Abstract

一种可降解的螺纹保护器,用于对钢管管头的螺纹保护。包括圆柱形中空基底,基底的外表面设有可降解的包层,所述的可降解包层为聚内交酯。以上所述的包层厚度为基底厚度的1/2—2/3。本发明的有益效果是,由于聚内交酯为生物降解材料,可使本发明保护器使用后可自动降解,不会污染环境。

一种可降解的螺纹保护器
技术领域
本发明用于对钢管管头的螺纹保护。
背景技术
钢管在运输过程中,极易对管端头造成损害,为了对管头进行保护,一般在管端头套装管帽,也即保护器。现有的保护器一般采用钢制或全塑等种类,钢制的保护器成本高,不宜大范围使用。全塑的保护器加工容易、成本低廉,但其回收困难,容易造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可降解的螺纹保护器,保护器长时间可自行降解,不会对环境造成污染。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种可降解的螺纹保护器,其特征是:包括圆柱形中空基底,基底的外表面设有可降解的包层,所述的可降解包层为聚内交酯。
以上所述的包层厚度为基底厚度的1/2—2/3。
本发明的有益效果是,由于聚内交酯为生物降解材料,可使本发明保护器使用后可自动降解,不会污染环境。
