Abstract
The invention discloses a suspension mower, which comprises a shell and a grass box arranged on the shell, wherein a containing cavity is formed in one side of the shell facing the ground, and a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the side wall of the grass box facing the shell; the grass box is also provided with an air inlet, a grass collecting channel which protrudes outwards from the grass box and is formed by inclining downwards, and a shielding mechanism; the air inlet, the vent hole and the accommodating cavity form a first air channel; the grass collecting channel, the vent hole and the accommodating cavity form a second air channel; when the suspended mower is in the first mode, the shielding mechanism shields the grass collecting channel, at the moment, the first air channel works, and the second air channel is closed; when the suspended mower is in the second mode, the air inlet is shielded, the first air channel is closed, and the second air channel works. Compared with the prior art, the suspension mower realizes the rapid switching between the first mode and the second mode through the first air duct, the second air duct and the shielding mechanism for shielding the first air duct or the second air duct, and has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mower, in particular to a suspension mower.
Background
Typically, a mower cuts grass by rotating a blade disposed within a downwardly opening housing along the grass, and typically includes two modes of operation, a second mode in which grass cut by the blade is collected in a container such as a grass collection bag, and a first mode in which grass cut by the blade is expelled directly beneath the housing. However, the mutual conversion in the two modes is selectively required due to the purpose.
Due to the balance problem, the grass on-fly suspension mowers currently marketed cannot take into account the second mode and the first mode, namely: either the second mode or the first mode, which are not compatible.
In view of the above, there is a need for further improvements to existing mowers to address the above.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention solves the technical problem of providing the suspension mower which can be quickly and conveniently switched between the first mode and the second mode, has simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and is easy to popularize and apply.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a suspended mower comprises a shell and a grass box arranged on the shell, wherein a containing cavity is formed in one side of the shell, facing the ground, for containing fan blades and blades, and a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the side wall of the grass box, facing the shell, so that the interior of the grass box is communicated with the containing cavity; the grass box is also provided with an air inlet, a grass collecting channel which protrudes outwards from the grass box and is formed obliquely downwards, and a shielding mechanism for shielding the air inlet or the grass collecting channel; the air inlet, the vent hole and the accommodating cavity form a first air channel; the grass collecting channel, the vent hole and the accommodating cavity form a second air channel; when the suspension mower is in a first mode, the shielding mechanism shields the grass collecting channel, at the moment, the first air channel works, and the second air channel is closed; when the suspended mower is in the second mode, the air inlet is shielded, the first air channel is closed, and the second air channel works.
Further, the shielding mechanism comprises a cover plate pivotally mounted on the grass box and positioned inside the grass box and a knob matched with the cover plate and positioned outside the grass box.
Further, the grass collecting channel is positioned below the air inlet.
Further, the grass collecting channel is positioned above the air inlet.
Further, a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove are formed in the side wall of the grass box; the knob is provided with a button and a positioning block positioned at the side part of the button, and the positioning block is matched with the first positioning groove or the second positioning groove to fix the knob, so that the knob is prevented from automatically rotating.
Further, an elastic element is provided between the button and the knob to reset the button when the button is pressed down.
Further, the shielding mechanism comprises a supporting part for supporting the grass box top cover and a shielding part for shielding the grass collecting channel; when the supporting part supports the grass box top cover, the air inlet is formed between the grass box top cover and the grass box side wall.
