技术领域
本发明涉及日用洗涤剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型洗衣水及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣液是一种液态的衣物洗涤剂,由于它碱性较低,性能较温和,无刺激,更安全更环保,并且不容易损伤衣物,使用更方便,水溶性好,冷水中也能迅速溶解而充分地发挥作用,近几年来,洗衣液的应用日益广泛。至今,虽然全球的洗涤用品趋向多样化,但节能、节水、高效、温和、使用方便以及符合安全与环保要求的产品将是当前及未来洗涤产品发展的主流方向。
但作为一种新兴的有发展前途的液体产品也有它的不足,那就是洗衣液去污力不强。
并且现有技术中,洗衣液往往制备成具有一定粘稠度的液体,以满足消费者的心理需求,这样就需要在洗衣液中添加高分子增稠剂或者无机盐成分。这种洗衣液产品由于具有一定的粘稠度,在使用时,特别是手洗过程中首先需要经过一个溶解过程,并且由于成分中包含较多增稠剂,使产品的利用率降低,增稠成分还会二次沉积在衣物上,造成去污效果进一步下降。
可见,现有技术还存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要针对上述的问题,提供一种新型洗衣水及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下的技术方案:
本发明的新型洗衣水,包括:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3-6份、C14-17仲烷基磺酸钠5-10份、C12-20烷基葡糖苷2-5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、防霉抗菌剂适量、增溶剂0.2-1份、增效剂0.2-1份、香精0.2-0.5份、降粘剂0.2-0.5份、螯合剂0.02-0.1份、去离子水加至100份。
作为进一步优选,所述新型洗衣水包括:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠4-6份、C14-17仲烷基磺酸钠7-10份、C12-20烷基葡糖苷3-5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、防霉抗菌剂适量、增溶剂0.4-0.8份、增效剂0.5-0.8份、香精0.2-0.5份、降粘剂0.2-0.3份、螯合剂0.05-0.1份、去离子水加至100份。
作为更优选的,所述新型洗衣水包括:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠4份、C14-17仲烷基磺酸钠7份、C12-20烷基葡糖苷3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、防霉抗菌剂适量、增溶剂0.4份、增效剂0.8份、香精0.5份、降粘剂0.2份、螯合剂0.05份、去离子水加至100份。
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚优选为支链化AEO7,所述C12-20烷基葡糖苷优选C16烷基葡糖苷。
进一步的,所述增溶剂包括:椰油醇聚醚-7、PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述增效剂包括:二甲苯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸盐中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述降粘剂为PPG-24-甘油聚醚-24。
进一步的,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠中的至少一种。
本发明的防霉抗菌剂可以按照车间生产条件,依据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中常用化妆品防腐剂用量、用法规范,进行选择适当的防腐体系,如尼泊金酯类、卡松(主要由5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮组成)、咪唑烷基脲、双咪唑烷基脲等的一种或者多种复配使用即可。
一种新型洗衣水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、加入60份去离子水于搅拌缸中,加热升温至40-45℃,投入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、C12-20烷基葡糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚保温搅拌10-30min至完全溶解为止;
步骤2、依次加入增效剂、降粘剂于搅拌缸中,搅拌3-5min;
步骤3、加入C14-17仲烷基磺酸钠搅拌5-10min;
步骤4、依次加入螯合剂、防霉抗菌剂、增溶剂与香精的混合液,补入余量去离子水,搅拌30min即可。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明配方组合设计合理,表面活性物质协同作用,去污效果优异,并且在配方中加入多种渗透性好的组分,不添加增稠成分,增加高效增溶剂、增效剂,有效降低产品稠度,最终制得的成品达到像水一样的无粘状态,其洗涤穿透力大大加强,产品的溶解能力大大提高,去除污渍效果更佳。
本发明所用的原料均符合卫生规范要求,对人体健康安全无害,降解性能好,对环境友好。

为进一步验证本发明洗衣水的使用效果,以下选用市售洗衣液A、市售洗衣液B、市售洗衣液C三个品种作为对比样品进行测试,
a、对粘度的测试采用旋转粘度计进行测量;
b、对去污力的测试参考行业标准QB/T1224-2012衣料用液体洗涤剂(普通型洗衣液)的方法进行测试,各洗涤产品的去污力数值均为其与标准液的比值。结果如下:

从表1可知,本发明制备得到的洗衣水,粘度均很低,外观状态接近于水,而市售的几种洗衣液均具有一定粘度。通过对去污效果测试,本发明的各个实施例的去污效果均高于标准液,且与市售洗衣液相比去污效果显著提高,特别是对JB01与JB03的去污效果优异。表明本发明的组合方式增效效果明显。综合洗涤效果与成本优势,本发明优选实施例6的组合方式最佳。
本发明中的降粘剂与增溶剂,在配方中会显著降低配方的粘度,对于需要 增稠的市售产品来说是极为不利的,然而本发明的降粘剂与增溶剂在降低了配方的粘度,使产品的溶解性能增大的同时,还增强了产品的去污效果。如表2所示,为各实施例中不添加降粘剂与增溶剂所得产品的测试结果:

从表2中可知,降粘剂与增溶剂对JB01、JB03的去污效果影响较大,对JB02的影响不明显。
综上,本发明洗衣水为透明水状物,外观性能稳定,去污效果优异,无需增加增稠剂于配方中,节能减排。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型洗衣水,其特征在于,包括:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠4-6份、C14-17仲烷基磺酸钠7-10份、C12-20烷基葡糖苷3-5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、防霉抗菌剂适量、增溶剂0.4-0.8份、增效剂0.5-0.8份、香精0.2-0.5份、降粘剂0.2-0.3份、螯合剂0.05-0.1份、去离子水加至100份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型洗衣水,其特征在于,包括:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠4份、C14-17仲烷基磺酸钠7份、C12-20烷基葡糖苷3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、防霉抗菌剂适量、增溶剂0.4份、增效剂0.8份、香精0.5份、降粘剂0.2份、螯合剂0.05份、去离子水加至100份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的新型洗衣水,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为支链化AEO7,所述C12-20烷基葡糖苷为C16烷基葡糖苷。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的新型洗衣水,其特征在于,所述增溶剂包括:椰油醇聚醚-7、PPG-1-PEG-9月桂二醇醚、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的新型洗衣水,其特征在于,所述增效剂包括:二甲苯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸盐中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的新型洗衣水,其特征在于,所述降粘剂为PPG-24-甘油聚醚-24。
8.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的新型洗衣水,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠中的至少一种。
9.一种洗衣水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、加入60份去离子水于搅拌缸中,加热升温至40-45℃,投入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、C12-20烷基葡糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚保温搅拌10-30min至完全溶解为止;
步骤2、依次加入增效剂、降粘剂于搅拌缸中,搅拌3-5min;
步骤3、加入C14-17仲烷基磺酸钠搅拌5-10min;
步骤4、依次加入螯合剂、防霉抗菌剂、增溶剂与香精的混合液,补入余量去离子水,搅拌30min即可。
