本发明涉及农药领域,具体涉及植物杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
杀菌剂又称杀生剂、杀菌灭藻剂、杀微生物剂等,通常是指能有效地控制或杀死水系统中的微生物—细菌、真菌和藻类的化学制剂。全世界对植物有害的病原微生物(真菌、强菌、立克次氏体、支原体、病毒、藻类等)有8万种以上。植物病害对农业造成巨大损失,全世界的农作物由此平均每年减少产量约500Mt。历史上曾多次发生因某种植物病害流行而造成严重饥荒,甚至大量人口饿死的灾祸。使用杀菌剂是防治植物病害的经济有效的方法。
杀菌剂的作用方式有两种:一是保护性杀菌剂,二是内吸性杀菌剂。保护性杀菌剂在植物体外或体表直接与病原菌接触,杀死或抑制病原菌,使之无法进入植物,从而保护植物免受病原菌的危害。此类杀菌剂称为保护性杀菌剂,其作用有两个方面:一是药剂喷洒后与病原菌接触直接杀死病原菌,即“接触性杀菌作用”;另是把药剂喷洒在植物体表面上,当病原菌落在植物体上接触到药剂而被毒杀,称为“残效性杀菌作用”。不同的杀菌剂的作用方式也不同。在病菌侵染前施于植物表面起预防保护作用的,称为保护性杀菌剂即保护剂;在施药部位能消灭已侵染病菌的,称为铲除性杀菌剂;能被植物吸收并在体内传导至病菌侵染的部位而消灭病菌的,称为内吸性杀菌剂,许多铲除剂也是内吸剂,两者大多有化学治疗作用。但现有的杀菌剂长时间使用植物易产生抗药性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种不易产生抗药性的,抗菌效果显著,具有恢复作用的一种植物杀菌剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
植物杀菌剂,按重量份计,植物杀菌剂包括:细辛1~6份,姜黄3~6份,苦参5~6份、甘草1~4份、天南星1~5份、硫磺0.5~1份、紫贝齿1~2份、蜈蚣0.1~1份、松香3.5~5份、氧化钙5~10份、百菌清1~5.5份、大生5~10份、喷克1~5份、安泰生6~10份、石硫合剂10~11份、异菌脲4~10份、广枯灵 3~6份、农用链菌素6~9份、青枯灵 1~5份、辛菌胺4~8份,其余为水或焦油。
植物杀菌剂的制备方法,制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:原料准备,制备细辛1~6份,姜黄3~6份,苦参5~6份、甘草1~4份、天南星1~5份、硫磺0.5~1份、松香3.5~5份、紫贝齿1~2份、蜈蚣0.1~1份、氧化钙5~10份、百菌清1~5.5份、大生5~10份、喷克1~5份、安泰生6~10份、石硫合剂10~11份、异菌脲4~10份、广枯灵 3~6份、农用链菌素6~9份、青枯灵 1~5份、辛菌胺4~8份,其余为水或焦油。
步骤二:将百菌清、大生、喷克、安泰生、石硫合剂、异菌脲、广枯灵、农用链菌素、青枯灵、辛菌胺分别粉粹成末后倒入量筒中,加入去离子水,去离子水占总重量的50%,得到混合液;
步骤三:将干燥的细辛,姜黄,苦参、紫贝齿、蜈蚣、甘草、天南星、硫磺、松香、氧化钙粉碎,过50目筛;
步骤四:将步骤三得到的混合物浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度 为100~150r/min,浸提两次,每次1小时,浸提温度为65~60℃;
步骤五:将步骤四得到的产物过滤;
步骤六:将步骤二得到的混合液和步骤五得到的产物加入反应釜中,温度在50~90℃,搅拌均匀,再按比例加水或加焦油,搅拌11~18分钟,得到反应液;
步骤七:在100~110℃条件下将反应液蒸馏,在115~130℃、 0.05MPa条件下,将反应液进行湿热灭菌15~15min,即得到植物杀菌剂;
步骤八:将植物杀菌剂的原液稀释100-150倍即可喷洒使用。
优选的,步骤八中植物杀菌剂的原液稀释后的溶液中水占总重量的65%-85%。
优选的,步骤四的浸提温度为68℃。
优选的,步骤四中浸提使用的浸提液为体积比是60%的乙醇。
采用本发明的技术方案,生产效率高、步骤简单且成本低,容易实施,原料容易获取,且具有促生长和恢复的作用,植物快速恢复,缩短生产周期,达到目的,加强了作物杀菌的同时也能够保护作物的生长,同时不易产生抗药性。

步骤一:原料准备,制备细辛4份,姜黄5份,苦参6份、甘草3份、天南星3份、硫磺1份、松香4份、氧化钙8份、百菌清4份、大生8份、喷克3份、安泰生8份、石硫合剂11份、异菌脲8份、广枯灵4份、农用链菌素6份、青枯灵3份、辛菌胺6份,其余为焦油;
