Abstract

滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置属于地源热泵工程系统配套设备;尤其属于一种井用热交换器限位装置。由夹持板和弧形蹄片组成,其特征是:夹持板是预留至少一个固定孔的金属片或高强度塑料片;弧形蹄片也是由金属或塑料制成,一侧预留有弧形面,另一侧与夹持板连接在一起。该发明装配到盘管式井用热交换器的龙骨的两端,可有效避免井壁刮擦碰伤盘管。

该发明属于地源热泵工程系统配套设备;尤其属于一种井用热交换器限位装置。
背景技术
现在,地源热泵节能效果非常明显,已经越来越被认可。地埋式交换管路是一般地源热泵集装工程的采取方式,但这种方式占用土地面积太大,一般不易修复,属于一次性工程。而针对独栋墅院,井式热交换比较实用,所以相应开发简单实用的井式热交换器尤为必要。盘管式井用热交换器热交换效率高,一直是比较好的创新产品;但其在井下装配期间或使用期间都有吊索挂置,是一种动态平衡,为了防止盘管与井壁刮擦破损,所以,为其设计一种限位装置尤为必要。
发明内容
针对以上所需,特设计了这种滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置。
本发明的解决方案是:滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置,由夹持板和弧形蹄片组成,其特征是:夹持板是预留至少一个固定孔的金属片或高强度塑料片;弧形蹄片也是由金属或塑料制成,一侧预留有弧形面,另一侧与夹持板连接在一起。
如上所述,夹持板与弧形蹄片的连接方式可以焊装为一体或者应用标准螺丝配件结合在一起。
如上所述,夹持板上的固定孔可以选择应用长条滑孔,固定时应用于调节弧形蹄片的伸缩距离。
如上所述,夹持板可以是两根或一根;用夹持板上的固定孔装配到盘管式热交换器的龙骨上,弧形蹄片预留的弧形面面对井内壁,以减小其滑动阻力。
该发明的有益效果是:该发明装配到盘管式井用热交换器的龙骨的两端,可有效避免井壁刮擦碰伤盘管。

滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置,由夹持板(1)和弧形蹄片(2)组成,其特征是:夹持板(1)是预留至少一个固定孔(11)的金属片或高强度塑料片;弧形蹄片(2)也是由金属或塑料制成,一侧预留有弧形面(21),另一侧与夹持板(1)连接在一起。

1.滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置,由夹持板(1)和弧形蹄片(2)组成,其特征是:夹持板(1)是预留至少一个固定孔(11)的金属片或高强度塑料片;弧形蹄片(2)也是由金属或塑料制成,一侧预留有弧形面(21),另一侧与夹持板(1)连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置,其特征是:夹持板(1)与弧形蹄片(2)的连接方式可以焊装为一体或者应用标准螺丝配件结合在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置,其特征是:夹持板(1)上的固定孔(11)可以选择应用长条滑孔,固定时应用于调节弧形蹄片(2)的伸缩距离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滑板式井用盘管热交换器限位装置,其特征是:夹持板(1)可以是两根或一根;用夹持板(1)上的固定孔(11)装配到盘管式热交换器的龙骨上,弧形蹄片(2)预留的弧形面(21)面对井内壁,以减小其滑动阻力。
