4) Position update, when the terminal device moves from location areas to another location areas, it must register in the new location area, that is, , once the terminal device has changed its LAC in its memory from the LAC number of the current cell, it must inform the network to change its stored location information of the terminal device, and this process is the position update.
5) The Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) is the well known GSM, which is currently the most -generic Mobile phone standard in use today, more than 200 countries and regions worldwide are using GSM phones the ubiquity of the GSM standard makes international roaming of users very common after signing a "roaming agreement" between Mobile phone operators.
6) "plurality" means two or more than two, and/or, describing the association relationship of the associated objects, indicating that there may be three relationships, for example, a and/or B, indicating that there may be three cases of a alone, a and B together, and B alone.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of information processing methods provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and information processing methods in the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail from the terminal device side with reference to fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps S101 to S104.
Step S101, obtaining the corresponding position state information of the th user identification card running in the terminal equipment in the no-service state and the corresponding second position state information in the limited-service state.
In the prior art, for some dual-card dual-standby mobile phones, only card slots support multiple modes, and card slots only support single modes and only use a 2G network of GSM services, and it is assumed that when the user dual cards are respectively communicated as a primary card and the telecommunication card is a secondary card, the secondary card can only use GSM services and has a different system from the 2G network of CDMA1X supported by the domestic telecommunication card, so when the telecommunication card is used as the secondary card, the telecommunication card is actually completely in a non-service state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the th subscriber identity card in the terminal device is obtained in the non-service state and the limited service state, respectively, so that, subsequently, when the terminal device moves from bit areas to another bit areas, it can be determined whether the terminal device is currently switched between different location areas through the th location state information and the second location state information obtained before, and specifically, how to obtain the th location state information and the second location state information, the LAC broadcasted by the radio access network device (e.g., base station) can be received according to the terminal device, and then the LAC broadcasted by is compared with the LAC stored before in the terminal device, if yes, it indicates a service state, and if no, it indicates a non-service state or a limited service state.
On the terminal supporting the double cards, when the double-card telecommunication card is inserted as the auxiliary card, the user checks whether the auxiliary card telecommunication is in a non-service state, if the non-service state is detected and the position state information is written into the SIM card, then the user registers the limited service cell under the current mobile GSM network, and writes the position state information into the SIM card, at the moment, when the user detects that the non-service is switched to the limited service continuously, at the moment, the user detects that the RAT of the currently set telecommunication card is GSM, the user does not update the position state into the SIM continuously, and therefore the situation that the communication card is switched to be the main card without service subsequently because of busy and disordered states of the card is avoided. In such a special scene, the position state is not continuously written into the card, the card state is kept normal, and finally, the telecommunication card is switched back to be the main card and then successfully registered in the local network, so that the normal local network service is provided for the user.
And S102, judging whether the current switching times of the th user identification card between the no-service state and the limited-service state exceed the target times or not according to the th position state information and the second position state information.
Specifically, although the telecommunication card as the secondary card can only have no service or obtain limited service (connected, mobile network, etc.), since the telecommunication card will continuously initiate network registration actively, and in the process, since the location area of the terminal device will continuously update the current location state information to the SIM card, as the terminal device moves, the telecommunication card may also switch between the no service state and the limited service state, and write the location state information, such as the change of the location area code LAC, into the SIM card.
And step S103, if the preset times are exceeded, judging whether the th user identity identification card is a secondary card of the terminal equipment currently.
Specifically, after determining that the th user identification card has been switched from the no-service state to the limited-service state currently and the triggering condition of the target number of times determined in is reached, it will be continuously determined whether the th user identification card is used as a secondary card of the terminal device, and finally it is determined whether the th user identification card is deactivated.
The specific reason is that, in the prior art, for some dual-card dual-standby mobile phones, only card slots usually support multimode, and card slots only support single mode and only can use 2G network of GSM service, if the dual-card user is respectively connected (main card), telecom card (sub-card), and sub-card can only use GSM service, which is different from the 2G network system of CDMA1X supported by domestic telecom card, that is, when the telecom card is used as sub-card, it is actually completely in non-service state, therefore, when the th subscriber identity card is satisfied as the sub-card of the terminal device, it is substantially unnecessary to make the telecom card in active state, even in active state, it cannot normally access network, and on the contrary, it may cause disorder of function of the telecom card.
And step S104, if yes, deactivating the th user identity identification card.
