Abstract

本发明涉及一种复合板,具体涉及一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,包括耙籽壳纤维基层以及固定在耙籽壳纤维基板两面的面料层。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:按照本发明中配方制备的板材,质量较轻,密度低于1.3g/cm³,低碳、环保,降低安装难度,强度高,不易变形,能够起到加固和抗冲击的作用,具有优良的防冻性能,长期使用不会出现冻裂、湿胀等问题,有效的延长了复合板材的使用寿命,其优越的综合性能适于大范围推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合板,具体涉及一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,家庭装修、办公装修对各类板材的需求量和质量要求越来越高,其中板材的环保型,板材强度、重量都会影响最后的装修效果,在装修过程中,板材过重会导致操作不便,板材过轻又可能会出现强度低,容易发霉、发潮或变形等问题出现,因此,应当在对减轻板材材质的同时如何保证复合板的性能进行进一步的研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,包括耙籽壳纤维基层以及固定在耙籽壳纤维基板两面的面料层,所述面料层按重量份计包括:HIPS15-20份,粉煤灰8-15份,含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂4-8份,海泡石纤维7-10份,铝矾土12-16份,环丙烷羧酸0.5-0.8份,尿素1-2份,醋酸甲酯0.8-2.2份,芳烃油2-4份;所述耙籽壳纤维基板按重量份计包括:耙籽壳纤维15-20份,黒荆树皮纤维20-25份,聚酚醚树脂15-20份,磷矿粉3-7份,海砂粉4-8份,对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂8-15份,钠基膨润土3-5份,苯基炔丙基醚0.8-1.5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6-8份,聚丙烯酰胺1-2份。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述面料层通过复合共挤板材挤出方式形成于耙籽壳纤维基层上方。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述面料层和耙籽壳纤维基层之间设有网格布。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述耙籽壳纤维基层的制备方法为:将耙籽壳纤维、黒荆树皮纤维、磷矿粉、海砂粉、苯基炔丙基醚、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯酰胺混合后,在球磨装置中球磨1.5-2小时,完成后经频率为350MHz、功率为400W的微波装置处理20-30秒,然后调节至其含水量为20-25%,得到混合粉料;将含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂熔融后与剩余原料混合,然后加入与含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂质量相同的水,调匀得到混合浆液;将混合粉料和混合浆液混合后,在220-230℃的条件下热压定型,热压完成后砂光、对表面处理即可。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述热压的时间为100-150分钟;所述热压机的热压压力范围为25-45kg/cm³。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述面料层厚度为30-70mm;所述耙籽壳纤维基层厚度为80-120mm。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:按照本发明中配方制备的板材,质量较轻,密度低于1.3g/cm³,低碳、环保,降低安装难度,强度高,不易变形,能够起到加固和抗冲击的作用,具有优良的防冻性能,长期使用不会出现冻裂、湿胀等问题,有效的延长了复合板材的使用寿命,其优越的综合性能适于大范围推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,包括耙籽壳纤维基层以及固定在耙籽壳纤维基板两面的面料层,所述面料层按重量份计包括:HIPS 15份,粉煤灰15份,含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂4份,海泡石纤维10份,铝矾土12份,环丙烷羧酸0.8份,尿素1.5份,醋酸甲酯1.6份,芳烃油2份;所述耙籽壳纤维基板按重量份计包括:耙籽壳纤维15份,黒荆树皮纤维25份,聚酚醚树脂15份,磷矿粉4份,海砂粉7份,对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂12份,钠基膨润土3份,苯基炔丙基醚1.2份,氧化聚乙烯蜡8份,聚丙烯酰胺2份。
其中,所述面料层通过复合共挤板材挤出方式形成于耙籽壳纤维基层上方;所述面料层和耙籽壳纤维基层之间设有网格布。
其中,所述耙籽壳纤维基层的制备方法为:将耙籽壳纤维、黒荆树皮纤维、磷矿粉、海砂粉、苯基炔丙基醚、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯酰胺混合后,在球磨装置中球磨1.5小时,完成后经频率为350MHz、功率为400W的微波装置处理30秒,然后调节至其含水量为22%,得到混合粉料;将含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂熔融后与剩余原料混合,然后加入与含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂质量相同的水,调匀得到混合浆液;将混合粉料和混合浆液混合后,在220℃的条件下热压定型,热压完成后砂光、对表面处理即可。