Further, the shielding mechanism comprises a main body part slidably mounted on the grass collecting channel and a shielding part for shielding the grass collecting channel, and the shielding part is positioned inside the grass box.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the prior art, the suspension mower realizes the rapid switching between the first mode and the second mode through the first air duct, the second air duct and the shielding mechanism for shielding the first air duct or the second air duct, and has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and easy popularization and application.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a levitation mower 100 according to the present invention includes a housing 10, a grass box 20 mounted on the housing 10, a driving device (not shown) mounted on the housing 10, a blade 30 mounted on the driving device, and a fan blade 40, wherein a housing cavity 11 is provided on a side of the housing 10 facing the ground to house the blade 30.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the side wall of the grass box 20 facing the housing 10 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 21 so that the interior of the grass box 20 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11. The grass box is also provided with an air inlet 22, a grass collecting channel 23 which is outwards protruded and obliquely downwards formed by the grass box 20, and a shielding mechanism 24 which shields the air inlet 22 or the grass collecting channel 23. The air inlet 22, the air vent 21 and the accommodating cavity 11 form a first air channel, and the grass collecting channel 23, the air vent 21 and the accommodating cavity 11 form a second air channel. When the suspended mower 100 is in the first mode, the shielding mechanism 24 shields the grass collecting channel 23, and the first air channel works and the second air channel is closed; when the suspended mower 100 is in the second mode, the air inlet 22 is blocked, the first air duct is closed, and the second air duct works. Although in the present embodiment the air intake is located on the side wall of the grass box 20 facing away from the housing 10, in other embodiments the air intake 22 may be located on the top cover of the grass box 20. In this embodiment, the first mode is a grass chopping mode, and the second mode is a grass collecting mode.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the shielding mechanism 24 includes a cover plate 241 pivotally mounted on the grass tank 20 and located inside the grass tank 20, and a knob 242 engaged with the cover plate 241 and located outside the grass tank 20. In the present embodiment, the grass collecting channel 23 is located below the air inlet 22, but in other embodiments, the grass collecting channel 23 may be located above the air inlet 22. Referring to fig. 7, a first positioning groove 25 and a second positioning groove 26 are further provided on the side wall of the grass box 20, which are matched with the knob 242. Referring to FIG. 6, the knob 242 is provided with a button 2421, a positioning block 2422 located at a side of the button 2421, and a resilient member 2423 located between the button 2421 and the knob 242. The positioning block 2422 cooperates with the first positioning groove 25 or the second positioning groove 26 to fix the knob 242, preventing the knob 242 from being automatically rotated. The elastic member 2423 is a spring to reset the button 2421 when the button 2421 is pressed down.
When the suspended mower 100 is brought into the first mode, the button 2421 is first pressed and the knob 242 is rotated so that the positioning block 2422 is opposite to the first positioning groove 25, and then the button 2421 is released, at which time the positioning block 2422 is entered into the first positioning groove 25 so that the knob 242 is fixed, at which time the cover plate 241 is covered with the grass collecting passage 23, the first air passage is operated, and the second air passage is closed. When the suspended mower 100 is set in the second mode, the button 2421 is first pressed and the knob 242 is rotated so that the positioning block 2422 is opposite to the second positioning groove 26, and then the button 2421 is released, at this time, the positioning block 2422 is moved into the second positioning groove 26 so that the knob 242 is fixed, at this time, the cover plate 241 shields the air inlet 22, the first air duct is closed, the second air duct is operated, and the suction force generated by the rotation of the fan blade 40 sucks the crushed grass into the grass tank 20 through the grass collecting channel 23.
Fig. 8 shows another embodiment of a grass box 20'. The structure of the grass tank 20' is substantially the same as that of the grass tank 20, except that: the shielding mechanism 24 'includes a support portion 241' for supporting the top cover of the grass tank 20 'and a shielding portion 242' for shielding the grass collecting passage 23. When the supporting portion 241 'supports the top cover of the grass tank 20', the air inlet 22 is formed between the top cover of the grass tank 20 'and the side wall of the grass tank 20'.
Fig. 9 shows another embodiment of a grass box 20 ". The mechanism of the grass tank 20' is substantially the same as the structure of the grass tank 20, except that: the shielding mechanism 24' comprises a main body part 241' which is slidably mounted on the grass collecting channel 23 and a shielding part 242' for shielding the grass collecting channel 23, wherein the shielding part 242' is positioned inside the grass box 20'.
Compared with the prior art, the suspended mower 100 of the invention realizes the rapid switching between the first mode and the second mode through the first air duct, the second air duct and the shielding mechanism 24, 24', 24″ shielding the first air duct or the second air duct, and has simple structure, low manufacturing cost and easy popularization and application.
It is further noted that equivalent variations on the present invention, as taught by the present invention, would be within the scope of the present invention as claimed by those of ordinary skill in the present art.
