When the touch end 8 is released, the first elastic member 103 and the second elastic member 83 need to recover elastic deformation, and when the transmission mechanism 10 is pushed to move toward the limit end 9, the third elastic member 93 is compressed, so that the limit end 9 moves upward and returns to the locked state.
