Referring to fig. 1, a combined pull-basket 1000 includes a first basket body 0100 and a second basket body 0200, wherein:
the first basket body 0100 is used for being connected with the cabinet body, slidably retained in the cabinet body, and is a conventional storage space of the combined pull-out basket 1000; the second basket 0200 is used to increase the spatial partition of the combined pull basket 1000, and improve the spatial utilization of the combined pull basket 1000.
The second basket 0200 is arranged on the opening side of the first basket 0100, and a tool-free dismounting structure is arranged between the first basket 0100 and the second basket 0200, so that the first basket 0100 and the second basket 0200 can be conveniently dismounted, mounted and taken, and the space of the combined pull basket 1000 can be conveniently adjusted;
the second basket body 0200 can be slidably held on the opening side of the first basket body 0100, and the opening side of the second basket body 0200 is far away from the first basket body 0100, so that the spatial positions of the first basket body 0100 and the second basket body 0200 are convenient to adjust, the spatial distribution of the combined pull basket 1000 is changed, and the storage convenience is improved.
Preferably, the first basket body 0100 comprises a first basket bottom 0110 and a first basket peripheral wall 0120 extending outward from the first basket bottom 0110 along an outer contour of the first basket bottom 0110. Therefore, the first basket bottom 0110 and the first basket peripheral wall 0120 enclose to form an accommodating space with an opening for storing articles.
Accordingly, the second basket body 0200 includes a second basket bottom 0210 and a second basket peripheral wall 0220 extending outwardly from the second basket bottom 0210 along the outer contour of the second basket bottom 0210.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, it is further preferable that the first basket circumferential wall 0120 includes a first basket first wall 0121, a first basket second wall 0122, a first basket third wall 0123 and a first basket fourth wall 0124 which are sequentially connected end to end. Wherein the first basket first wall 0121 is opposite the first basket third wall 0123.
In this embodiment, the first basket bottom 0110 and the first basket peripheral wall 0120 are welded by stainless steel rods, so that the basket has good structural strength and storage stability. Meanwhile, the structure is beneficial to reducing the dead weight of the combined pull basket 1000 and ensuring the sliding sensitivity and the service life of the combined pull basket 1000. When the combined pull-out basket 1000 is used in a disinfection cabinet, hollow spaces are formed among the stainless steel rods, so that residual moisture on the washed kitchen ware can be conveniently dripped and discharged.
In another embodiment, the first basket bottom 0110 and the first basket circumferential wall 0120 may be made of thin rods made of other materials to form a rod connection structure. When the combined pull-out basket 1000 is used in a disinfection cabinet, the material of the combined pull-out basket 1000 should be suitable for the use requirement of the disinfection cabinet.
In another embodiment, the first basket bottom 0110 and the first basket circumferential wall 0120 may be solid wall surfaces, and the two may form a closed object placing space, so that even a tiny object does not leak, and the application range of the combined pull-out basket 1000 is further increased.
Preferably, the open side of the first basket 0100 is provided with at least one sliding rail, i.e. the first basket sliding rail 0130; the second basket body 0200 is provided with a sliding member slidably held on the slide rail, i.e., a second basket sliding member 0250.
Specifically, the opening side of the first basket body 0100 is located at an end of the first basket peripheral wall 0120 far from the first basket bottom 0110. The position of the second basket 0200 on the first basket 0100 can be adjusted quickly by the cooperation of the first basket slide 0130 and the second basket slide 0250.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the first basket sliding rail 0130 is a sliding rail made of a smooth steel rod, which has a simple structure, is reliable and durable, is suitable for the situation that the sliding part is a roller, is used for guiding and supporting the roller, and has high cost performance and is easy to implement.
In another embodiment, the first basket sliding rail 0130 may also be a roller sliding rail, a steel ball sliding rail, a gear type sliding rail, a linear guide rail, or the like.
The roller sliding rail is simple in structure, comprises a pulley and two rails, can meet daily push-pull requirements, is poor in bearing capacity, does not have buffering and rebounding functions, and is commonly used on computer keyboard drawers and light drawers.
The steel ball slide rail is basically a two-section or three-section metal slide rail, and is more common in a structure arranged on the side surface of a drawer, so that the installation is simpler, and the space is saved. The steel ball slide rail with good quality can ensure smooth push and pull and has large bearing capacity. In addition, the sliding rail can also have the functions of buffering closing or pressing rebound opening.
The gear type slide rail has hidden slide rail, horse riding drawing slide rail and other slide rail types, belongs to middle and high grade slide rails, uses gear structure to make the slide rail very smooth and synchronous, and the slide rail also has the functions of buffering closing or pressing rebound opening.
The linear guide rail is used in the linear reciprocating motion occasion, can bear certain torque, and can realize high-precision linear motion under the condition of high load.
Preferably, the second basket slide 0250 includes rollers or linear motion bearings, but could be other configurations to achieve linear motion.
In this embodiment, the second basket sliding member 0250 is a roller, and a groove is disposed on the circumferential surface of the roller, and the second basket 0200 is driven to move linearly on the first basket 0100 by rolling contact between the groove and the first basket rail, so that the friction force is small, the movement is smooth, and the cost is low.
In another embodiment, the second basket slide 0250 can also be a linear motion bearing. The linear motion bearing comprises a rolling bearing and a sliding bearing and is used for being matched with the cylindrical shaft. The linear motion bearing is in point contact with the shaft, so that the load is small and the guide is smooth.
