本发明公开了一种家电外壳喷涂方法,包括前处理段、喷涂段和烘干段,所述环形钢索由卷绕机带动转动,环形钢索上设置有挂架,经过预处理的家电外壳在装载区被挂于挂架上,所述卷绕机包括卷扬筒,所述的卷扬筒两侧设有固定的钢索挡板,所述的挡板上部安装有用于为钢索喷涂保养油的油管,所述的油管下部分布有多个喷涂头,所述的挡板一侧设有保养油筒,所述的保养油筒上部设有桶盖,下部设有出油管,所述的出油管连接油泵,所述的油泵上部连接油管。本发明自动化程度高,喷涂效果好。

家电外壳喷涂方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂装领域,特别涉及一种家电外壳喷涂方法。
背景技术
涂装是产品的表面制造工艺中的一个重要环节。防锈、防蚀涂装质量是产品全面质量的重要方面之一。产品外观质量不仅反映了产品防护、装饰性能,而且也是构成产品价值的重要因素。目前家电(例如洗衣机、冰箱)涂装的一般流程如下:人工搬运至喷漆工位→单侧喷漆→在喷漆室内流平/搬运到相应区域流平→零件翻转零件→另一侧喷漆→人工搬运至烘箱→固化→人工运出烘箱→检验。这样的家电外壳喷涂方法,浪费大量的人力资源、生产效率低;喷漆室、流平室、干燥室不是封闭的一体空间,空气清洁度和温湿度很难达到工艺要求,不能保证产品质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种家电外壳喷涂方法。
一种家电外壳喷涂方法,包括前处理段、喷涂段和烘干段,所述前处理段用于对家电外壳金属进行预处理,去除金属外壳表面的油污、和锈迹,改善金属表面特性;所述喷涂段用于将油漆喷涂于家电外壳上;所述烘干段负责烘干,使得喷涂后的油漆固化;所述喷涂段包括装载区和卸载区,所述装载区和卸载区由环形钢索连接,所述环形钢索由卷绕机带动转动,环形钢索上设置有挂架,经过预处理的家电外壳在装载区被挂于挂架上,所述卷绕机包括卷扬筒,所述的卷扬筒两侧设有固定的钢索挡板,所述的挡板上部安装有用于为钢索喷涂保养油的油管,所述的油管下部分布有多个喷涂头,所述的挡板一侧设有保养油筒,所述的保养油筒上部设有桶盖,下部设有出油管,所述的出油管连接油泵,所述的油泵上部连接油管。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的涂装线实现了自动将喷涂,加工完成的外壳无需人工干预,生产效率高,涂装过程中不会对外壳造成损伤,保证外壳质量,大大降低劳动强度,提高生产效率;本发明结构简单,制作成本低,经济效益高。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明,使本发明的上述及其它目的、特征和优势将更加清晰。在全部附图中相同的附图标记指示相同的部分。并未刻意按比例绘制附图,重点在于示出本发明的主旨。
如图1所示,本发明的家电外壳喷涂方法包括前处理段1、喷涂段2和烘干段3,所述前处理段主要用于对家电外壳金属进行预处理,去除金属外壳表面的油污、锈迹等,改善金属表面特性,使得油漆能更好的吸附于外壳上;喷涂段主要负责将油漆喷涂于家电外壳之上,烘干段负责烘干,使得喷涂后的油漆固化。
如图2所示,所述前处理段1包括依次连接的表面处理槽1.1、高压水洗室1.2、脱脂槽1.3、表调槽1.4、和磷化槽1.5,表面处理槽内盛放有表面处理剂,将家电外壳浸没于表面处理槽内,通过刷子刷洗家电外壳,除去严重油污、杂物、锈迹等,所述表面处理剂由以下重量配比的原材料组成:聚丙烯酸钠15-20份、三氟乙醇2-4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、柠檬酸钠2-4份、EDTA四钠4-6份、壳聚糖4-6份、十二烷基磺酸钠4-6份、醋酸3-5份、乙二醇3-5份、三乙醇胺3-5份、二邻甲苯硫脲3-5份、葡萄糖酸钠3-5份、羧甲基纤维素3-5份、油酸钠3-5份、焦磷酸钠3-5份、和二氧化硅3-5份。表面处理剂采用的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚能增大各物料的相容性,使各物料很好的分散于水中,原料中的油酸钠、焦磷酸钠可有效除斑,金属零件经本发明清洗后无腐蚀,无残留。之后外壳进入高压水洗室,水洗水温控制在45~55℃,时间为2min;脱脂槽1.3内的总碱度为20~30点,游离碱度为7~15点,采用浓度为55g/L脱脂剂,将外壳浸没于脱脂槽内3-5min;在表调槽内加入3g/L胶钛表调剂,PH控制在8.0~9.0,在20-30℃下浸没4-5min,压缩空气循环搅拌;之后外壳进入磷化槽1.5,磷化槽中含有浓度为20g/L的磷化剂,2g/L的促进剂。经上述预处理段处理后所涂装的家电外壳漆面附着能力强、不容易脱落、耐腐蚀强,平展光滑。