Specifically, in the prior art, as long as the SIM card needs to perform network registration, it is necessary to write the current location state information into the SIM card, that is, it is convenient to report the current location area of the terminal device to the network side through the location update process, and the subsequent network side stores the location area of the terminal device and uses it as the location information for paging the terminal device in the future, if it is known that it is not possible to access the network, it is obvious that it will do useless work, that is, it wastes resources, even it causes the SIM card to be unusable, therefore, after the foregoing multiple condition judgment, it can be basically determined that the terminal device cannot normally access the network even if the location state information is written, it can directly deactivate the th SIM card, even if the th SIM card is in the off state, so , and unnecessary wasted resources can be saved.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining position state information corresponding to a th user identity card running in a terminal device in a no-service state and second position state information corresponding to the no-service state, judging whether the number of times of switching the th user identity card between the no-service state and a limited-service state currently exceeds a target number of times according to the th position state information and the second position state information, judging whether the th user identity card is a secondary card of the terminal device currently if the 38th user identity card exceeds the preset number of times, and deactivating the th user identity card if the 38th user identity card is the secondary card.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another information processing methods provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and details of another information processing methods in the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below from the terminal device side with reference to fig. 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps S201 to S206.
Step S201, judging the current service state of the th user identification card.
Therefore, the terminal device needs to first determine the current service status of the th SIM card
And S202, if the service state is not available, acquiring th user identification card current corresponding position state information, and determining the current position state information as th position state information.
Specifically, when the terminal device is currently in the out-of-service state, that is, may be in the signal out-of-service area, the location state information currently corresponding to the obtained telecommunication card is marked as th location state information.
And step S203, if the current position is in the limited service state, the current corresponding position state information of the th user identity identification card is obtained and determined as second position state information.
Specifically, when the terminal device is currently in the limited service state, that is, may be located in a connected or mobile service area, the location state information currently corresponding to the obtained telecommunication card is marked as the second location state information.
And step S204, judging whether the current switching times of the th user identification card between the no-service state and the limited-service state exceed the target times or not according to the th position state information and the second position state information.
Specifically, step S204 may refer to step S102 in the embodiment of fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
And step S205, if the preset times are exceeded, judging whether the card slot into which the th user identity identification card is currently inserted is an auxiliary card slot.
Specifically, whether the th subscriber identity module card is a secondary card is determined by whether the th subscriber identity module card is currently inserted into the terminal device or not, because for most dual-card dual-standby terminal devices, the primary card and the secondary card are respectively inserted into the primary card slot and the secondary card slot, and therefore the determination of whether the card is a secondary card can be made based on the determination.
And step S206, if yes, deactivating the th user identity identification card.
Specifically, if it is determined that the th sim card is used as the secondary card of the terminal device, and when the th sim card determined in the step S204 is continuously switched between no service and limited service, it can be definitely determined that the terminal device does not support full network access, and the th sim card cannot obtain normal service when being used as the secondary card in the current terminal device, and it continuously searches the serving cell and tries to access the network, rather than directly deactivating the th sim card, so that the th sim card is in a closed state, because the final result is that network service cannot be obtained, so , unnecessary and wasted resources can be saved.
And S206, when the th SIM card is judged to be switched to the main card of the terminal equipment, activating the th SIM card.
Specifically, when it is detected that the th sim card is switched to the main card of the terminal device, it is very likely that the card will obtain normal services, and therefore, the th sim card needs to be reactivated to enable normal network access and the like
In possible implementations, after a preset time period, the th sim card is activated, that is, after a fixed period of time for deactivating the 0 th sim card, the th sim card is reactivated, because, assuming that there is a false judgment in the foregoing steps, that is, the th sim card is switched continuously between no service and limited service only because of poor current signal or poor network service state, that is, there may exist a device in which the terminal device supports a full network communication system, so that the th sim card may be used as a secondary card for communication and normal use, if the deactivates the th sim card directly, it may cause false deactivation of the normal card, so that, at a fixed time period of , the th sim card is reactivated, and is allowed to search for a network normally and try to access a network normally, and if it is better to access a network normally, it is possible to deactivate again, and thus, such a periodic cycle may be so as to save a lot of network resources, and improve the efficiency of communication.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of specific application scenarios of the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, when a communication card is used as a primary card and a telecommunication card is used as a secondary card, the communication card may be in a multimode mode, i.e., may be used for accessing internet via a telephone, but the telecommunication card is always in a no-service or limited-service state at this time, and after the telecommunication card is switched from the secondary card to the primary card, since the telecommunication card continuously writes position state information into the telecommunication card when the telecommunication card is used as the secondary card, the same no-service or limited-service state may be finally caused after the telecommunication card is switched to the primary card, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another specific application scenarios of the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that the telecommunication card is continuously switched between no-service and limited-service, and it is determined that the telecommunication card is currently used as the secondary card, the telecommunication card is deactivated to avoid making no-service, that the information processing method of the present invention, when it is used as a secondary card, it is used as a , it may be able to avoid a situation that the subscriber may be able to enter a wrong network, and thus, the subscriber may be able to avoid the subscriber may be written into a wrong situation that the subscriber may be caused by.