其中,所述热压的时间为100分钟;
所述热压机的热压压力范围为45kg/cm³。
其中,所述面料层厚度为30mm;所述耙籽壳纤维基层厚度为80mm。
本实施例中制得复合板具有较好的防水性,在经历26次冻融循环后无破裂、分层现象,具有较好的防冻性。
实施例2
一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,包括耙籽壳纤维基层以及固定在耙籽壳纤维基板两面的面料层,所述面料层按重量份计包括:HIPS 18份,粉煤灰12份,含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂6份,海泡石纤维7份,铝矾土16份,环丙烷羧酸0.5份,尿素2份,醋酸甲酯2份,芳烃油3份;所述耙籽壳纤维基板按重量份计包括:耙籽壳纤维20份,黒荆树皮纤维20份,聚酚醚树脂15份,磷矿粉7份,海砂粉8份,对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂12份,钠基膨润土5份,苯基炔丙基醚1.5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6份,聚丙烯酰胺1份。
其中,所述热压的时间为120分钟;
所述热压机的热压压力范围为30kg/cm³。
其中,所述面料层厚度为50mm;所述耙籽壳纤维基层厚度为100mm。
除以上内容外与实施例1中相同。
本实施例中制得复合板具有较好的防水性,在经历26次冻融循环后无破裂、分层现象,具有较好的防冻性。
实施例3
一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,包括耙籽壳纤维基层以及固定在耙籽壳纤维基板两面的面料层,所述面料层按重量份计包括:HIPS 18份,粉煤灰10份,含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂6份,海泡石纤维8份,铝矾土14份,环丙烷羧酸0.6份,尿素2份,醋酸甲酯1.8份,芳烃油3份;所述耙籽壳纤维基板按重量份计包括:耙籽壳纤维18份,黒荆树皮纤维24份,聚酚醚树脂18份,磷矿粉7份,海砂粉6份,对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂10份,钠基膨润土4份,苯基炔丙基醚1.5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6份,聚丙烯酰胺1份。
其中,所述热压的时间为150分钟;
所述热压机的热压压力范围为25kg/cm³。
其中,所述面料层厚度为70mm;所述耙籽壳纤维基层厚度为120mm。
除以上内容外与实施例1中相同。
本实施例中制得复合板具有较好的防水性,在经历26次冻融循环后无破裂、分层现象,具有较好的防冻性。
为了证明本发明中制备的复合板的综合性能,对其进行相应的测试,具体数据如下:

1.一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,其特征在于,包括耙籽壳纤维基层以及固定在耙籽壳纤维基板两面的面料层,所述面料层按重量份计包括:HIPS 15-20份,粉煤灰8-15份,含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂4-8份,海泡石纤维7-10份,铝矾土12-16份,环丙烷羧酸0.5-0.8份,尿素1-2份,醋酸甲酯0.8-2.2份,芳烃油2-4份;所述耙籽壳纤维基板按重量份计包括:耙籽壳纤维15-20份,黒荆树皮纤维20-25份,聚酚醚树脂15-20份,磷矿粉3-7份,海砂粉4-8份,对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂8-15份,钠基膨润土3-5份,苯基炔丙基醚0.8-1.5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6-8份,聚丙烯酰胺1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,其特征在于,所述面料层通过复合共挤板材挤出方式形成于耙籽壳纤维基层上方。
3.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,其特征在于,所述面料层和耙籽壳纤维基层之间设有网格布。
4.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,其特征在于,所述耙籽壳纤维基层的制备方法为:将耙籽壳纤维、黒荆树皮纤维、磷矿粉、海砂粉、苯基炔丙基醚、氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯酰胺混合后,在球磨装置中球磨1.5-2小时,完成后经频率为350MHz、功率为400W的微波装置处理20-30秒,然后调节至其含水量为20-25%,得到混合粉料;将含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂熔融后与剩余原料混合,然后加入与含酰亚胺型改性酚醛树脂质量相同的水,调匀得到混合浆液;将混合粉料和混合浆液混合后,在220-230℃的条件下热压定型,热压完成后砂光、对表面处理即可。
5.如权利要求3所述一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,其特征在于,所述热压的时间为100-150分钟。
6.如权利要求3所述一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,其特征在于,所述热压机的热压压力范围为25-45kg/cm³。
7.如权利要求1所述一种具有抗冻性的轻型复合板,其特征在于,所述面料层厚度为30-70mm;所述耙籽壳纤维基层厚度为80-120mm。
