Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an accelerator pedal according to the invention for controlling a drive of a motor vehicle.
Background
Such an accelerator pedal is used in a motor vehicle in order to transmit a control command generated by the driver by actuating the accelerator pedal to a corresponding vehicle control device. For this purpose, the position of the accelerator pedal is determined by a sensor and transmitted to the vehicle control.
A generic accelerator pedal is known from DE 102008003296 a 1. The accelerator pedal has a housing comprising a cover and a housing, wherein the cover is designed as a support for the pedal rod and is lockable with the housing.
It is disadvantageous in the prior art that the bearing positions of the cover and the housing are visible to a third party from the outside, which easily enables an understandable accessibility to the bearing. Where the detachment strategy for third party public lids.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages from the prior art. A low-cost possibility should be shown to prevent the assembly or disassembly of the cover of the accelerator pedal, in order to thus reduce the risk of misuse.
In order to solve this object, according to the invention, an accelerator pedal for controlling a drive of a motor vehicle is provided, comprising a housing, a pedal lever which is rotatably mounted in the housing, and a sensor for determining the position of the pedal lever, wherein the housing is formed in two parts from a housing and a cover, wherein the cover is designed as a support for the pedal lever and is fastened to the housing, and wherein the housing has a first means and the cover has a second means for locking with respect to one another, characterized in that the means are completely covered by the housing in the locked state.
The above object is furthermore achieved by a vehicle having an accelerator pedal by means of the features of the invention.
A particular advantage of the invention is that by providing an accelerator pedal, the risk of assembly or disassembly of the cover can be significantly reduced, since the support formed by the mechanism is no longer discernible from the outside.
Preferably, the mechanism is designed as a latching or locking mechanism. Preferably, the means are designed as offset (Versatz), step or hook. In particular, it is preferred that the mechanisms wedge or brace (versprezen) due to moving into, connecting or hooking each other. In this way mutual locking takes place.
According to a further development of the invention, the first means are arranged on the inside of the housing and the second means are arranged on the outside of the cover.
After the combination of the two components has taken place, the mechanism is no longer visible from the outside.
According to a further development of the invention, the cover is pushed into the housing and is secured therein by means of the mechanism.
In this way, the mutual locking of the mechanisms can be performed. The mechanism and the support are no longer visible from the outside.
According to a further development of the invention, the second means of the cover are projecting areas or projections on the cover.
The cover comprising the protruding areas or protrusions can be manufactured simply and at low cost in the manufacture of the cover.
According to a further development of the invention, the projecting region or projection is U-shaped.
The projecting regions or projections have a simple manufacturable and functional geometry.
According to a further development of the invention, the cover has two disk-shaped regions arranged on both sides on the cover, wherein the second means of the cover are arranged at least partially in the region of the disk-shaped regions.
Whereby the area of the cover present can be suitably utilized.
According to a further development of the invention, the first means of the housing are designed as a counterpart to the means of the cover, in order to be able to lock the first means of the housing to the second means of the cover.
Whereby locking can be achieved in a simple manner. In addition, an accidental disconnection of the connection of the housing to the cover can be prevented.
According to a further development of the invention, the first means of the housing is designed as a tenon.
The housing comprising the pin can be produced simply and inexpensively in production. The pin is covered by the housing and is not visible from the outside.
According to a further development of the invention, in the mutual locking, the first means of the housing abut against the cover in a recess defined by the second means of the cover.
In this way, a fixed connection of the two components can be implemented.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of an accelerator pedal 1 according to the invention in the assembled state, wherein fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the components of the accelerator pedal 1 according to the invention.
The accelerator pedal 1 is provided for controlling a drive of a (motor) vehicle. The accelerator pedal 1 has a housing 2, a pedal lever 3 rotatably mounted in the housing 2, and a sensor 4 for determining the position of the pedal lever. The housing 2 is formed in two parts here by a housing 5 and a cover 6. The cover 6 is designed as a support for the pedal rod 3 and is fastened to the housing 5.
Furthermore, the accelerator pedal 1 has two coil springs 10 and a distance holder 9 for generating a restoring force between the housing 5 and the pedal rod 3.
The cover 6 is secured in the housing 5 so as to be pivotable about an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the pedal rod 3. The helical spring 10 is here positioned spaced above the axis of rotation (uber die Achse). The sensor 4 is arranged essentially centrally in a recess of the pedal rod 3, which is formed in the region of the pivot axis of the pedal rod.
Preferably, the rotor of the sensor 4 is fastened to the pedal lever 3 and the stator of the sensor 4 is arranged in the sensor housing together with the electronics.
The operating principle of the vehicle pedal is assumed to be known. The operating principle of a vehicle pedal is known, for example, from DE 102008003296 a 1.
The housing 5 has two first means 7 and the cover 6 has two second means 8 for mutual locking. The first means 7 of the housing 5 are arranged on the inside of the housing 5, as shown in fig. 3. The first means 7 are here embodied as a tenon.
The second means 8 of the cover 6 are arranged on the outside of the cover 6. The cover 6 has two disk-shaped regions 11 arranged on both sides on the cover 6. In this case, the means 8 of the cover 6 are arranged at least partially in the region of the disk-shaped region 11. The means 8 of the cover 6 are configured as protrusions. The protrusions have a U-shaped geometry.
The first means 7 of the housing 5 are designed as counterparts to the second means 8 of the cover 6, so that the second means 8 of the cover 6 can be received. In this way, an unintentional disconnection of the connection of the housing 5 to the cover 6 can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the mechanisms 7, 8 are completely covered by the housing 5 in the locked state. Here, the cover 6 is pushed into the housing 5 and fastened therein. The fastening is achieved by locking the first means 7 of the housing 5 with the second means 8 of the cover 6. In the mutual locking, the first means 7 rest on the cover 6 in the space defined by the second means 8.
By providing the accelerator pedal, a low-cost possibility for preventing the assembly or disassembly of the cover of the accelerator pedal is shown, so that the risk of misuse is thus reduced. The support formed by the mechanism is no longer visible from the outside.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of a known accelerator pedal 15 in the assembled state, wherein a schematic view of the components of the accelerator pedal 15 is shown in fig. 5 and a schematic section B-B is shown in fig. 6. In contrast to the present invention, the housing 5 of the accelerator pedal 15 has two openings 16, which are formed into the housing 5 on both sides.
The cover 6 of the accelerator pedal 15 has two tenons 17. The pins 17 are arranged on both sides on the outside of the cover 6. The tongue 17 is guided through the opening 16 in order to enable the cover 6 to be fixed to the housing 5. This construction is likewise known from DE 102008003296 a 1.
The foregoing explanation of the embodiments merely illustrates the invention in the scope of examples. The individual features of the embodiments can of course be freely combined with one another as far as technically appropriate, without leaving the scope of the invention.
