Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法。提供一带有RFID标签的腕表、一定位主机、一监控平台,所述腕表上的RFID标签具有检测腕表的腕带是否被剪断或腕表电池电压是否偏低的功能,具体方法如下:首先,将腕带上的RFID标签与定位主机绑定,并将腕带以及定位主机配给相应的被监管人员;RFID标签实时检测腕表电池电压以及腕表的腕带是否被剪断,并按预设时间发送RFID标签状态信息至定位主机,若异常,定位主机定位当前位置,并通过网络发送相应信息至监控平台;监控平台收到定位主机发送信息,采用电话或短信方式通知监管人员采取相应措施。本发明方法使得被监管人员可在洗漱等情况下,将定位主机置于一旁,不必要时时携带,另外也利于定位主机电量不足时进行充电。

Description

一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法
技术领域
本发明属于定位监管领域,采用RFID标签与定位终端主机绑定的方法实现对被监管人员的定位追踪与监管,具体为一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法。
背景技术
现有个人定位设备均是采用一体型设计,设备要定时与平台联网通信,技术上主要采用GPS+LBS定位相结合的方式进行:
1、终端嵌入GPS模块,CDMA或GPRS模块,定时采集位置信息。
2、终端GPS收搜索到卫星信号时,因为GPS定位精度一般比较准确,可以做到10米,终端优先采用GPS采集的经纬度,上传至平台。终端在室内时则搜不到GPS卫星信号,就采用LBS定位数据再传输到平台。
现有技术方案主要存在以下技术缺点:
1、终端体积小,无法采用大容量电池,一般仅能陪标300-500mAH电池,续航能力不足24小时(5分钟上报一次)。
2、由于被监管人员要24小时佩戴定位设备,即使被监管人员洗漱时也要佩戴,因此对设备的防水能力以及电池的续航能力均提出挑战。
3、终端本身带有电池,体积较大,佩戴在被监管人员身上,不能离开被监管人员,充电不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法,该方法由于采用带有RFID标签的腕表与定位主机分离设置,且RFID标签与定位主机能够保证20米范围之内的通信,因此被监管人员可在洗漱等情况下,将定位主机置于一旁,不必要时时携带,另外也利于定位主机电量不足时进行充电。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法,提供一带有RFID标签的腕表、一定位主机、一监控平台,所述腕表上的RFID标签具有检测腕表的腕带是否被剪断或腕表电池电压是否偏低的功能,具体人员监管定位实现方法如下,
S1:将腕带上的RFID标签与定位主机绑定,并将腕带以及定位主机配给相应的被监管人员;
S2:RFID标签实时检测腕表电池电压以及腕表的腕带是否被剪断,并按预设时间发送RFID标签状态信息至定位主机,若定位主机根据RFID标签状态信息判断RFID标签状态异常或若定位主机超过预设阈值时间未收到RFID标签状态信息,则定位主机开始报警,并通过GPS或LBS定位当前位置,通过网络发送定位主机当前位置信息、RFID标签状态异常信息或接收RFID标签状态信息超时信息至监控平台;
S3:监控平台收到定位主机发送信息,采用电话或短信方式通知监管人员,监控人员通过登录监控平台查看被监管人员的行动轨迹,对被监管人员采取相应措施。
在本发明一实施例中,所述RFID标签与定位主机距离超过20米后,RFID标签与定位主机不能进行通信。
在本发明一实施例中,所述定位主机还能够监控自身电池电压,若定位主机自身电池电压过低,则定位主机发送定位主机电池电压过低信息至监控平台进行报警。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:由于采用带有RFID标签的腕表与定位主机分离设置,且RFID标签与定位主机能够保证20米范围之内的通信,因此被监管人员可在洗漱等情况下,将定位主机置于一旁,不必要时时携带,另外也利于定位主机电量不足时进行充电。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的技术方案进行具体说明。
本发明的一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法,提供一带有RFID标签的腕表、一定位主机、一监控平台,所述腕表上的RFID标签具有检测腕表的腕带是否被剪断或腕表电池电压是否偏低的功能,具体人员监管定位实现方法如下,
S1:将腕带上的RFID标签与定位主机绑定,并将腕带以及定位主机配给相应的被监管人员;
S2:RFID标签实时检测腕表电池电压以及腕表的腕带是否被剪断,并按预设时间发送RFID标签状态信息至定位主机,若定位主机根据RFID标签状态信息判断RFID标签状态异常或若定位主机超过预设阈值时间未收到RFID标签状态信息,则定位主机开始报警,并通过GPS或LBS定位当前位置,通过网络发送定位主机当前位置信息、RFID标签状态异常信息或接收RFID标签状态信息超时信息至监控平台;
S3:监控平台收到定位主机发送信息,采用电话或短信方式通知监管人员,监控人员通过登录监控平台查看被监管人员的行动轨迹,对被监管人员采取相应措施。
所述RFID标签与定位主机距离超过20米后,RFID标签与定位主机不能进行通信。
所述定位主机还能够监控自身电池电压,若定位主机自身电池电压过低,则定位主机发送定位主机电池电压过低信息至监控平台进行报警。
以下为本发明的具体实施过程。
如图1所示,本发明将RFID标签嵌入腕表,类似手表,采用CR2025供电或太阳能供电,RFID载频采用超高频段,定时与定位终端主机通信,时间间隔可以可设置。
当带RFID标签的腕表腕带被剪断或,则定位终端开始向平台报警
当带RFID标签的腕表脱离定位终端20米以上是,超过一定时间比如5分钟,定位终端开始向平台报警;
当带RFID标签的腕表欠电时,向定位主机报警,要求更换电池。
定位主机本身欠电时也会向平台报警。
如图1,RFID标签设计成手表形状,与定位主机通过软件设置一一对应,即一台定位主机可以收到配对的RFID标签的信息。
定位主机插入运营商的SIM卡后,定位终端自动开始拨号连接网络,登陆服务器将定位终端编号,经纬度数据,电量,以及所配对的带RFID标签的腕表编号等相上传给平台。
如图2,搭建网络服务器平台,开发WEB服务端,导入GIS服务,可以建立电子围栏,限定被监管人员的活动范围,超出范围进立即进行报警。
本发明的说明重点是RFID标签腕带,至于平台的服务功能并不是重点。

