However, since the crane used in the open air may be dangerous due to the strong wind, it is required to apply an appropriate operation braking force rapidly during the operation, and it is also required to generate a strong parking braking force which is gradually increased when the crane is parked, and the conventional electric hydraulic thruster does not have such a function. The technical scheme that the two different braking forces are achieved by adopting the combined action of the accessories and the electric hydraulic thruster is adopted, however, the adoption of the accessories can cause the complex structure of equipment and the difficulty in debugging, the fault that the electric hydraulic thruster is not matched with the accessories frequently occurs, so that the accessories are in the same virtual shape, and in addition, the motor always rotates during the working period of the whole crane, so that the energy is not saved.
