Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于血液透析的配液装置,包括筒体和上盖,筒体的右侧面下部的出液口上设有电动阀和超声波流量计,筒体的左侧面下部设有储液箱,储液箱的出液口上设有液泵,液泵的出液口通过导管和筒体左侧面上部的消毒液进液口连接,筒体的下表面设有吸盘,筒体上端设有卡槽,卡槽中卡接有上盖,筒体的内部下表面设有加热装置和温度传感器,所述上盖的上表面中心位置通过安装架安装有电机,储液箱中的消毒液在液泵的作用下装进装置中对装置进行消毒,避免了配制液污染,加热装置在消毒完成后对装置进行烘干,防止细菌滋生;加热装置对配置液加热,提高患者舒适度;透析液现配现用,定量分装,真正达到自动化操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及配液设备技术领域,具体为一种用于血液透析的配液装置。
背景技术
透析液的配置是血透中心的常规工作之一,透析是指溶质通过半透膜从高浓度溶液向低浓度方向的运动,其中包括溶质的移动和水的移动;在配置透析液时,传统的手工配置存在效率低、精确度低和各组分的混合不均匀等缺陷;随着科技的进步,机械化的配液设备逐渐取代了传统的手工配置,这虽然在一定程度上节省了人力,提高了效率,但在配置过程中仍存在以下几个问题:天气寒冷时,配好的药液直接给病人使用会造成一些身体不适,又需要使用专门的加热工具进行加热,非常不便;大多数配液装置一次只能配置一份,且需要人工分装运送,费时又费力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种用于血液透析的配液装置,结构简单,可实现自动配液,储液箱中的消毒液在液泵的作用下在装置配液前对装置进行消毒,避免了药液污染;加热装置对配置液加热,提高患者舒适度;透析液现配现用,定量分装,真正达到自动化操作,减少用工成本可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于血液透析的配液装置,包括筒体和上盖,所述筒体的右侧面上部设有控制器,筒体的右侧面下部的出液口上设有电动阀和超声波流量计,筒体的左侧面下部设有储液箱,储液箱的出液口上设有液泵,液泵的出液口通过导管和筒体左侧面上部的消毒液进液口连接,筒体的下表面设有吸盘,筒体上端设有卡槽,卡槽中卡接有上盖,筒体的内部下表面设有加热装置和温度传感器,所述上盖的上表面中心位置通过安装架安装有电机,上盖的表面设有进液口,电机的输出轴和转轴的上端连接,转轴的下端贯穿上盖延伸到筒体的内部,转轴的侧面下部和中部设有搅拌叶片,所述控制器分别与电机、液泵、加热装置、电动阀、超声波流量计和温度传感器电连接,控制器和外部电源电连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述搅拌叶片的数量不少于六个,且六个搅拌叶片在转轴的侧面对称分布。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述吸盘的数量为七个,且七个吸盘在筒体的下表面均匀分布。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述筒体上端的卡槽中设有橡胶密封垫。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述筒体的内壁下部设有固定叶片,固定叶片的数量不少于两个,且两个固定叶片在筒体的内壁上对称分布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本用于血液透析的配液装置,结构简单,可实现自动配液,储液箱中的消毒液在液泵的作用下在装置配液前对装置进行消毒,节省人工,避免了配制液污染,加热装置在消毒完成后对装置进行烘干,防止细菌滋生;加热装置对配置液加热,提高患者舒适度;透析液现配现用,定量分装,真正达到自动化操作。