本发明公开了一种具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂及其制备方法。其由以下原料制成:丝肽粉45‑55份、蜂蜜12‑20份、白果仁10‑14份、迷迭香3‑8份、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯5‑8份、乙二醇2‑8份、茉莉精油1‑4份、何首乌粉12‑20份、金盏花油6‑10份、川芎14‑20份、皂角5‑8份、茶多酚5‑10份、红景天粉7‑11份、两面针提取液2‑8份、益母草粉10‑20份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯5‑10份和水30‑40份。本发明提供的具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂及其制备方法,其生产工艺成熟,产品使用方便,温和、无刺激,保湿效果理想,综合洗净力好,经多批试用,效果很好,无任何不良反应。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥皂是一种传统的清洁用品。肥皂能溶于水,有洗涤去污作用。肥皂的各类有香皂,又称盥洗皂、金属皂和复合皂。以前,人们常用肥皂来洗脸或者洗澡。但普通肥皂的PH值很高,使用后会使皮肤干燥。随着人们的生活水平日益提高,对肥皂的质量要求也越来越高。市场上销售的肥皂虽然繁多,但很多产品或多或少地添加了一些对人体有害的物质:如漂白粉、汞、清洁剂、腐蚀剂等。虽然,现在人们想到在肥皂中加入芦荟、黄瓜或者人参等植物的提取物,或者一些香料等等,有的还形成产品出现在市场上。但是,有的添加剂很昂贵,使产品的成本增加;有的添加剂仅是在使用时产生令人愉悦的香味,不能有效降低PH值,无法从根本上解决上述问题。肥皂所存在的缺点使它逐渐被其它具有护肤特征的产品所替代。人们还希望有洁肤性能更优异的肥皂,特别是还具有多功效的肥皂。
丝肽是蚕丝丝素蛋白的产物,分子量一般在500-2000d之间,经研究分析蚕丝蛋白质与人体皮肤角质朊结构极为相似。丝肽分子结构上有许多亲水性基团(如-OH、-COOH、-NH2、>NH等)处于分子立体结构的表面,这一结构表明丝肽即天然调湿因子,具很好的保湿作用。丝肽中的氨基酸不仅含量丰富,而且品种齐全,其中包含人体必需的八种氨基酸。在化妆品中,丝肽能为皮肤的正常代谢提供必需的养分,从而增加皮肤的自然光泽和弹性,它对皮肤的润湿作用和增白效果也十分显著,且具有吸收快、成膜性好的特点,可以解决皮肤的很多问题。丝肽具有抑制皮肤黑色素生成的作用,良好的护肤保湿和护发作用。可用于膏、霜、乳液类化妆品及洗发、护发、沐浴产品中。随着人们生活水平日益提高,洁肤用品几乎成为人们不可缺少的生活用品,而且对洁肤用品的要求日渐趋向于天然、营养、无刺激性等等。基于此,本发明通过将传统中医学中天然中草药、植物提取液与结合丝肽并应用到洁肤用品中,研发出一种具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:丝肽粉45-55份、蜂蜜12-20份、白果仁10-14份、迷迭香3-8份、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯5-8份、乙二醇2-8份、茉莉精油1-4份、何首乌粉12-20份、金盏花油6-10份、川芎14-20份、皂角5-8份、茶多酚5-10份、红景天粉7-11份、两面针提取液2-8份、益母草粉10-20份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯5-10份和水30-40份。
所述白果仁为干白果仁经超微粉碎得到的白果仁粉末。
所述川芎为干川芎经超微粉碎得到的川芎粉末。
一种具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份称取各原料,然后将各原料加入配料锅中,于50-90℃下中速搅拌均匀,然后浇入模具并冷却;切块、压印成型;待皂成型后用透明薄膜塑封,置于干燥通风处储存即可。
所述搅拌速度为1000-2000rpm,搅拌时间为10-20分钟。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂及其制备方法,其生产工艺成熟,产品使用方便,温和、无刺激,保湿效果理想,综合洗净力好,经多批试用,效果很好,无任何不良反应。

所述白果仁为干白果仁经超微粉碎得到的白果仁粉末。
所述川芎为干川芎经超微粉碎得到的川芎粉末。

所述川芎为干川芎经超微粉碎得到的川芎粉末。

所述白果仁为干白果仁经超微粉碎得到的白果仁粉末。
所述川芎为干川芎经超微粉碎得到的川芎粉末。
其制备方法如下:按重量份称取各原料,然后将各原料加入配料锅中,于50-90℃下中速搅拌均匀,然后浇入模具并冷却;切块、压印成型;待皂成型后用透明薄膜塑封,置于干燥通风处储存即可。

1.一种具有紧肤袪斑功效的丝肽肥皂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:丝肽粉45-55份、蜂蜜12-20份、白果仁10-14份、迷迭香3-8份、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯5-8份、乙二醇2-8份、茉莉精油1-4份、何首乌粉12-20份、金盏花油6-10份、川芎14-20份、皂角5-8份、茶多酚5-10份、红景天粉7-11份、两面针提取液2-8份、益母草粉10-20份、聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯5-10份和水30-40份。
