本发明属于电力系统监测领域，具体涉及一种带电加油装置，在绝缘杆上部钻一小孔，将绝缘杆中空部分穿入绝缘绳，绝缘绳从上部小孔处穿出，绳下端系一手动拉环，上端固定在绝缘板一端。将绝缘板与绝缘杆固定在一起，使绝缘板可以在杆上自由转动(绝缘绳固定端力臂应小于自由端力臂)。绝缘杆顶端加装一个两端开口的固定装置，一端用于组装玻璃注油管，另一端套上橡胶气囊。本发明具有结构简单、安装方便、使用灵活、携带轻便等特点，而且由于该装置均采用绝缘材料，根据实际需要自由进行连接和拆装，可以进行带电操作，无需对变电设备进行停电，从而大大减小了因停电带来的经济损失和社会影响。

本发明属于电力系统监测领域，具体涉及一种带电加油装置。
背景技术：
如今，在给隔离开关等变电设备的转动部分加注润滑油时，需由两人徒手进行操作，有时由于加油方法不当或其他人为因素，会引起设备拒动、误动等异常情况发生，对电网设备及人身安全都带来极大危害。此外，在加油时必须要首先对设备进行停电，这在用电量需求如此之大的今天，显然会对工业生产及居民生活造成不同程度的影响。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于，克服现有技术不足，提供一种使用方便的带电加油装置。
本发明所提供的带电加油装置，在绝缘杆上部钻一小孔，将绝缘杆中空部分穿入绝缘绳，绝缘绳从上部小孔处穿出，绳下端系一手动拉环，上端固定在绝缘板一端。将绝缘板与绝缘杆固定在一起，使绝缘板可以在杆上自由转动(绝缘绳固定端力臂应小于自由端力臂)。绝缘杆顶端加装一个两端开口的固定装置，一端用于组装玻璃注油管，另一端套上橡胶气囊。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明具有结构简单、安装方便、使用灵活、携带轻便等特点，而且由于该装置均采用绝缘材料，根据实际需要自由进行连接和拆装，可以进行带电操作，无需对变电设备进行停电，从而大大减小了因停电带来的经济损失和社会影响。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，在绝缘杆上部钻一小孔，将绝缘杆中空部分穿入绝缘绳，绝缘绳从上部小孔处穿出，绳下端系一手动拉环，上端固定在绝缘板一端。将绝缘板与绝缘杆固定在一起，使绝缘板可以在杆上自由转动(绝缘绳固定端力臂应小于自由端力臂)。绝缘杆顶端加装一个两端开口的固定装置，一端用于组装玻璃注油管，另一端套上橡胶气囊。
本发明综合利用大气压强原理与杠杆原理，在组装完成后，需进行装置气密性检验。在验证气密性良好后，方可进行操作。
在进行操作时，作业人员只需将玻璃注油管对准需要设备需要加油的部位，轻轻拉动绝缘杆下端的手动拉环，此时绝缘绳另一端所连接的绝缘板会挤压橡胶气囊，从而将润滑油从注油管挤压出来，完成带电加油操作。作业人员松开拉环，装置即可复位。

1.一种带电加油装置，其特征在于，在绝缘杆上部钻一小孔，将绝缘杆中空部分穿入绝缘绳，绝缘绳从上部小孔处穿出，绳下端系一手动拉环，上端固定在绝缘板一端。将绝缘板与绝缘杆固定在一起，使绝缘板可以在杆上自由转动(绝缘绳固定端力臂应小于自由端力臂)。绝缘杆顶端加装一个两端开口的固定装置，一端用于组装玻璃注油管，另一端套上橡胶气囊。
