Abstract

本发明涉及阻燃材料技术领域,特别公开了一种电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料。该电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,以聚氯乙烯、硅酮橡胶、硅灰石粉、硼砂、硅酸盐矿物质、水合硫酸铝钾、固化剂、水溶剂、乳化剂、憎水剂、增塑剂和有机填料为原料,按照一定的重量配比经混合、熔融、压制制成。本发明原料简单易得,制备步骤简单,生产成本低,且产品耐高温、防火阻燃,可用于电器壳体的制备,适于广泛推广应用。

电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃材料技术领域,特别涉及一种电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料。
(二)背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,各种电子、电器产品成为办公和生活的必需品,如电视机、组合音响、电子办公设备、家用电子保健设备、数码相机、手机、平板电脑。各种电器广泛使用的同时,也屡屡听闻各种电器设备爆炸或电子插线板引发的事故和火灾等,因此,为了保证使用的安全性,电子产品的壳体材料需要具有较高的阻燃防火性能,同时具备绝缘和轻便的特性。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种加工简单、生产成本低、产品性能好的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,由以下重量份数的原料经混合、熔融、压制制成:
聚氯乙烯60-80份、硅酮橡胶30-50份、硅灰石粉90-120份、硼砂30-50份、硅酸盐矿物质20-30份、水合硫酸铝钾10-20份、固化剂6-10份、水溶剂20-30份、乳化剂6-10份、憎水剂8-10份、增塑剂3-5份、有机填料30-50份。
本发明以聚氯乙烯和硅酮橡胶为主剂,以硅灰石粉、硼砂、碳酸盐矿物质和水合硫酸铝钾为无机填充材料,在添加固化剂、水溶剂、乳化剂、憎水剂和增塑剂等助剂的情况下,有效改善主剂和无机填充材料混合物的整体性能,使得原料在充分混合后,经熔融、压制得到具有良好耐火阻燃作用的材料,适用于电器壳体的制备。
其优选的重量配比为:
聚氯乙烯70份、硅酮橡胶40份、硅灰石粉105份、硼砂40份、硅酸盐矿物质25份、水合硫酸铝钾15份、固化剂8份、水溶剂25份、乳化剂8份、憎水剂9份、增塑剂4份、有机填料40份。
所述固化剂为甲酸、对甲苯磺酸和苯酚磺酸中的一种。
所述水溶剂为纯水、去离子水和蒸馏水中的一种。
所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯中的一种。
所述憎水剂为甲基硅酸钠或单硬脂酸铝。
所述增塑剂为葵二酸二辛脂或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
所述有机填料为回收的硬质泡沫粉和聚苯乙烯泡沫粉中的一种或两种,虽然产品的燃烧等级会受到影响,但是能有效增强环境保护。
本发明使用的原料多数为无机材料,产品燃烧等级为A机防火材料,能在高温环境中使用,具有良好的防火、阻燃效果。
本发明原料简单易得,制备步骤简单,生产成本低,且产品耐高温、防火阻燃,可用于电器壳体的制备,适于广泛推广应用。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
以聚氯乙烯60g、硅酮橡胶30g、硅灰石粉90g、硼砂30g、硅酸盐矿物质20g、水合硫酸铝钾10g、甲酸6g、纯水20g、十二烷基硫酸钠6g、甲基硅酸钠8g、葵二酸二辛脂3g、回收的聚苯乙烯泡沫粉30g为原料,将上述原料混合、熔融、压制成电器壳体使用。该电器壳体的防火等级为A1级,导热系数为0.041w/m·k。
实施例2:
以聚氯乙烯70g、硅酮橡胶40g、硅灰石粉105份、硼砂40g、硅酸盐矿物质25g、水合硫酸铝钾15g、对甲苯磺酸8g、去离子水25g、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8g、单硬脂酸铝9g、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4g、回收的硬质泡沫粉和聚苯乙烯泡沫粉的混合物40g为原料,将上述原料混合、熔融、压制成电器壳体使用。该电器壳体的防火等级为A1级,导热系数为0.036w/m·k。
实施例3:
以聚氯乙烯80g、硅酮橡胶50g、硅灰石粉120g、硼砂50g、硅酸盐矿物质30g、水合硫酸铝钾20g、苯酚磺酸10g、蒸馏水30g、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯10g、甲基硅酸钠10g、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5g、回收的硬质泡沫粉50g为原料,将上述原料混合、熔融、压制成电器壳体使用。该电器壳体的防火等级为A1级,导热系数为0.038w/m·k。

Claims (8)

1.一种电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征为,由以下重量份数的原料经混合、熔融、压制制成:聚氯乙烯60-80份、硅酮橡胶30-50份、硅灰石粉90-120份、硼砂30-50份、硅酸盐矿物质20-30份、水合硫酸铝钾10-20份、固化剂6-10份、水溶剂20-30份、乳化剂6-10份、憎水剂8-10份、增塑剂3-5份、有机填料30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征为,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:聚氯乙烯70份、硅酮橡胶40份、硅灰石粉105份、硼砂40份、硅酸盐矿物质25份、水合硫酸铝钾15份、固化剂8份、水溶剂25份、乳化剂8份、憎水剂9份、增塑剂4份、有机填料40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述固化剂为甲酸、对甲苯磺酸和苯酚磺酸中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述水溶剂为纯水、去离子水和蒸馏水中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述憎水剂为甲基硅酸钠或单硬脂酸铝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为葵二酸二辛脂或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电器壳体用耐火阻燃材料,其特征在于:所述有机填料为回收的硬质泡沫粉和聚苯乙烯泡沫粉中的一种或两种。
