这是一种基于水泥混凝土为主要材料的车载路面预制块,包括A、B、C三种块,其特征在于:三种块体铺砌地面,B块嵌楔于二个A块之间和C块嵌楔于四个B块之间和嵌固于四块A块之间;通过变换预制块的几何特征,车辙动载作用于预制块时,不会对基层产生剪切破坏;ABC块制作、安装、维护简单方便,综合效果好。附图01.A块,02.B块,03.C块。

道路地面。
背景技术
码头、货场和矿区的道路等大面积的重载地面,多采用混凝土预制块做地面,以应对难以应对的混凝土温度变形和避免重载车辆对路面产生类似于整体刚性路面产生的弯矩破坏等;但块体路面有这样的问题,重型车辙直接冲击块体边缘时的一刹那,会使预制块失衡“翘起”,使块体下的基层发生剪切凹凸变形,随着变形积累,引起更大的不平衡冲击,更严重的地面变形。
发明内容
为了减小重型动车辙对块体冲击产生的对基层的变形破坏,本发明采用的技术方案是:
1、设计A、B、C、三种块体铺砌路面;A块为主块,是上下都是正方形的下大上小的棱台体;B块是次主块、C块是锁块;B块相楔于二个A块之间和C块锁楔于四个B块之间和嵌固于四块A块之间;
2、ABC块体大小、主次分明,利用混凝土刚性大的特点,设楔面,使传递荷载路径明确,避免发生振动反应;车辙冲压B或C块时,能“简单迅速”地通过A块,传递至基层;
3、荷载冲压1个A块时,A块是方正台体,有四块B楔紧和四块C嵌固,不会失衡,不会翘起;
有益效果:
通过变换预制块的几何特征,车辙动载不会对基层产生剪切破坏;

具体实施:
以200mm厚的路面为实例;
1、 ABC块的几何尺寸设计如说明附图中尺寸标注;
2、混凝土标号选择:设定车胎气压约为20大气压(1大气压=1kg/cm2=10N/100mm2=0.1N/mm2),预块承载的车辙压力=20*0.1N/mm2=2N/mm2,;选用混凝土标号C30,预制块纯弹性阶段抗压强度是0.3*30N/mm2=9N/mm>车辙压力2;抗疲劳强度是0.5*30N/mm2=15N/mm2>车辙压力;用C30可;
3、预块配筋:配筋产生“约束力”,有效提高各项物理力学指标和使用寿命;在高寒冻土地区要做防冻措施;
4、铺砌程序:先铺主块A,用快凝素砼嵌护,使之相互间位置固定;而后嵌楔B块;最后嵌楔锁块C块;
有益效果:
制作、安装、维护简单方便,并有效保护基层,综合效果好。