请参阅图3,所述喷涂段2包括装载区2.1和卸载区2.2,所述装载区和卸载区由环形钢索2.3连接,所述环形钢索2.3由卷绕机2.4带动转动,环形钢索2.3上设置有挂架,经过预处理的家电外壳在装载区被挂于挂架上,钢索2.3带动挂架上的家电外壳依次经过光电传感器2.5和喷漆室2.6,所述光电传感器2.5和喷漆室2.6与单片机2.7通信连接,外壳在单片机的控制下在喷漆室中完成喷漆。本发明中利用光电传感器检测外壳的移动位置,并结合单片机的逻辑控制能力来控制喷枪的准备工作。工作时外壳沿着钢索匀速运动,当外壳到达传感器位置时,隔断光电传感器,触发单片机延时,经过延时时间,外壳到达喷涂室位置,此时单片机控制喷枪开始工作。外壳移出喷漆室位置后,单片机控制喷枪停止工作。当外壳经过传感器时,单片机开始计时,由于单片机与喷漆室之间的位置S为已知的,外壳移动速度V恒定,因此外壳进入喷漆室的时间(即单片机的延时时间)T=S/V;从而实现了喷枪的精确动作。
如图4所示,本发明的喷漆室2.6内设置有框体2.8,所述框体2.8的上部设置有顶滑轨2.12,在所述顶滑轨2.12上开设有槽,槽内设置有顶滑块,顶滑块与顶部喷枪2.9连接,所述顶喷枪2.9由顶电机2.15驱动,从而使得顶部喷枪2.9可沿顶滑轨2.12左右滑动,完成对于外壳顶部的喷漆;所述框体的左侧分别设置有左滑轨2.13,在所述左滑轨2.13上开设有槽,槽内设置有左滑块,左滑块与左喷枪2.10连接,所述左喷枪2.10由左电机2.17驱动,从而使得左喷枪2.10可沿左滑轨2.13上下滑动,完成对于外壳左部的喷漆;所述框体的右两侧分别设置有右滑轨2.14,在所述右滑轨2.14上开设有槽,槽内设置有右滑块,右滑块与右喷枪2.11连接,所述右喷枪2.11由右电机2.16驱动,从而使得右喷枪2.11可沿右滑轨2.14上下滑动,完成对于外壳右部的喷漆。单片机分别与所述顶电机2.15、左电机2.17和右电机2.16连接,通过单片机控制顶电机2.15、左电机2.17和右电机2.16的转速,从而控制各喷枪的移动速度,使得外壳表面喷漆均匀。
请参阅图5,卷绕机2.4,包括卷扬筒2.41,所述的卷扬筒2.41两侧设有固定的钢索挡板2.42,所述的挡板2.42上部安装有用于为钢索喷涂保养油的油管2.43,所述的油管2.43下部分布有多个喷涂头2.44,所述的挡板2.42一侧设有保养油筒5,所述的保养油筒2.45上部设有桶盖2.46,下部设有出油管2.47,所述的出油管2.47连接油泵2.48,所述的油泵2.48上部连接油管2.43。当钢索需要保养时,只需开动油泵2.48,将保养油筒2.45内的保养油通过油泵2.48输送到油管2.43内,利用喷涂头2.44为钢索喷涂保养油,结构简单,使用方便,提高了钢索使用寿命。
烘干段3的结构如图6所示,其包括烘干室3.1,所述烘干室3.1的顶部设置有废气收集罩3.2,废气收集罩上设置有排气扇3.3,排气扇通过排气管与热交换器3.4连接,所述排气管的出口设置有废气处理器3.5,所述热交换器分别于左右两根进气管道连接,左、右进气管分别于左进气风机3.8和右进气风机3.6连接,左右两根进气管道经过热交换器后分别与左空气加热器3.9和右空气加热器3.7连接,空气经过加热后分别从烘干室3.1的底部左右两侧进入烘干室内对外壳进行烘干。工作中,左进气风机3.8和右进气风机3.6将外部的冷空气送入热交换器,冷空气与烘干室的废气进行热交换,吸收废气中的热量,达到热量的再利用,节约了能源,经过热交换后的空气,进一步的在空气加热器中被加热到设定温度值,之后热空气被送入烘干室,经过一定时间的烘干后,启动排气扇,烘干室的废气被从排气管排出,废气处理器用于吸收烘干过程中油漆所挥发的有毒有害物质,保护环境。

1.一种家电外壳喷涂方法,其特征在于包括前处理段、喷涂段和烘干段,所述前处理段用于对家电外壳金属进行预处理,去除金属外壳表面的油污、和锈迹,改善金属表面特性;所述喷涂段用于将油漆喷涂于家电外壳上;所述烘干段负责烘干,使得喷涂后的油漆固化;所述喷涂段包括装载区和卸载区,所述装载区和卸载区由环形钢索连接,所述环形钢索由卷绕机带动转动,环形钢索上设置有挂架,经过预处理的家电外壳在装载区被挂于挂架上,所述卷绕机包括卷扬筒,所述的卷扬筒两侧设有固定的钢索挡板,所述的挡板上部安装有用于为钢索喷涂保养油的油管,所述的油管下部分布有多个喷涂头,所述的挡板一侧设有保养油筒,所述的保养油筒上部设有桶盖,下部设有出油管,所述的出油管连接油泵,所述的油泵上部连接油管。
