本发明公开了一种环保透水砖的制作方法,采用污水厂污泥作为主要成分,能够解决污泥难以处理的问题,达到节能环保的要求;本发明在处理污水厂污泥时,采用二次烧结工艺,首先对一半量的污泥进行烧结,再将另一半以细粉的形态分别添加到砖坯的制备中,通过再次烧结,可以形成层层通孔的结构,有利于提高砖体的孔隙率,从而可以提高透水率。本发明还添加粉煤灰作为细骨料,普通河砂作为粗骨料,粉煤灰的多孔结构与普通河砂混合,提高了砖体的强度,通过烧结得到的砖体具有抗压强度高、透水快、吸收噪音等优异性能,同时采用的原料成本低廉,安全环保,是一种生态型地砖。

背景技术
海绵城市是指城市能够像海绵一样,在适应环境变化和应对自然灾害等方面具有良好的“弹性”,下雨时吸水、蓄水、渗水、净水,需要时将蓄存的水释放并加以利用。在海绵城市建设过程中,应统筹自然降水、地表水和地下水的系统性,协调给水、排水等水循环利用各环节,并考虑其复杂性和长期性。众所周知,现有的城镇街道路面大都采用水泥混凝土、柏油、石材、陶瓷砖等不透水的材质铺设而成,这种硬化路面已经不适应建设海绵城市路面的趋势。
透水砖具有良好的透水性及保湿性能,能很好地缓解城市由于硬化路面所带来的“城市荒漠化”及“热岛效应”问题,有利于保持城市水平衡;自然降水能够迅速被透水砖吸收,并透过地表渗入地下,适时补充地下水位;透水砖能消除或减少地面积水,在产生防洪效益的同时,众多城市污染物不通过流水迁移而造成更大面积的环境污染;降雨结束后,透水砖中的水分又逐渐释放到空气中,调节地表温度和湿度,减轻城市“热岛效应”,维护地表生态平衡 ;同时透水砖具有吸音和防滑功能,可改善行走的安全性与舒适性,吸收车辆行驶所产生的噪音,创造安静舒适的交通环境。透水地砖可广泛用于住宅、庭院、公园、广场、人行道及轻量交通公路等路面的铺设,能产生良好的社会、环境和生态效应。
长期以来,污水厂的污泥处理一直是一个环保问题。污泥填埋不能从根本上解决污泥对环境的污染问题,而污泥的再生回收利用的成本很高,因此污泥的资源化利用被认为是最经济合理的处置方式。污水厂污泥除含有少量的有机成分外,大部分二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化铁等无机成分跟粘土成分相似,粘结性较好,因而可以制作砖、水泥熟料、陶粒等建筑材料的原料。长期以来,粘土砖一直作为建筑行业用量最大最重要的墙体材料,每年不仅会毁坏大量土地农田,而且破坏了生态环境,所以将此制成建筑原料,是一种经济合理的处理方法。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种环保透水砖的制作方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种环保透水砖的制作方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:污水厂污泥40-43份、稻壳 6-7份、钾长石粉4-5份、粉煤灰10-12份、水玻璃10-12份、碳酸钠1.5-2份、普通河砂30-33份、纳米氧化锌3-4份、纳米二氧化钛4-5份、水适量;首先将污水厂污泥自然干燥,粉碎处理过200目筛,得到污泥粉待用;将一半量的污泥粉、稻壳、钾长石粉混合,加入适量的水,放入搅拌机中以120转/分的速度搅拌成泥料,控制含水量为20%,然后送入造粒机中挤出造粒得到污泥颗粒,控制颗粒粒度为10目;将污泥颗粒放入干燥箱中,以100℃的温度干燥后送入电阻炉中进行烧结,升温至800℃,保温60分钟,然后继续升温至1100℃,保温60分钟,得到多孔污泥颗粒;将粉煤灰送入球磨机中干磨60分钟,过400目筛待用;将水玻璃溶于5倍量的水中,搅拌形成溶液,加入粉煤灰、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛,以600转/分的速度搅拌30分钟后超声分散40分钟,然后喷雾干燥,形成混合粉,再与余量的污泥粉混合均匀,形成混合 细骨料待用;将普通河砂、多孔污泥颗粒混合形成混合粗骨料待用;将上述混合粗骨料与混合细骨料以及其余剩余成分混合,加入适量的水拌和均匀, 控制含水量15%,使得混合细骨料均匀地包裹在混合粗骨料表面,形成坯料,然后将坯料放入干压成型机干压成型,控制压力为30MPa,再将制好的坯体置于恒温干燥箱中在105℃的温度下干燥8小时,最后送入电阻炉中烧结,先迅速升温至500℃,然后以4℃/min的速度升温至600℃,再继续升温至1150℃,总烧成时间控制为300分钟,冷却后取出即得。

一种环保透水砖的制作方法,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:污水厂污泥40-43份、稻壳 6-7份、钾长石粉4-5份、粉煤灰10-12份、水玻璃10-12份、碳酸钠1.5-2份、普通河砂30-33份、纳米氧化锌3-4份、纳米二氧化钛4-5份、水适量;首先将污水厂污泥自然干燥,粉碎处理过200目筛,得到污泥粉待用;将一半量的污泥粉、稻壳、钾长石粉混合,加入适量的水,放入搅拌机中以120转/分的速度搅拌成泥料,控制含水量为20%,然后送入造粒机中挤出造粒得到污泥颗粒,控制颗粒粒度为10目;将污泥颗粒放入干燥箱中,以100℃的温度干燥后送入电阻炉中进行烧结,升温至800℃,保温60分钟,然后继续升温至1100℃,保温60分钟,得到多孔污泥颗粒;将粉煤灰送入球磨机中干磨60分钟,过400目筛待用;将水玻璃溶于5倍量的水中,搅拌形成溶液,加入粉煤灰、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛,以600转/分的速度搅拌30分钟后超声分散40分钟,然后喷雾干燥,形成混合粉,再与余量的污泥粉混合均匀,形成混合 细骨料待用;将普通河砂、多孔污泥颗粒混合形成混合粗骨料待用;将上述混合粗骨料与混合细骨料以及其余剩余成分混合,加入适量的水拌和均匀, 控制含水量15%,使得混合细骨料均匀地包裹在混合粗骨料表面,形成坯料,然后将坯料放入干压成型机干压成型,控制压力为30MPa,再将制好的坯体置于恒温干燥箱中在105℃的温度下干燥8小时,最后送入电阻炉中烧结,先迅速升温至500℃,然后以4℃/min的速度升温至600℃,再继续升温至1150℃,总烧成时间控制为300分钟,冷却后取出即得。