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于血液透析的配液装置,包括筒体8和上盖4,筒体8的右侧面上部设有控制器15,筒体8的右侧面下部的出液口上设有电动阀11和超声波流量计12,超声波流量计12和电动阀11配合使用,定量分装,筒体8的左侧面下部设有储液箱6,储液箱6的出液口上设有液泵5,液泵5的出液口通过导管和筒体8左侧面上部的消毒液进液口连接,筒体8的下表面设有吸盘14,吸盘14的数量为七个,且七个吸盘14在筒体8的下表面均匀分布,筒体8上端设有卡槽,筒体8上端的卡槽中设有橡胶密封垫,卡槽中卡接有上盖4,筒体8的内壁下部设有固定叶片10,固定叶片10的数量不少于两个,且两个固定叶片10在筒体8的内壁上对称分布,固定叶片10防止装置搅拌时,配置液出现层流现象,影响搅拌速度,筒体8的内部下表面设有加热装置9和温度传感器13,温度传感器13和加热装置9配合使用,将配制液温度维持在设定温度,提高患者舒适度,加热装置9在消毒完成后对装置进行烘干,防止细菌滋生,上盖4的上表面中心位置通过安装架2安装有电机1,上盖4的表面设有进液口,电机1的输出轴和转轴3的上端连接,转轴3的下端贯穿上盖4延伸到筒体8的内部,转轴3的侧面下部和中部设有搅拌叶片7,搅拌叶片7的数量不少于六个,且六个搅拌叶片7在转轴3的侧面对称分布,控制器15分别与电机1、液泵5、加热装置9、电动阀11、超声波流量计12和温度传感器13电连接,控制器15和外部电源电连接,加热装置9在消毒完成后对装置进行烘干,防止细菌滋生。
在使用时:装置工作前,储液箱6中的消毒液在液泵5的作用下进入到筒体8中进行消毒,消毒完成后,加热装置9对筒体8内部烘干,提高工作效率,配置液从进液口进入到筒体8中,电机带动转轴3转动,转轴3带动搅拌叶片7进行搅拌,固定叶片10防止装置搅拌时配置液出现层流现象而影响搅拌速度,温度传感器13和加热装置9配合使用,将配制液温度维持在设定温度,提高患者舒适度,吸盘14将筒体8稳定地放置在桌面上,提高稳定性;筒体8上端的卡槽中设有橡胶密封垫,保证了密封性,可以有效防止药物挥发以及阻挡细菌等进入,配置完成时,超声波流量计12和电动阀11配合使用,定量分装,提高装置自动化程度。
本发明结构简单,储液箱6中的消毒液在液泵5的作用下进入筒体8中对装置进行消毒,避免了药液污染;加热装置9对配置液加热,提高患者舒适度;透析液现配现用,超声波流量计12和电动阀11配合使用,定量分装,可实现自动配液,真正达到自动化操作,配液完成加热装置9在消毒完成后对装置进行烘干,防止细菌滋生。

1.一种用于血液透析的配液装置,包括筒体(8)和上盖(4),其特征在于:所述筒体(8)的右侧面上部设有控制器(15),筒体(8)的右侧面下部的出液口上设有电动阀(11)和超声波流量计(12),筒体(8)的左侧面下部设有储液箱(6),储液箱(6)的出液口上设有液泵(5),液泵(5)的出液口通过导管和筒体(8)左侧面上部的消毒液进液口连接,筒体(8)的下表面设有吸盘(14),筒体(8)上端设有卡槽,卡槽中卡接有上盖(4),筒体(8)的内部下表面设有加热装置(9)和温度传感器(13),所述上盖(4)的上表面中心位置通过安装架(2)安装有电机(1),上盖(4)的表面设有进液口,电机(1)的输出轴和转轴(3)的上端连接,转轴(3)的下端贯穿上盖(4)延伸到筒体(8)的内部,转轴(3)的侧面下部和中部设有搅拌叶片(7),所述控制器(15)分别与电机(1)、液泵(5)、加热装置(9)、电动阀(11)、超声波流量计(12)和温度传感器(13)电连接,控制器(15)和外部电源电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于血液透析的配液装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶片(7)的数量不少于六个,且六个搅拌叶片(7)在转轴(3)的侧面对称分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于血液透析的配液装置,其特征在于:所述吸盘(14)的数量为七个,且七个吸盘(14)在筒体(8)的下表面均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于血液透析的配液装置,其特征在于:所述筒体(8)上端的卡槽中设有橡胶密封垫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于血液透析的配液装置,其特征在于:所述筒体(8)的内壁下部设有固定叶片(10),固定叶片(10)的数量不少于两个,且两个固定叶片(10)在筒体(8)的内壁上对称分布。