In other embodiments, when the first basket slide 0130 is in the form of a roller slide, a ball slide, a gear slide, or a linear slide, the second basket slide 0250 is a corresponding slide, such that the second basket slide 0250 can move linearly on the first basket slide 0130.
Preferably, at least one position-limiting portion, i.e., the first basket position-limiting portion 0140, is disposed on the opening side of the first basket 0100. The first basket limiting portion 0140 is located on one side of the first basket sliding rail 0130 far away from the first basket body 0100, and the first basket limiting portion 0140 and the first basket sliding rail 0130 comprise accommodating portions formed to accommodate the second basket sliding member 0250.
In this embodiment, the distance between the first basket stopper 0140 and the first basket slide rail 0130 is slightly larger than the diameter of the roller groove of the second basket sliding member 0250, but smaller than the maximum outer contour dimension of the roller, so that the second basket sliding member 0250 is limited and prevented from falling off or rolling over, and the sliding of the second basket sliding member 0250 is ensured to be smooth and stable.
Preferably, the open side of the first basket 0100 is provided with a sliding rail support 0160. Specifically, the slide rail bracket 0160 extends from the side end surface of the first basket circumferential wall 0120 far away from the first basket bottom 0110 in the direction far away from the first basket bottom 0110, and is provided with a first basket slide rail 0130.
Further, for the present embodiment, the sliding rail bracket 0160 is located on the end faces of the first basket first wall 0121 and the first basket third wall 0123. The sliding rail support 0160 comprises a first support rod 0161 and a second support rod 0162 which extend along the direction of keeping away from the first basket bottom 0110, a first basket limiting part 0140 is a transverse steel rod which is connected with the first support rod 0161 and the second support rod 0162, and the first basket sliding rail 0130 is arranged between one side end face of the first basket bottom 0110 and the first basket limiting part 0140 on the periphery wall 0120 of the first basket.
Furthermore, a position-limiting steel rod is further disposed at an end of the first basket sliding rail 0130 away from the first support rod 0161, which is also a part of the first basket position-limiting portion 0140, so as to form an accommodating portion for accommodating the second basket sliding member 0250, and prevent the second basket body 0200 from falling off when sliding backwards.
Further preferably, the end of the slide rail bracket 0160 away from the second basket body 0200 is provided with a separation area 0170 for the second basket sliding member 0250 to slide off the slide rail. In other words, the side of the slide rail bracket 0160 near the first basket second wall 0122 is provided with a separation region 0170.
Specifically, a separation support bar 0171 is provided between the first basket sliding rail 0130 and the first support bar 0161. The distance between the separation support rod 0171 and the first basket stopper 0140 is larger than the maximum outer contour dimension of the second basket sliding part 0250, and the separation rod 0161 and the first basket stopper 0140 surround to form a separation zone 0170.
Thus, when the second basket sliding member 0250 slides into the separation region 0170 and is separated from the first basket sliding rail 0130, the first basket 0100 and the second basket 0200 can be further separated. In addition, the separation support lever 0171 may be used to support the roller of the second basket sliding member 0250, reducing the burden on the user.
Preferably, the open side of the first basket body 0100 is provided with at least one sliding member, i.e. a first basket first sliding member 0150; the second basket body 0200 is provided with at least one sliding rail, namely a second basket sliding rail 0230, and the first basket sliding member 0150 is slidably connected with the second basket sliding rail 0230.
Further preferably, the first basket first slide 0150 is a roller and the second basket slide 0230 is a slide made of smooth steel rod.
Preferably, the second basket 0200 is provided with a limiting part, i.e. a second basket limiting part 0240. The second basket position-limiting portion 0240 is located on the side of the first basket first sliding member 0150 far from the first basket body 0100, in other words, in the sliding process of the second basket body 0200, the second basket sliding member 0250 and the second basket position-limiting portion 0240 are always located on both sides of the first basket first sliding member 0150, so as to ensure that the second basket body 0200 does not overshoot and drop off when sliding in the direction close to the first basket second wall 0122.
Further preferably, the distance between the second basket limiting part 0240 and the first basket first sliding part 0150 is not more than the effective sliding stroke of the second basket body 0200, or the effective stroke length of the first basket sliding rail 0130.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in particular, when it is desired to separate the first basket 0100 from the second basket 0200, the second basket 0200 is required to slide toward the first basket second wall 0122 and gradually approaches the separation area 0170.
Because the distance between the second basket limiting portion 0240 and the first basket sliding member 0150 is not more than the effective stroke length of the first basket sliding rail 0130, when the second basket limiting portion 0240 contacts with the roller of the first basket sliding member 0150, the second basket sliding member 0250 does not enter the separation region 0170, and the falling impact damage to the second basket body 0200 caused by sudden sliding of the second basket sliding member 0250 is avoided.
At this time, the user may turn the second basket body 0200 around the roller of the second basket sliding member 0250, and separate the second basket delimiting part 0240 from the first basket sliding member 0150. Then, the second basket body 0200 slides along the first basket sliding rail 0130, so that the second basket body 0200 enters the separation area 0170, and the separation of the first basket body 0100 and the second basket body 0200 is realized.
Therefore, under the structure, the first basket body 0100 and the second basket body 0200 are quite convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the true tool-free disassembly and assembly are realized. Meanwhile, the disassembly and assembly process is safe and reliable, and meets the requirements of environmental protection and safety.
Preferably, the first basket body 0100 is further provided with a first basket second sliding member 0180 for sliding the first basket body 0100 on the cabinet. Specifically, the first basket second sliding member 0180 can be a roller, a linear motion bearing or other form that can match the cabinet to realize the linear motion of the first basket 0100.
