本发明涉及一种农业生产技术领域,具体涉及一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,具体的:棉花种子播种前,将棉花种子置于紫杉醇与生理盐水混合液中浸泡;棉花播种后分期根施一次发酵菌肥;棉花苗期分期根施一次病害防治剂A;棉花株高30‑40cm时,每隔5天根部施用一次促矮化多挂果肥剂;棉花现蕾后分期叶面喷施一次泰乐菌素5000倍液;棉花结铃后分期在铃面喷施一次病害防治剂B,通过本发明方法对棉花生长期进行管理,能将棉花整个生长期病害的发生率降低至1.8‰以下,对提高种植户收益有显著帮助。

一种棉花高产低病害种植方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业生产技术领域,具体涉及一种棉花高产低病害种植方法。
背景技术
我国是世界上重要的产棉国家之一,有悠久的植棉历史和广阔的植棉地区,东起长江三角洲沿海棉区及辽河流域,西至新疆塔里木盆地西缘,南自海南,北至新疆玛纳斯垦区均可植棉,各种棉花病害也遍及各棉区,棉纤维能制成多种规格的织物,从轻盈透明的巴里纱到厚实的帆布和厚平绒,适于制作各类衣服、家具布和工业用布。棉织物坚牢耐磨,能够洗涤和在高温下熨烫。棉布由于吸湿和脱湿快速而使穿着舒服。棉花目前在我国已经普遍种植。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棉花高产低病害种植方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)棉花种子播种前,将棉花种子置于紫杉醇与生理盐水按1:5的体积比混合得到的混合液中浸泡12-15小时;
(2)将大田深翻60cm以上,浇灌一次复合菌液,浇灌后每隔2天翻耕一次大田,15天后,将棉花种子条播于大田中;
(3)棉花播种后,每隔一个月根施一次发酵菌肥,所述发酵菌肥制作时,将蚯蚓粪加水调节湿度在95-98%,接种脱氮假单胞菌菌液,通入发酵罐内,在罐压为0.04-0.06MPa,罐温在30-35℃,空气流量在2㎡/h培养30-36小时终止发酵,灭菌后得到;
(4)棉花苗期,每隔7天,根施一次病害防治剂A,病害防治剂A由石蒜凝集素、盐酸吡哆醇、蒸馏水按3:1:100重量比混合得到;
(5)棉花长出子叶后,每隔15天,向棉花叶面喷洒一次病害防治剂A 500倍液;
(6)棉花株高30-40cm时,每隔5天根部施用一次促矮化多挂果肥剂,每次每株施用18-20mL;
该促矮化多挂果肥剂以5%葡萄糖盐水为溶剂,每L5%葡萄糖盐水中溶解植物血球凝集素2-3mg、昆诺阿藜浸提液8-15mg,转铁蛋白4-5mg,二氯苯氧乙酸0.01-0.015mg,氯化钴0.033-0.038mg;
(7)棉花现蕾后,每隔5天,叶面喷施一次泰乐菌素5000倍液;
(8)棉花结铃后,每隔2天,在铃面喷施一次病害防治剂B,所述病害防治剂B由丙酮酸钠、甘油磷酸钙、蒸馏水按2:2:100重量比混合得到。
优选的,所述复合菌液中含游动放线菌1×105个/ml、粪产碱菌1×102个/ml、硝化菌1×105个/ml;
优选的,脱氮假单胞菌菌液中菌体浓度在5-7%;
优选的,每株施8-15g发酵菌肥。
优选的,所述昆诺阿藜浸提液制作时,向昆诺阿藜中加7-10倍量的水煎煮2次,每次3小时,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至固形物含量为28-30%,得到昆诺阿藜浸提液。
本发明有益效果在于,本发明自棉花播种前至棉花整个生长期分别对棉花种子和植株进行处理,能有效避免棉花整个生长期所发生的的各种病害,并能有效矮化棉花植株,提高棉花产量,通过本发明方法对棉花生长期进行管理,能将棉花整个生长期病害的发生率降低至1.8‰以下,棉花株高得以有效降低,棉花产量显著增加,对提高种植户收益有显著帮助;
其中,棉花种子播种前,将棉花种子置于紫杉醇与生理盐水按1:5的体积比混合得到的混合液中浸泡12-15小时,能有效将棉花种子上携带的病菌或真菌杀死;
将大田深翻60cm以上,并浇灌一次含有游动放线菌、粪产碱菌、硝化菌的复合菌液,能有效改善土壤板结和预防土壤盐碱化;
棉花播种后,每隔一个月根施一次发酵菌肥,对预防棉花枯萎病发生有显著作用;
棉花苗期,每隔7天,根施一次病害防治剂A,以及棉花长出子叶后,每隔15天,向棉花叶面喷洒一次防治剂A500倍液,对预防棉花苗期病害发生有显著作用;
棉花株高30-40cm时施撒于棉花根部,能有效矮化棉花,并对降低棉花落蕾,提高棉花产量有显著帮助;
棉花现蕾后,每隔5天,叶面喷施一次泰乐菌素5000倍液,对预防棉花黄萎病发生有显著作用;
棉花结铃后,每隔2天,在铃面喷施一次病害防治剂B,对预防棉铃出现烂铃和僵瓣发生有显著作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1、
一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,具体的:
(1)棉花种子播种前,将棉花种子置于紫杉醇与生理盐水按1:5的体积比混合得到的混合液中浸泡13小时;
(2)将大田深翻60cm以上,浇灌一次复合菌液,所述复合菌液中含游动放线菌1×105个/ml、粪产碱菌1×102个/ml、硝化菌1×105个/ml,浇灌后每隔2天翻耕一次大田,15天后,将棉花种子条播于大田中;
(3)棉花播种后,每隔一个月根施一次发酵菌肥,每株施10g发酵菌肥,所述发酵菌肥制作时,将蚯蚓粪加水调节湿度在96%,接种脱氮假单胞菌菌液,脱氮假单胞菌菌液中菌体浓度在6%,通入发酵罐内,在罐压为0.05MPa,罐温在32℃,空气流量在2㎡/h培养33小时终止发酵,灭菌后得到;
(4)棉花苗期,每隔7天,根施一次病害防治剂A,病害防治剂A由石蒜凝集素、盐酸吡哆醇、蒸馏水按3:1:100重量比混合得到;
(5)棉花长出子叶后,每隔15天,向棉花叶面喷洒一次病害防治剂A 500倍液;
(6)棉花株高30-40cm时,每隔5天根部施用一次促矮化多挂果肥剂,每次每株施用19mL;
该促矮化多挂果肥剂以5%葡萄糖盐水为溶剂,每L5%葡萄糖盐水中溶解植物血球凝集素2.3mg、昆诺阿藜浸提液10mg,转铁蛋白4.4mg,二氯苯氧乙酸0.012mg,氯化钴0.035mg;
所述昆诺阿藜浸提液制作时,向昆诺阿藜中加8倍量的水煎煮2次,每次3小时,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至固形物含量为29%,得到昆诺阿藜浸提液;
(7)棉花现蕾后,每隔5天,叶面喷施一次泰乐菌素5000倍液;
(8)棉花结铃后,每隔2天,在铃面喷施一次病害防治剂B,所述病害防治剂B由丙酮酸钠、甘油磷酸钙、蒸馏水按2:2:100重量比混合得到。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合具体种植试验对
1)试验方法:试验设8个处理,各处理组地块相邻,土质相同,肥力相差不大,于同一天播种,各组亩播种量相同。
处理1:常规水肥管理+实施例1病害防治管理;
处理2:常规肥水管理+常规病害管理;
处理3:常规水肥管理+在实施例1管理基础上取消将棉花种子置于紫杉醇与生理盐水按1:5的体积比混合得到的混合液中浸泡13小时这一工序;
处理4:常规水肥管理+在实施例1管理基础上取消棉花播种后,每隔一个月根施一次发酵菌肥这一工序;
处理5:常规水肥管理+在实施例1管理基础上取消棉花苗期,每隔7天,根施一次病害防治剂A、棉花长出子叶后,每隔15天,向棉花叶面喷洒一次防治剂A500倍液这一工序;
处理6:常规水肥管理+在实施例1管理基础上取消棉花现蕾后,每隔5天,叶面喷施一次泰乐菌素5000倍液这一工序;
处理7:常规水肥管理+在实施例1管理基础上取消棉花结铃后,每隔2天,在铃面喷施一次病害防治剂B这一工序;
处理8:常规水肥管理+在实施例1管理基础上取消棉花株高30-40cm时,每隔5天根部施用一次促矮化多挂果肥剂这一工序;
试验期间统计各处理组棉花种植期间枯萎病发生率、苗期病害发生率、黄萎病发生率、烂铃僵瓣发生率,成熟后棉花亩产、成熟后棉花株高结果见表1:
由上表可知,采用本发明防治方法能有效预防棉花种植期间枯萎病、苗期病害、黄萎病、烂铃僵瓣的发生有显著作用,对提高棉花亩产,降低棉花株高有显著作用,对提高种植户收益有显著帮助。