Claims (3)

1.一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法,其特征在于:提供一带有RFID标签的腕表、一定位主机、一监控平台,所述腕表上的RFID标签具有检测腕表的腕带是否被剪断或腕表电池电压是否偏低的功能,具体人员监管定位实现方法如下,
S1:将腕带上的RFID标签与定位主机绑定,并将腕带以及定位主机配给相应的被监管人员;
S2:RFID标签实时检测腕表电池电压以及腕表的腕带是否被剪断,并按预设时间发送RFID标签状态信息至定位主机,若定位主机根据RFID标签状态信息判断RFID标签状态异常或若定位主机超过预设阈值时间未收到RFID标签状态信息,则定位主机开始报警,并通过GPS或LBS定位当前位置,通过网络发送定位主机当前位置信息、RFID标签状态异常信息或接收RFID标签状态信息超时信息至监控平台;
S3:监控平台收到定位主机发送信息,采用电话或短信方式通知监管人员,监控人员通过登录监控平台查看被监管人员的行动轨迹,对被监管人员采取相应措施。
2.根据权利要求要求1所述的一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法,其特征在于:所述RFID标签与定位主机距离超过20米后,RFID标签与定位主机不能进行通信。
3.根据权利要求要求1所述的一种基于RFID标签辅助的人员监管定位实现方法,其特征在于:所述定位主机还能够监控自身电池电压,若定位主机自身电池电压过低,则定位主机发送定位主机电池电压过低信息至监控平台进行报警。
