The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The first embodiment,
An embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: logging in a first application based on a first account, and generating initial information of a second account of which a receiver is a receiver; wherein the second account number is different from the first account number; the first account comprises a first account number and a first account number password;
step 102: executing a pre-sending operation aiming at the initial information, and converting the initial information into information to be checked based on the pre-sending operation;
step 103: acquiring a checking result aiming at the information to be checked;
step 104: determining a processing mode of the information to be checked based on the checking result, and processing the information to be checked according to the processing mode; the processing mode comprises two modes: the method comprises a first processing mode and a second processing mode, wherein the first processing mode is to control the cancellation of sending the initial information, and the second processing mode is to send the initial information to a second account.
Here, the embodiment may be applied to an electronic device that can be connected to the internet and can support running of the first application, for example, an electronic device such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, and a smart phone.
Wherein the first application may be a mailbox; the first account may include an account used by the user to log into the first application. For example, a user's mailbox number and mailbox password may be included.
The generating of the initial information of the second account by the receiver comprises: and editing the information content based on an editing interface of the first application, and adding a second account of the receiver to obtain initial information. For example, as shown in fig. 2, a mail editing interface is provided at a first position 21 for editing information content, i.e. specific mail information; the second location 22 can add a second account number of the recipient, such as "123 @ a. It is understood that the second account number in this embodiment refers to only the mailbox number of the recipient.
In this embodiment, the performing of the pre-sending operation on the initial information may be: a pre-send operation triggered by clicking the "send" button. That is, the first application executes processing of generating information to be checked based on this operation at this time, although the send button is clicked.
Preferably, before the execution of this embodiment, the method may further include parameter setting, specifically: setting a parameter for whether to start a function of canceling the transmission of the information; the maximum waiting time (counted from sending the mail) for allowing the revocation operation is set, and may be, for example, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or customized. Taking sending mail as an example, if the function of canceling sending mail is set to be started, after the mail is sent, the mail box of the user sending mail can immediately receive the mail, and the user can check and check the mail content.
In this embodiment, taking an example that only the first account is included in the at least one checking account, that is, a processing mode for checking the information to be checked only by the user of the first account is as follows:
the converting the initial information into the information to be checked based on the pre-sending operation comprises the following steps: acquiring at least one checking account based on the pre-sending operation; the first account is included in the at least one checking account; and adding the at least one checking account into a receiver of the initial information to obtain the information to be checked.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, an input window may be added to the editing interface of the email, and the electronic device automatically adds the first account number to the input window 30.
Correspondingly, the acquiring of the inspection result for the information to be inspected includes: sending the information to be checked to the first account of the first application through a server side; and receiving the information to be checked through a first account of a first application, and checking the information to be checked to obtain a checking result.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: and deleting the second account number of the receiver, sending the information to be checked to a server side by taking the checking account number, namely the first account number, as the receiver, and forwarding the information to be checked to the first account number again by the server side based on the receiver in the information to be checked.
Further, the user views the inbox from the operation interface of the first account of the current first application, as shown in fig. 4, it can be seen that a first mail in the inbox is a new mail, the first mail is opened, and the first mail is checked.
Preferably, the checking with the information to be checked may specifically include: and the user checks the information to be checked which is received again through the first account number.
The determining the processing mode of the information to be checked based on the checking result comprises the following steps: when the inspection result is that the information to be inspected does not pass the inspection, determining that the processing mode of the information to be inspected is a first processing mode; and when the checking result is that the information to be checked passes the checking, determining that the processing mode of the information to be checked is a second processing mode.
After the information to be checked passes the check, the processing based on the second processing mode specifically comprises the following steps: deleting the checking account number in the information to be checked, and generating the information to be sent by taking a second account number set in the initial information as a receiving party; and forwarding the information to be transmitted to a second account through the server based on the second account.
If the information to be checked fails to pass the check, a problem is found, and the current time is within the maximum time range allowing the mail-canceling operation, the user can select the mail-canceling operation, and the step 101 is executed again after the mail-canceling operation is modified.
The scenario of the embodiment is illustrated by taking fig. 5 as an example:
the user sets parameters, including: setting whether to start a function of canceling sending the mail; set the maximum time allowed for the undo operation (counting from sending mail): 5 minutes; 10 minutes; 30 minutes; self-defining;
the user edits the mail and sends the mail;
if the setting is to open the function of canceling the sending of the mail: after the mail is sent, the mail sending mailbox of the user can immediately receive the mail, and the user can check and check the mail content:
if a problem is found, and the current time is in the maximum time range of the allowable canceling operation, the user selects the canceling mail operation, and the canceling mail operation is sent after the modification;
if no problem is found after the check, the system can select to push the mail to the receiver, or automatically push the mail after the waiting time exceeds the maximum time of allowing the cancellation operation;
if the setting is to close the function of canceling the sent mail, the sent mail is moved according to the original logic.
Therefore, by adopting the scheme, the initial information edited after the first application is logged in based on the first account can be obtained to obtain the information to be checked, and the processing mode of the information to be checked is determined according to the checking result of the information to be checked, wherein the processing mode comprises cancelling sending or directly sending the initial information to the receiving party. Therefore, the information can be checked before being sent, so that the error rate of the information sent to the receiving party is reduced, and the use experience of both parties is improved.
