Abstract
本发明公开了一种阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液,包括活性组分与助剂,所述活性组分由下列重量份数的组分组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.1~0.5。本发明提供的阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液,其抗菌性、去污能力、稳定性和起泡性等综合性能较好,应用前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣液,具体地说,涉及一种阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液。
背景技术
随着社会高速发展和人们消费水平的提高,洗衣用品需求量的增加带动了洗衣用品市场整体的繁荣发展。粉状洗衣剂的制备过程需要添加大量的助剂,并且粉体干燥过程很耗能。而且洗衣液则能能完全溶解且溶解速度快,及不会伤及皮肤和衣物的优点。在生活节奏加快的现在,更多的洗衣用户倾向于使用洗衣液。与此同时,由于纺织物作为微生物传播的途径之一的,在日常生活中人们必会接触到各式各样的微生物,因此具有抗菌功能的日化产品越来越受到人们的青睐。随着人们对洗涤用品功能性的提高,抗菌洗衣液已逐渐发展。抗菌洗衣液对抑制细菌等微生物在衣物中的滋长,对于人们日常生活身体健康以及疾病的传播具有重要现实意义。通过对洗涤剂行业前景和季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂的研究现状进行详细的论述和分析,研制抗菌性的洗衣液对人们日常生活具有重要的意义。衣用洗涤行业中:皂基洗衣剂抗硬水能力差,而且不能用与洗衣剂洗涤;粉状洗衣剂的残留物容易让衣服损伤且不能完全溶解;而液体洗衣液能具有能完全溶解、溶解速度快、复配性好且不会伤及皮肤和衣物的优点。与此同时,人们在日常生活中不可避免的会接触到大量的微生物细菌,穿着的衣物也会残留大量的细菌,对人们生活健康带来非常大的隐患。因此,为了满足市场的需要,研发配置一种洗涤果良好且抗菌效果显著的洗衣液,对人们日常生活身体健康以及疾病的传播具有重要现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种抗菌性、去污能力、稳定性和起泡性综合性能较好的阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明首先将季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵(TMDAB)加入以阴离子表面活性剂为主的洗衣液配方中,探究其稳定性。再通过探究各个配方的抗菌性、去污能力、稳定性、起泡性等。筛选出性能较好的配方。具体研究内容如下:
(1)阴阳离子表面活性剂复配稳定性的探究:将不同比例的阳离子表面活性剂十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵(TMDAB)与阴离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和一定量的蒸馏水进行复配,探究其稳定性。
(2)洗衣液的配制:从复配溶液中选出稳定性好的几个配方,再加入一定量的耦合剂、增稠剂、香精香料、去离子水等,制备洗衣液。
(3)洗衣液感官和理化指标的测定:洗衣液外观和气味的测定,以及理化指标即洗衣液稳定性、pH、总活性物的测定。
(4)洗衣液抗菌性的测定:根据QB/T2378规定测定,分别采用原液与质量分数为1%的洗衣液溶液,测量对金属葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性。
(5)根据GB/T13174-2008 7.1所配制硬水,用配制的硬水将洗衣液配稀释到规定浓度的溶液,用标准污布和立式去污机按GB/13174-2008测试去污力。
(6)洗衣液起泡性的测定:根据GB/T7462-94方法测试各洗衣液配方的泡沫性,并记录起始泡沫的高度,确定其起泡性能。
本发明的阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液,包括活性组分与助剂,所述活性组分由下列重量份数的组分组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.1~0.5。
作为优选的,在上述阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液中,所述活性组分由下列重量份数的组分组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.3~0.4。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液,其抗菌性、去污能力、稳定性和起泡性等综合性能较好,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例1:洗衣液的配制
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.1。按照该重量比秤取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺基、正丙醇、氯化钠、香精香料和去离子水,制备洗衣液。
实施例2:洗衣液的配制
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.2。按照该重量比秤取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺基、正丙醇、氯化钠、香精香料和去离子水,制备洗衣液。
实施例3:洗衣液的配制
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.3。按照该重量比秤取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺基、正丙醇、氯化钠、香精香料和去离子水,制备洗衣液。
实施例4:洗衣液的配制
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.4。按照该重量比秤取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺基、正丙醇、氯化钠、香精香料和去离子水,制备洗衣液。
实施例5:洗衣液的配制
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.5。按照该重量比秤取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺基、正丙醇、氯化钠、香精香料和去离子水,制备洗衣液。
对比例1:洗衣液的配制
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0。按照该重量比秤取十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸钠、椰油酰胺基、正丙醇、氯化钠、香精香料和去离子水,制备洗衣液。
实施例6:外观和气味
(1)各量取实施例1-5及对比例1六个配方样品不少于200ml的试样,置于干净的无色具塞广口瓶中,在非直射光条件下进行观察;
(2)各取适量试样于无色具广口瓶中用嗅觉进行鉴别。

所配置的六个样品都不分层,无明显悬浮物或沉淀,是无机械杂质的均匀液体。且无异味,符合洗衣液感官指标的标准。
实施例7:稳定性
分别量取各个配方样品不少于100ml的试样各两组,分别置于250ml的无色具塞广口玻璃瓶中,一份于(40±2)℃的保温箱中放置2h,取出恢复至室温后观察;另一份于(-5±2)℃的冰箱中放置24h,取出恢复至室温后观察。

随着TMDAB比例的提高,阴阳离子表面活性剂复配体系开始有浑浊以及沉淀的情况出现。TMDAB的比例继续增加,阴阳离子表面活性剂体系会出现分层现象。随着十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵TMDAB量比例的增加,体系会出现沉淀分层现象。
温度变化的稳定性结果见表3。

将六个样品放置于40℃的保温箱中放置24小时,样品不会出现沉淀分层现象,样品稳定;将样品放于-5℃的冰箱中放置24小时,无明显变化,样品也稳定。以上说明六个配方所配置的洗衣液是耐热耐寒的,稳定性好。
实施例8:洗衣液抗菌性的测定
根据QB/T2378规定测定,分别采用原液与质量分数为1%的溶液,作用时间20min,采用悬液定量法分别测定洗衣液对大肠杆菌(ATCC-8099)和金色葡萄球菌(ATCC-6538)的抑菌率,取试验菌液0.1ml加入到5.ml样品中,混合均匀计时20min,再取混合液0.5ml加入到4.5ml经灭菌的PBS试管中。放置10min后取样液(或适当稀释2-3个稀释度后的稀释液)1.0ml于灭菌平皿中,转动平皿使其充分均匀。琼脂凝固后进行倒平板,再将其放置在恒温生化培养箱中在37℃下培养48h后,再拿出观察菌落繁殖情况。
通过稀释不同倍数,测定金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭效果,结果见表4。

实施例9:去污能力
按GB/T13174-2008规定测得的六个配方样品作用于炭黑污布、蛋白污布、和皮质污布,结果是六个样品均具有良好的去污效果,其去污效果相差不大。
实施例10:起泡性能
根据按照GB7462-94方法测试的起泡性能如下:

从以上结果知,六个样品的发泡性能发泡性相差不大,六个样品的测试的泡沫高度都低于135mm,小于标准洗衣液泡沫动态高度,符合洗衣液的发展趋势。

1.一种阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液,包括活性组分与助剂,其特征在于,所述活性组分由下列重量份数的组分组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.1~0.5。
2.如权利要求1所述的阴阳离子复配型抗菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述活性组分由下列重量份数的组分组成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:十四烷基甲基二羟乙基溴化铵=2:3:0.3~0.4。