步骤二:将百菌清、大生、喷克、安泰生、石硫合剂、异菌脲、广枯灵、农用链菌素、青枯灵、辛菌胺分别粉粹成末后倒入量筒中,加入去离子水,去离子水占总重量的50%,得到混合液;
步骤三:将干燥的细辛,姜黄,苦参、甘草、天南星、硫磺、松香、氧化钙粉碎,过50目筛;
步骤四:将步骤三得到的混合物浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度 为100r/min,浸提两次,每次1小时,浸提温度为68℃;
步骤五:将步骤四得到的产物过滤;
步骤六:将步骤二得到的混合液和步骤五得到的产物加入反应釜中,温度在60℃,搅拌均匀,再按比例加水或加焦油,搅拌15分钟,得到反应液;
步骤七:在110℃条件下将反应液蒸馏,在118℃、0.05MPa条件下,将反应液进行湿热灭菌10min,即得到植物杀菌剂;
步骤八:将植物杀菌剂的原液稀释110倍即可喷洒使用。
其中,步骤八中植物杀菌剂的原液稀释后的溶液中水占总重量的80%。
其中,步骤四中浸提使用的浸提液为体积比是60%的乙醇。
基于上述,采用本发明的技术方案,生产效率高、步骤简单且成本低,容易实施,原料容易获取,加强了作物杀菌的同时也能够保护作物的生长,同时不易产生抗药性。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.植物杀菌剂,其特征在于,植物杀菌剂组成成分包括:细辛、姜黄、苦参、甘草、天南星、硫磺、松香、氧化钙、百菌清、大生、紫贝齿、蜈蚣、喷克、安泰生、石硫合剂、异菌脲、广枯灵、农用链菌素、青枯灵、辛菌胺,水或焦油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物杀菌剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,植物杀菌剂包括:细辛1~6份,姜黄3~6份,苦参5~6份、甘草1~4份、天南星1~5份、硫磺0.5~1份、松香3.5~5份、氧化钙5~10份、百菌清1~5.5份、大生5~10份、紫贝齿1~2份、蜈蚣0.1~1份、喷克1~5份、安泰生6~10份、石硫合剂10~11份、异菌脲4~10份、广枯灵 3~6份、农用链菌素6~9份、青枯灵 1~5份、辛菌胺4~8份,水或焦油20~40份。
3.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的植物杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备,制备细辛1~6份,姜黄3~6份,苦参5~6份、甘草1~4份、天南星1~5份、硫磺0.5~1份、松香3.5~5份、氧化钙5~10份、百菌清1~5.5份、大生5~10份、喷克1~5份、安泰生6~10份、石硫合剂10~11份、异菌脲4~10份、广枯灵 3~6份、农用链菌素6~9份、青枯灵 1~5份、辛菌胺4~8份,其余为水或焦油;
2)将百菌清、大生、喷克、安泰生、石硫合剂、异菌脲、广枯灵、农用链菌素、青枯灵、辛菌胺分别粉粹成末后倒入量筒中,加入去离子水,去离子水占总重量的50%,得到混合液;
3)将干燥的细辛,姜黄,苦参、紫贝齿、蜈蚣、甘草、天南星、硫磺、松香、氧化钙粉碎,过50目筛;
4)将步骤三得到的混合物浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度 为100~150r/min,浸提两次,每次1小时,浸提温度为65~60℃;
5)将步骤四得到的产物过滤;
6)将步骤二得到的混合液和步骤五得到的产物加入反应釜中,温度在50~90℃,搅拌均匀,再按比例加水或加焦油,搅拌11~18分钟,得到反应液;
7)在100~110℃条件下将反应液蒸馏,在115~130℃、 0.05MPa条件下,将反应液进行湿热灭菌15~15min,即得到植物杀菌剂;
8)将植物杀菌剂的原液稀释100-150倍即可喷洒使用。
4.根据权利要求4所述的植物杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四的浸提温度为68℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的植物杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中浸提使用的浸提液为体积比是60%的乙醇。
6.根据权利要求4所述的植物杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤八中植物杀菌剂的原液稀释后的溶液中水占总重量的65%-85%。
