本发明公开了一种气凝胶保温杯，包括杯盖和杯体，所述杯体包括内层和外壳，所述内层和外壳之间设有封闭气凝胶层，所述杯盖盖在杯体的上端开口处形成密闭储水保温空间，所述杯盖内设有密封圈，所述杯体的杯口处设有外螺纹，所述杯盖的内侧设有内螺纹，所述杯盖通过内螺纹旋于杯体的外螺纹上形成密闭空间，其在起到一定保温作用的同时也易于热量的散失，可有效避免使用者在使用时造成烫伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温杯，具体地说是一种气凝胶保温杯。
技术背景
目前市面上的保温杯多为双层真空保温杯，其结构一般包括杯盖、杯身和杯胆，其杯胆与杯身之间为一真空隔热层，切断导热介质，阻断热传递，从而起到保温效果。良好的密封性与真空度使得双层真空保温杯具有理想的保温效果，其热量不易散失，水温可在较长时间内一直维持在较高温度。另一方面，若水温太高而饮用者仍照常饮用，则极易造成使用者烫伤。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种气凝胶保温杯。
本发明的目的是解决现有市场上的一些保温杯热量不易散失、易造成使用者烫伤的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种气凝胶保温杯，包括杯盖和杯体，所述杯体包括内层和外壳，所述内层和外壳之间设有封闭气凝胶层，所述杯盖盖在杯体的上端开口处形成密闭储水保温空间。
进一步地，所述杯盖内设有密封圈。
进一步地，所述杯体的杯口处设有外螺纹，所述杯盖的内侧设有内螺纹，所述杯盖通过内螺纹旋于杯体的外螺纹上形成密闭空间。
进一步地，所述气凝胶层包括气凝胶。
本发明的有益效果是：相较于传统真空保温杯以真空层作为隔热层，本发明所述的气凝胶保温杯以气凝胶层作为隔热层，由于气凝胶中一般80％以上是空气，所以有非常好的隔热效果，其在起到一定保温作用的同时也易于热量的散失，使得水温不至于长时间一直维持在较高温度，可有效避免使用者在使用时造成烫伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明：
如图所示，本发明提供的一种气凝胶保温杯实施例，包括杯盖1、杯体2，所述杯体2包括内层3和外壳4，所述内层3和外壳4之间设有封闭气凝胶层9。所述杯盖1内设有密封圈5。所述杯体2的杯口处设有外螺纹7，所述杯盖1的内侧设有内螺纹6，所述杯盖1通过内螺纹6旋于杯体2的外螺纹7上，从而形成密闭储水保温空间8。
所述气凝胶层9包括气凝胶。
相较于传统真空保温杯以真空层作为隔热层，气凝胶保温杯以气凝胶层作为隔热层，由于气凝胶中一般80％以上是空气，所以有非常好的隔热效果，其在起到一定保温作用的同时也易于热量的散失，使得水温不至于长时间一直维持在较高温度，可有效避免使用者在使用时造成烫伤。

1.一种气凝胶保温杯，包括杯盖和杯体，其特征在于：所述杯体包括内层和外壳，所述内层和外壳之间设有封闭气凝胶层，所述杯盖盖在杯体的上端开口处形成密闭储水保温空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶保温杯，其特征在于：所述杯盖内设有密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶保温杯，其特征在于：所述杯体的杯口处设有外螺纹，所述杯盖的内侧设有内螺纹，所述杯盖通过内螺纹旋于杯体的外螺纹上形成密闭空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶保温杯，其特征在于：所述气凝胶层包括气凝胶。
