有效的预防鸡白痢病,所使用的饲料是一种天然、健康、绿色、安全、无毒副作用的营养饲料。

下面的实施例可以帮助本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不可以以任何方式限制本发明。
所述市售鸡饲料由石家庄市旭业饲料有限公司提供,其主要由以下原料组成:玉米、麸皮、豆饼、鱼粉和骨粉。
实施例1
一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刚出壳1-7日龄的鸡放入25℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料,每天喂3次,每次每只鸡喂20ml;所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花15份、蒲公英20份、炙甘草12份、柠檬酸2份、蜂蜜10份、香草豆15份、烟草5份、厚朴4份和水100份。
(2)鸡8-15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂150g,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料2次,每次每只鸡喂20ml;所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸35份、食盐3份、玉米粉40份、黄柏3份、白头翁5份、黄芩6份、板蓝根9份、苦参3份、秦皮2份、鱼腥草2份以及马齿苋4份;
(3)鸡16-20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂食200g;
(4)鸡21-30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料以重量份为1:2的比例混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂食200g;
(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂食250g,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,每天喂2次,每次每只鸡喂食25ml。
实施例2
一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刚出壳1-7日龄的鸡放入26℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料,每天喂3次,每次每只鸡喂21ml;所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花16份、蒲公英21份、炙甘草13份、柠檬酸3份、蜂蜜11份、香草豆14份、烟草6份、厚朴5份和水110份。
(2)鸡8-15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂155g,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料2次,每次每只鸡喂21ml;所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸36份、食盐4份、玉米粉41份、黄柏4份、白头翁6份、黄芩7份、板蓝根10份、苦参4份、秦皮3份、鱼腥草3份以及马齿苋5份;
(3)鸡16-20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂食210g;
(4)鸡21-30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料以重量份为1:2的比例混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂食210g;
(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料3次,每次每只鸡喂食255g,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,每天喂2次,每次每只鸡喂食26ml。
实施例3
一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刚出壳1-7日龄的鸡放入27℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料,每天喂4次,每次每只鸡喂22ml;所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花18份、蒲公英23份、炙甘草14份、柠檬酸4份、蜂蜜13份、香草豆15份、烟草7份、厚朴7份和水130份。
(2)鸡8-15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂160g,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料3次,每次每只鸡喂23ml;所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸38份、食盐6份、玉米粉43份、黄柏5份、白头翁7份、黄芩8份、板蓝根11份、苦参4份、秦皮4份、鱼腥草4份以及马齿苋6份;
(3)鸡16-20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食230g;
(4)鸡21-30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料以重量份为1:2的比例混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食230g;
(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食265g,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,每天喂3次,每次每只鸡喂食28ml。
实施例4
一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刚出壳1-7日龄的鸡放入28℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料,每天喂4次,每次每只鸡喂24ml;所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花19份、蒲公英24份、炙甘草14份、柠檬酸4份、蜂蜜14份、香草豆16份、烟草7份、厚朴8份和水140份。
(2)鸡8-15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂165g,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料3次,每次每只鸡喂24ml;所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸39份、食盐7份、玉米粉44份、黄柏6份、白头翁8份、黄芩9份、板蓝根11份、苦参5份、秦皮5份、鱼腥草4份以及马齿苋6份;
(3)鸡16-20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食240g;
(4)鸡21-30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料以重量份为1:2的比例混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食240g;
(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食270g,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,每天喂3次,每次每只鸡喂食29ml。
实施例5
一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刚出壳1-7日龄的鸡放入28℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料,每天喂4次,每次每只鸡喂25ml;所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花20份、蒲公英25份、炙甘草15份、柠檬酸5份、蜂蜜15份、香草豆17份、烟草8份、厚朴9份和水150份。
(2)鸡8-15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂170g,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料3次,每次每只鸡喂25ml;所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸40份、食盐8份、玉米粉45份、黄柏7份、白头翁9份、黄芩10份、板蓝根11份、苦参6份、秦皮6份、鱼腥草4份以及马齿苋7份;
(3)鸡16-20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食250g;
(4)鸡21-30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料以重量份为1:2的比例混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食250g;
(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料4次,每次每只鸡喂食280g,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,每天喂3次,每次每只鸡喂食30ml。
为了验证本发明防鸡白痢病的效果好,本申请人进行了大量探索试验,每次选择200只刚出生的鸡进行试验,部分试验结果如下表1所示。实施例1-5是本发明的养鸡方法饲养,对比例1是采用普通饲养的方法进行饲养,每组考察的鸡数量为200只。

通过表1的数据可知,首先,本发明的实施例1-5饲养的鸡没有出现的白痢病,而对比例1中出现较多;本发明的实施例1-5饲养的鸡出现精神沉郁、呆立的情况轻,对比例1中的鸡出现精神沉郁、呆立的情况严重;本发明饲养的鸡出现排便不出和不饮不食的症状较对比例1的鸡少,说明本发明的饲料配方或者管理方法预防或治疗鸡白痢病的效果较好。
在本发明中,由于采用了上述方法及配方,在方法上合理安全,没有用到疫苗注射,并且,饲料配方中的原料相互搭配,可以使得饲料中的有效成分在鸡体内发挥至最大的作用,首先可以保证鸡在1-7日龄阶段的健康,可有效预防鸡在1-7日龄阶段患上细菌性疾病,例如鸡白痢等。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将刚出壳1-7日龄的鸡放入25-28℃保温箱里,并给其饮用中草药饮料,每天喂3-4次,每次每只鸡喂20-25ml;
(2)鸡8-15日龄时,每天17点前给鸡喂食中草药饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂150-170g,每天17点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料2-3次,每次每只鸡喂20-25ml;
(3)鸡16-20日龄时,每天给鸡喂食市售鸡饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂食200-250g;
(4)鸡21-30日龄时,将市售鸡饲料与中草药饲料以重量比为2:1的比例混合后得混合饲料,每天给鸡喂食混合饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂食200-250g;
(5)鸡31日龄后,每天19点前给鸡喂食市售饲料3-4次,每次每只鸡喂食250-280g,19点后给鸡喂食中草药饮料,每天喂2-3次,每次每只鸡喂食25-30ml。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,其特征在于:所述市售鸡饲料主要由以下原料组成:玉米、麸皮、豆饼、鱼粉和骨粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,其特征在于:所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花15-20份、蒲公英20-25份、炙甘草12-15份、柠檬酸2-5份、蜂蜜10-15份、香草豆15-17份、烟草5-8份、厚朴4-9份和水100-150份;所述中草药饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:麦麸35-40份、食盐3-8份、玉米粉40-45份、黄柏3-7份、白头翁5-9份、黄芩6-10份、板蓝根9-11份、苦参3-6份、秦皮2-6份、鱼腥草2-4份以及马齿苋4-7份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,其特征在于:所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花16-19份、蒲公英21-24份、炙甘草13-14份、柠檬酸3-4份、蜂蜜11-14份、香草豆14-16份、烟草6-7份、厚朴5-8份和水110-140份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种预防鸡白痢的养鸡方法,其特征在于:所述中草药饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:金银花18份、蒲公英23份、炙甘草14份、柠檬酸4份、蜂蜜13份、香草豆15份、烟草7份、厚朴7份和水130份。