Example II,
An embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: logging in a first application based on a first account, and generating initial information of a second account of which a receiver is a receiver; wherein the second account number is different from the first account number; the first account comprises a first account number and a first account number password;
step 102: executing a pre-sending operation aiming at the initial information, and converting the initial information into information to be checked based on the pre-sending operation;
step 103: acquiring a checking result aiming at the information to be checked;
step 104: determining a processing mode of the information to be checked based on the checking result, and processing the information to be checked according to the processing mode; the processing mode comprises two modes: the method comprises a first processing mode and a second processing mode, wherein the first processing mode is to control the cancellation of sending the initial information, and the second processing mode is to send the initial information to a second account.
The following scenarios are provided in this embodiment to illustrate the detection of multiple accounts:
in a first scenario, for example, at least one checking account includes a first account and at least one third account other than the first account and the second account, that is, a processing manner in which a user of the first account and a user of the third account check information is as follows:
the acquiring of the inspection result for the information to be inspected includes:
sending the information to be checked to the first account and at least one third account of a first application through a server side; receiving the information to be checked through a first account of a first application, and checking the information to be checked to obtain a first checking result; receiving at least one second check result fed back by at least one third account of the first application; and determining to obtain an inspection result aiming at the information to be inspected based on the first inspection result and the second inspection result.
The at least one third account may be set in advance in the first application according to an actual situation, for example, the extracting, setting, and checking account includes: account a, account b, and account c.
Or, after the user finishes editing the initial information, the user may obtain at least one third account through temporary selection in the editing window. For example, after the initial information is edited, the send button is clicked, an edit window pops up, an account a and an account b are required to be added, and the account a and the account b are added in the edit window.
The inspection account in the finally obtained information to be inspected may be as shown in fig. 6, where the inspection account includes a first account, an account a, and an account b.
Preferably, the manner of sending the information to be checked may be: deleting the second account of the receiver, sending the information to be checked to a server side by taking the checking account, namely the first account and at least one third account as the receiver, and forwarding the information to be checked to the first account and the at least one third account again by the server side based on the receiver in the information to be checked. As shown in fig. 7, after the user logs in the first application through the first account, the user sends the information to be checked to the user, the account a and the account b, respectively; after logging in the first application through the account a and the account b, other users check the first application.
In a second scenario, taking an example that at least one checking account does not include a first account, and only the checking account includes a fourth account other than the first account and the second account, that is, a processing manner for checking information to be checked by a user of the first account and other users except the receiving party is specifically as follows:
the converting the initial information into information to be checked based on the pre-sending operation comprises:
acquiring at least one checking account number based on the pre-sending operation; the checking account comprises a fourth account number except the first account and the second account;
and adding the at least one checking account number into a receiver of the initial information to obtain the information to be checked.
The at least one fourth account may be set in advance in the first application according to an actual situation, for example, the extracting setting checking account includes: account a, account b, and account c.
Or, after the user finishes editing the initial information, the user may obtain at least one fourth account through temporary selection in the editing window. For example, after the initial information is edited, the send button is clicked, an edit window pops up, an account a and an account b are required to be added, and the account a and the account b are added in the edit window.
The inspection account in the finally obtained information to be inspected may be as shown in fig. 8, which is different from fig. 6 of scenario one in that only account a and account b are included therein.
Preferably, the manner of sending the information to be checked may be: and deleting the second account number of the receiver, sending the information to be checked to a server side by taking the checking account number, namely at least one fourth account number as the receiver, and forwarding the information to be checked to the fourth account number again by the server side based on the receiver in the information to be checked. As shown in fig. 9, after the user logs in the first application through the first account, the user sends information to be checked to account a and account b, respectively; after logging in the first application through the account a and the account b, other users check the first application.

In this embodiment, the performing of the pre-sending operation on the initial information may be: a pre-send operation triggered by clicking on the "preview" button. And when the detection is finished, triggering pre-sending operation, and converting the initial information into the information to be detected according to a preset format.

Preferably, before the execution of this embodiment, the method may further include setting a parameter, where the preprocessing unit is configured to set a parameter for turning on or off the function of revoking the transmission information; the maximum waiting time (counted from sending the mail) for allowing the revocation operation is set, and may be, for example, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or customized.
The following scenarios are provided in this embodiment to illustrate the detection of multiple accounts:
in a first scenario, for example, at least one checking account includes a first account and at least one third account other than the first account and the second account, that is, a processing manner in which a user of the first account and a user of the third account check information is as follows:
the preprocessing unit is used for sending the information to be checked to the first account and at least one third account of a first application through a server side; receiving the information to be checked through a first account of a first application, and checking the information to be checked to obtain a first checking result; receiving at least one second check result fed back by at least one third account of the first application; and determining to obtain an inspection result aiming at the information to be inspected based on the first inspection result and the second inspection result.
Preferably, the checking with the information to be checked may specifically include: and the user checks the information to be checked which is received again through the first account number.
The information processing unit is used for determining that the processing mode of the information to be checked is a first processing mode when the checking result is that the information to be checked does not pass the checking; and when the checking result is that the information to be checked passes the checking, determining that the processing mode of the information to be checked is a second processing mode.
If the information to be checked fails to pass the check, the problem is found, and the current time is within the maximum time range of the allowable undo operation, the user can choose to undo the mail operation, modify the mail operation and then re-operate the mail operation.
In a second scenario, taking an example that at least one checking account does not include a first account, and only the checking account includes a fourth account other than the first account and the second account, that is, a processing manner for checking information to be checked by a user of the first account and other users except the receiving party is specifically as follows:
the preprocessing unit is used for acquiring at least one checking account number based on the pre-sending operation; the checking account comprises a fourth account number except the first account and the second account; and adding the at least one checking account number into a receiver of the initial information to obtain the information to be checked.