Claims (5)

1.一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,其特征在于,具体的:
(1)棉花种子播种前,将棉花种子置于紫杉醇与生理盐水按1:5的体积比混合得到的混合液中浸泡12-15小时;
(2)将大田深翻60cm以上,浇灌一次复合菌液,所述复合菌液中含有游动放线菌、粪产碱菌、硝化菌,浇灌后每隔2天翻耕一次大田,15天后,将棉花种子条播于大田中;
(3)棉花播种后,每隔一个月根施一次发酵菌肥,所述发酵菌肥制作时,将蚯蚓粪加水调节湿度在95-98%,接种脱氮假单胞菌菌液,通入发酵罐内,在罐压为0.04-0.06MPa,罐温在30-35℃,空气流量在2m2/h培养30-36小时终止发酵,灭菌后得到;
(4)棉花苗期,每隔7天,根施一次病害防治剂A,病害防治剂A由石蒜凝集素、盐酸吡哆醇、蒸馏水按3:1:100重量比混合得到;

该促矮化多挂果肥剂以5%葡萄糖盐水为溶剂,每L5%葡萄糖盐水中溶解植物血球凝集素2-3mg、昆诺阿藜浸提液8-15mg,转铁蛋白4-5mg,二氯苯氧乙酸0.01-0.015mg,氯化钴0.033-0.038mg;
(7)棉花现蕾后,每隔5天,叶面喷施一次泰乐菌素5000倍液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,其特征在于,所述复合菌液中含游动放线菌1×105个/ml、粪产碱菌1×102个/ml、硝化菌1×105个/ml。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,其特征在于,脱氮假单胞菌菌液中菌体浓度在5-7%。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,其特征在于,每株施8-15g发酵菌肥。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉花高产低病害种植方法,其特征在于,所述昆诺阿藜浸提液制作时,向昆诺阿藜中加7-10倍量的水煎煮2次,每次3小时,合并煎液,滤过,浓缩至固形物含量为28-30%,得到昆诺阿藜浸提液。
